IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. KZheadrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching KZhead for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

If anyone cares to read, I’ve found a couple of tips that make Chloe Ting’s exercises more bearable: 1) Begin by performing a warm up. After the work out stretch a lot. 2) Make sure you eat about a half hour or more before working out. Don’t eat right before or you might throw up. 3) Prepare a cold smoothie for after the workout. Double points if it has protein powder. An icy cold drink helps cool down the body faster and prevents you from passing out. 4) Remember to breathe, even if it’s heavy. Also if you need to go slower then go slow, you aren’t a professional athlete or trainer.

I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again. I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit. I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.

I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. Not worth the headache for me growing Anna or whatever she's called has much better balanced and less confusing workouts.

I've tried so many exercises and used so many apps and I only started feeling the burn when I started your own workout routine. I love you. I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 days now and I’ve lost 1.6kg!!and 2.7inches🥳so proud of myself even if I can’t see results I will always feel better looking at the scales and seeing my progress! I had a cesarean section and I want to get rid of my stomach I did a diet + intermittent fasting Today ✅ done +_cardio exercise I do cardio, then I do this exercise Day 2: Done + cardio Strong abdominal cramping Day 3 ✅ done + cardio exercise The cramp is still there and the exercise is still difficult 🥺 Day 4: Done + cardio It was easier than before 🥰 Day five✅done The cramping ended, the exercise became a little easier, but after that it was difficult. Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .

How much time did you do it for?
What I really love about you and your workouts is how is it is to follow along. Though it feels intense, you're calm, not loud so I don't mentally get stressed out like other workout programs that can seem daunting and too intense.

So here I’m back to this to loose my lower belly let’s hit to this ❤ Day 9 : ✅ Here I’m for another day 💪🏻 Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Bit demotivated but just for my belly I know I can and I will 💪🏻 Oky so today I’m back here after 6months to reduce my lower belly Whic is 40cm I hope I’ll do this for a month 🤞🏻 Day : ✅ I also add few other exercises before I do this I hope I stay motivated this time it should be full and final Will update daily ان شاء الله ♥️ Day 2: ✅ My abs said stop this or else I’ll stop u forever. Was hardest today but had to do this to achieve my goal hopefully I’ll do this at least for 2 weeks 💪🏻

Trying a new (old) workout thanks to YT suggestions! If I saw this vid in 2020 , I will be 100% unable to achieve it; now in 2022 , though I am still not as fit as I wanted, but at least I could follow along the entire session. Thanks Chloe for all the great workout videos!

I Had so damn many problems with my body, I hated myself and I often started doing workouts because I hated my body so much, but all those KZhead workout videos made me hating myself even more because they all were so skinny and obsessed with getting skinny etc... but you, Chloe, you changed it. I really love doing your workouts. You don't make me feeling ugly because you all look so perfect, you make me proud of myself for doing all these workouts and it makes me sooo happy. For everyone who hasn’t have any motivation anymore or doesn’t want to do the workout, because your just tired or not in the mood, I will tell you this my friends: 28 February 2020 I weighted 69,2 kilograms (I’m 170 centimeters aka 5’7) and now, today, 6 July 2020 I weigh 61,1 kilograms. I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!! Update: - 23th of August: I have finally lost more than 10 kilograms and I’m so proud of myself and so thankful for all the people that believed in me. Thank you guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me or yourself. I’m currently 58,3 kilograms and I just want to show all of you with this update that you can do this and you WILL achieve your goal!

Day 1 : DONE, I'm at home for 5 days so i gotta do it. I am sweating like hell. It feels so tiring. But it'll be worth it. Day 2 : DONE, I can't tell you how tiring it was, I'm exhausted literally, felt a little cramp in my stomach too. I'm sweating like anything and my head is aching a bit. But nevertheless, I'll have to do it. For myself, for my health. Day 3 : DONE, While doing one of the exercises, I slipped😂. Because I was sweating so much. But, I'll have to do it, I have to. Day 4 : DONE, Well, people might not believe in you, but you have to keep believing in yourself, even on the lowest days. You have to make yourself proud. Day 5 : DONE, So, 5 days completed at home, I'm going to the hostel tomorrow. I have to continue this there. Trust me, there was not 1 day when I wanted to do the workouts and not 1 day when I regretted after doing the workout. So keep going, you have to.
