I've been doing this for 8 days and I can see great results just from this amount of time. Day 1 ✅ couldn't complete the whole workout but I still did it which made me feel accomplished Day 2✅every muscle in my body was sore Day 3✅ same as the day before but a little better Day 4✅it started getting a little easier completing the workout Day 5✅same here Day 6❌ I chose to have a day break every week since in not used to this much exercise Day 7✅I'm doing almost every exercise Day 8✅my cardio is A LOT better Day 9✅10x better from where I started Day 10✅done it Day 11✅it feels like the exercises are getting more accurate from the ones in the video so I get more tired from the workout(which is great imo)

This routine is CRAZY INCREDIBLE! Approximately 8 months ago I decided to start exercising and this routine was one of the first I did and I noticed such big changes that I continued using it along with a good diet. I started this workout in January and I was doing it every day for two weeks. & I already noticed a difference. By week 3 my friends noticed a difference. I took a long break but now I’m starting this again. this is day 2 & I plan to stay consistent so I will be revisiting this every day with updates💪🏾 Day 6 still here. Let’s gooo

What happened
I want some motivation so I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks😭 remind me pls Day 1: ✅ did it and the plank up and downs where the hardest, I’m also gonna do the 12-3-30 method on the treadmill and try to eat healthier Day 2: ✅ it wasn’t easier but I feel motivated and I will keep you guys updated! Also I always walk on the treadmill after Day 3: ❌ needed to study a lot Day 4: ✅ did it but it didn’t become easy and idk but the burn you get is so satisfying Day 5: ✅ it became a bit easier and i could do more than 3 plank up and downs! Also I see a slight difference but nothing much. I also eat more fruit and cut down a little on my snacks and drink TONS of water but other than that I didn’t change my diet like superrrr much Day 6: ✅ I’m at 4:56 and I will continue but i felt like taking a little break, I will update when the workout done again. Btw till now I feel like I improved and I am kinda proud ngl. I finished it and it was hard but wayyy easier than day 1🤫🧏♂️ ( I’m streaking 🏋️🧏♂️) Day 7: ❌ hard test Day 8: ❌ even harder test Day 9: ✅ I did it and without break and it felt easier also I did extra exercise to make up for missing a few days before. Also I realize while I’m writing this that this is day 9 and I really do see a difference it isn’t SUPER big but is is very clearly there. Day 10: ❌ Day 11: ✅ did and it is kinda harder with the missed days but I will do the 2 weeks + the missed days and I see a difference but I kinda am bored now and I really hope this is gonna pay off I’m sorry I forgot to update Day 12:✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ I really see a difference, no abs but def a flatter waist 15: ✅ 16: ✅ I will update over 2-4 days

Wanted to share this tip for anyone who is going through the same issue as me. So after 11 days of the challenge my wrists became sore and i couldnt do mountain climbers or any sort of plank workout that put pressure on the wrists :( i was really enjoying the workouts and i did not want to stop to rest my wrists because i know i will get demotivated and the excitement to workout will fade away…after looking for plank modifications for wrist pain in youtube i concluded the following (which i tried and felt comfortable with+similar effort as the original workout): try using a low incline like a step stool and use your forearm instead of your wrists (as if you are doing the forearm plank), and for plank up-downs, when you want to go up hold on dumbbells instead of your hand (2Kg or above for handles to have ideal rise from the ground so your fingers doesn’t get squished between the mat and the handles). This way i can keep enjoying the challenge with similar effort. take care!

Day 1 🎉 I have some jiggle in my stomach and I want it to go away. So I will be updating you guys cuz every time I see comments like this I get so motivated. I stopped a lot but I’m trying my best! ✨Look below for updates! ⬇️ Tried this workout back in 2020 when I was skinty and started to get abs then stopped ☹️ I gained sm weight but here I am on my journey again. I want to actually stick to it this time :) also doing 50 squats w it. ✨ Started April 1 2024 ✨ 🍄Day 1: had to pause so many times dead by the end 🍄Day 2: still had to pause but a little less 🍄Day 3: didn’t pause 🥳 but I stopped every workout at the 20/25 second mark 🍄Day 4: didn’t feel like it but pushed myself not getting easier yet 🙃 🍄Day 5-6: fell asleep and forgot 😭 🍄Day 7-9: stopped workouts at 20-25 mark but honestly felt a LITTLE easier and less tired 🍄Day 10: did the full 30 seconds but slowly and instead of 10 second break did 20-30 second break feeling a lot less tired than before 😁 🍄Day 11: same as day 10 buttt I feel much more limber

Day 1✨: the workout was very sporty for the first time, my entire body fells it and lots of soreness! Day 2✨: i felt soreness today and muscle pain but still did it! I felt a change since yesterday and i had an easier time doing the exercises, your body just needs to get used to it! Body pain didn’t felt wrong but motivating!

i am no fitness expert by any means but do you really try to focus on tightening your abdomen? i know as beginners its easy to be tired and just want to get it over with, but its better to do a few exercices properly and then skip the last ones if you get very tired. ofc its natural for your arms and legs to get tired too, but try to really focus on tightening your abdomen as you do the exercices :) hope it helps

Вес меня более мение устраивает День 1 ✅️ Вополняла все упрожнения но 2 упрожнения чуть не здохла ( 4:54; 6:43 ) День 2 ❌️ Не было времени День 3❌️ Решила зделать отдых День 4✅️ Делала все упрожнение но решила исключить упрожнение ( 6:43 ) оно сильно качает руки, мне это не нужно. Упрожнения намного легче делать чем в 1 раз День 5✅️ Делается очень легко, нагрузки особой не чувствуется делала без 2 упрожнепий ( 4:54; 6:43 ) они качают руки мне ето не нужно как я уже говорила. Пренировка прошла очень быстро, я и не заметила. I've done this and the result was insane. My waist was 32 now it's 29.5 and my tummy was 36 now it's 33.5 . I didn't follow any diet routine, also I usually don't eat that much junk food, I've these type of feed only once in a month. I normally eat veg curry , boiled rice, chicken and beef curry. That's it. I'm really happy with my transation. Thank you Miss Chloe Ting love you so much 💗

I am writing this comment to give myself a thrust to start this workout today onwards. It's been really a tough time for me .I've suffering from PCOS and anxiety disorder. And everything feels so stressful, I've been thinking of starting this from the last 2 weeks. Things are really overwhelming and tough right now. My friend tried ur ab workout for 4 days and the results were shocking 😲😲, and on the day of her carnival everyone complimented her abs so thansk to u, first 2 days we didn't see the results but oh baby the results be madddd
I can't believe I managed to do it... when I started working out (March), chloe ting's workouts were impossible to complete for me so I stopped and did some other workouts which suited my level of fitness, I suppose. I come back after losing over 2 kg and now I manage to complete with difficulty, but at least I did. I'm proud of myself. The other workouts became easier for me so now time for chloe ting's INTENSE WORKOUTS.

Have been doing this workout for 2 months. My waist reduced in just 5 cm, now it's 65. I'll keep doing the workout until my waist is 60 cm. Hopefully I won't lose my comment 1 day: Done 2 day: Done 3 day: Done 4 day: Done Now I'm doing this workout without any pauses and I'm not sweating anymore let's gooo 5 day: Done 6 day: couldn't do the workout, I wasn't at home 7 day: Done 8 day: couldn't do again. I will do two times tomorrow. Okay NEVERMIND, I got some time and did the workout. 9 day: Done 10 day: Done 11 day: Done 12 day: Rest day, because I don't feel good today 13 day: Done 14 day: Done Wow I almost did the challenge, but I will continue until summer. 15 day: Done 16 day: Done 17 day: Done 18 day: Done 19 day: Not at home, but I did walk a lot today 20 day: I got food poisoning, so can't do the workout today... 21 day: Done 22 day: Done I think I will stop doing the workout as it doesn't give me any results.
