IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KZheadrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KZhead for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

  • Day 1: DONE✅ (Aahh I feel strong) Day 2: DONE✅ (Although it was tiring, I skipped two exercises because my feets were constantly slipping over the floor, but I made up for that through other exercises) Day 3: DONE✅, aahhhh I died in the middle Day 4: DONE✅, I'm on it, although I was half dead by the last exercises. I feel a bit stronger. Yay. Day 5: DONE✅, I forgot to update this yesterday so I'm doing it now. Also, I've been doing some sit ups along with the exercises. Day 6: DONE✅, my abbs are on fire, literally just as she said, I feel a lot better these days💪 Day 7: DONE✅, Oh Lord! I'm sweating like hell Day 8: DONE✅, By this time, you can literally sense your inner muscles paining, but all of this is worth it. Day 9: DONE✅, Keep going guys, I can already see a change Day 10: DONE✅, Doing this regularly is really making me feel good about myself, keep going Shalini. Day 11: DONE✅, You might feel like giving up by now, but trust the process, all the hardwork that you are putting into will pay off one day, don't you dare give up. Day 12: DONE✅, Keep on going Day 13: DONE✅, I feel much much stronger than before. Day 14: DONE✅, Remember guys, the only person you have with you at the end of the day is 'YOU', so don't give up guys, it's time that we do something for ourselves. Keep pushing. Day 15: DONE✅, I also did some arm exercises today along with this, and as I write this, my arms are trembling but I know that everything is going to be worth it at the end. I feel a lot stronger 💪 Day 16: DONE✅, Sorry guys I was on my periods so couldn't continue for almost a week but doing the exercises today after a week, makes me realise that my core has become stronger, I will keep going on👍. Let's kill this guys. Day 17: DONE✅, I can literally see the results guys, gonna continue this always, keep pushing yourself guys, it's all worth it. Day 18: DONE✅, Although couldn't complete it fully because I've an exam today nd I'm running late😣, will make up for this one for sure. Day 19: DONE✅, I'm so happy that I started this workout, it gives me confidence and courage to go on, I'll keep doing this until I reach my goal Day 20: DONE✅, I'm also doing some other exercises along with this work out, trust me I feel so good about myself now, I feel more confident, I'm gonna continue this alwaysssssss. Day 21: DONE✅, this exercise is now a part of my daily routine, I gotta continue this always, nd honestly I'm losing a few kgs, I'm so happy. Day 22: DONE✅, Just remember guys, all the hardwork will pay off one day, you dare not stop in the middle, keep pushing hard💪. Day 23: DONE ✅, While doing reverse crunch variation, I totally got flippex over my head 😂, that was really funny, seems like I'm developing some flexibility 🥺🥺. Day 24: DONE✅, As I'm doing these exercises, I'm able to understand the fact that in life, we only have ourselves, ofc there are people around us but what matters the most is we, our happiness, our strength. At the end of the day, we all just need to be in peace with ourselves. Day 25: DONE✅, I feel so much better about myself these days, I know we do a lot of mistakes, but what defines us is our zeal to be better with each day, I promise even if I make mistakes I won't ever be giving up, maybe I'll take a break, a coffee, but I'll be back much much stronger. Day 26: DONE✅, Guys, I feel a lot lot stronger, nd I hope this will continue increasing, nobody has the power to suppress your inner strength, just don't let anyone do that, nd yeah, have funnnn, as long as you're happy, productive and in peace with yourself, it's always going to be worth it👍. Day 27: DONE✅, No matter how tiring it may seem, but you gotta push yourself always because at the end of the day, it's all about bettering ourselves from the previous day and living our life, keep pushing guys, even though the growth may seem too slow, but it's happening drop by drop🌸. Day 28: DONE✅, so sorry guys I was suffering from high fever the last week, so couldn't continue with the exercises, but now I'm back, stronger and better and i promise to continue this from now onwards, Thank you for the likes, it really means a lot, nd remember guys, whatever hardwork you're going to put in, everything will pay off in the end, so start doing good stuff for yourself 👍. Day 29: DONE✅, No matter how boring or stressful it might feel, just remember that all the hardwork is just for you and one day the results are going to show everything. Keep pushing guys, you can do it. Day 30: DONE ✅, Happy Durga Puja guys, stay strong y'all, keep pushing hard 💪.

  • If anyone cares to read, I’ve found a couple of tips that make Chloe Ting’s exercises more bearable: 1) Begin by performing a warm up. After the work out stretch a lot. 2) Make sure you eat about a half hour or more before working out. Don’t eat right before or you might throw up. 3) Prepare a cold smoothie for after the workout. Double points if it has protein powder. An icy cold drink helps cool down the body faster and prevents you from passing out. 4) Remember to breathe, even if it’s heavy. Also if you need to go slower then go slow, you aren’t a professional athlete or trainer.

  • My 4 year old loves loves watching these and working out with me. About half way thru she says “I’m getting too tired” so I tell her go relax you can stop and she responds with “no if I stop I won’t be strong anymore.” If she can be my motivator that means we all can do this 💪

  • I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again. I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit. I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.

  • Week1 Lower belly measurement:84cm Day1: done Day2: done Day3: done Day4: done Day5: done Day6: done I did this after coming from 1 hr walk and I feel more energetic ❤ Day7: done did 45 min walk too! The measurement is the same but I will keep doing! Let’s go! Week2 Day1: done I was so tired today but none the less I did it I'm proud of myself 🎉 let's gooo Day2: doneee❤ going out with friends 🎉 Day3: I did half of the exercise . Feeling very tired today but I’ll do walking for now! Day4: done ✅ did walking also ! Thought of skipping today but I didn’t and I’m proud of myself 🎉🎉🎉 Day5: done ✅ along with 10k+ steps let’s goooo Day6: doneeeee ! Walked 10k+ steps today also! Feeling proud of myself! I wanna continue this for a full year tbh( let’s hope I can keep up) Day7: doneeeee I’m prouddd! Did 1hr walking too! Another week done! Let’s go! Lost 1cm from the belly 🎉 Took ad day off Week3: belly measurement: 83cm Day1: done ✅ Day2: half done ! Was very exhausted today! Did 1 hour walk! Day3: done ✅ did 1 and half hour walk too!     • I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. Not worth the headache for me growing Anna or whatever she's called has much better balanced and less confusing workouts.

  • I've tried so many exercises and used so many apps and I only started feeling the burn when I started your own workout routine. I love you. I started feeling it the next day and in a week I could see a difference. And oh the sound of your voice keeps me going. Sometimes when I used apps, I'd just give up cause I can't hear anyone encouraging me but with I'll do it till the very end. Thank you.   • I had a cesarean section and I want to get rid of my stomach I did a diet + intermittent fasting Today ✅ done +_cardio exercise I do cardio, then I do this exercise Day 2: Done + cardio Strong abdominal cramping Day 3 ✅ done + cardio exercise The cramp is still there and the exercise is still difficult 🥺 Day 4: Done + cardio It was easier than before 🥰 Day five✅done The cramping ended, the exercise became a little easier, but after that it was difficult. I noticed today that my stomach is small and I started singing 🥳❤ Note_The cardio I do is Sarah Pop Fit Cardio Day Six: I didn’t do any exercise The seventh day ✅ Results - My stomach has become much smaller and I am happy with the result 😍😍😍 It will continue, God willing ❤ The eighth day ❌ but the results are amazing 😍❤ my stomach has become significantly smaller and my waist has become more sculpted Day nine✅❤😍 The tenth day ❌ Day eleven ✅ Day twelve ✅ The thirteenth day ❌

    • Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .

  • Trying a new (old) workout thanks to YT suggestions! If I saw this vid in 2020 , I will be 100% unable to achieve it; now in 2022 , though I am still not as fit as I wanted, but at least I could follow along the entire session. Thanks Chloe for all the great workout videos!

  • I Had so damn many problems with my body, I hated myself and I often started doing workouts because I hated my body so much, but all those KZhead workout videos made me hating myself even more because they all were so skinny and obsessed with getting skinny etc... but you, Chloe, you changed it. I really love doing your workouts. You don't make me feeling ugly because you all look so perfect, you make me proud of myself for doing all these workouts and it makes me sooo happy. I finally love myself how I am and I started to have a healthy relationship with sports & food! Thank you chloe

  • For everyone who hasn’t have any motivation anymore or doesn’t want to do the workout, because your just tired or not in the mood, I will tell you this my friends: 28 February 2020 I weighted 69,2 kilograms (I’m 170 centimeters aka 5’7) and now, today, 6 July 2020 I weigh 61,1 kilograms. I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!! Update: - 23th of August: I have finally lost more than 10 kilograms and I’m so proud of myself and so thankful for all the people that believed in me. Thank you guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me or yourself. I’m currently 58,3 kilograms and I just want to show all of you with this update that you can do this and you WILL achieve your goal!

  • Day 1 : DONE, I'm at home for 5 days so i gotta do it. I am sweating like hell. It feels so tiring. But it'll be worth it. Day 2 : DONE, I can't tell you how tiring it was, I'm exhausted literally, felt a little cramp in my stomach too. I'm sweating like anything and my head is aching a bit. But nevertheless, I'll have to do it. For myself, for my health. Day 3 : DONE, While doing one of the exercises, I slipped😂. Because I was sweating so much. But, I'll have to do it, I have to. Day 4 : DONE, Well, people might not believe in you, but you have to keep believing in yourself, even on the lowest days. You have to make yourself proud. Day 5 : DONE, So, 5 days completed at home, I'm going to the hostel tomorrow. I have to continue this there. Trust me, there was not 1 day when I wanted to do the workouts and not 1 day when I regretted after doing the workout. So keep going, you have to.
