Loved the first two days, but I know the intensity is about to rise starting tomorrow and I love it 😂😂 I do have a longer tailbone so moves like U-boats and leg circles can get quite painful for that area if I do it too much, I was thinking if I should replace them and with what move, I'd like to hear your advice!

yeah you could replace them with windshield! or use a more cushiony fitness mat! Yoga mats are generally not as nice as fitness mats!

Remember everyone, you can't achieve the perfect body in one day and possibly even a month. BUT that doesn't mean you'll never get the body you want. If you stop and give up, it won't happen, however if you keep going you WILL get the body you want. You just gotta take it day by day. Don't be so hard on yourself either!

Have you tried taking the before and after pictures since sometimes thatll help to really highlight where improvement has been made? I've watched a bunch of review videos where the people have said they see no change but personally I can see where theyve gotten more toned, so sometimes it takes another set of eyes!!! With doing 3 of her challenges, i bet you've made so much progress that you have no idea about and its all about feeling healthy too! You've done such a great job!!!☺

when she says “engage your lower abs” you are going to have to mentally believe that you are controlling which body feels what. So believe that’s it’s actually in your abs and adjust yourself to feel it in your abs. It’s not about how fast you can do the workout, its about how well you can do it. I hope this helped, good luck guys!

@@wowsoamazing2323 I just do a crunch with my hands behind my head for support. It still works the abs but prevents neck injury. Don't be afraid to adapt a move if you feel intense tension,because ignoring it can get you injured. There's a difference between feeling the burn and pulling a muscle. I carry a lot of tension in my body from anxiety and learned this the hard way. Listen to your body!
Bunny4eva Agreed! That’s what I always do, and I’ve been feeling nothing to my neck when I’m doing it. When crunching, I also just remember to pull my shoulders off the mat instead of my neck. When doing so, you’re working out your abs instead of the neck.

This was the 1st Chloe Ting workout I did 14 weeks ago! Tried a new video every week and restarting my playlist from the beginning again. My endurance is so much stronger and I have a two-pack!
I’m going to write this not by any Choice at all. But I feel like I have needed to tell you. I was overweight just over 5 months ago. I started dieting and exercising but very hardcore. I would workout for 4+ hours a day. My weight had started to drop and I got more restrictive with my food. I would skip breakfast and lunch and pick at the meals my family had for dinner. I had came back from a run one day and I felt my whole body go weak. I went very VERY dizzy and fainted on the floor. That was my first scare. Ever since then that’s been happening lots. I have low blood pressure and I go dizzy all the time. I don’t feel very well and I feel tired lots. Ive been back and forward from the hospital for about 2 months now. My eating is getting better. But I still don’t eat enough at all. Your workouts have helped me without pushing myself to much and they have regulated my working out time to a normal times. It’s been an emotional ride. But I hope I can get better ❤️

Just a heads up for everyone: please be careful when doing this workout! There is no need to starve yourself! As long as you can do all you can of the workout,then that is good enough. Starving yourself won't do any good, trust me. Also, be careful and don't force yourself to do a certain part you can't do. I forced myself and ended up pulling my muscles and always make sure there is enough space to work out in.

That’s good advice, and you need to eat for energy. Chloe’s exercises are very high energy and if you starve yourself you will feel very faint, sick and won’t ever have any point whatsoever in doing the workout because you will be too tired and weak to be able to perform the movements correctly. Just try and eat really healthy, whole foods rather than starving yourself

As a lazy persoon who hates sports, loving sweets and not being satisfied with my belly fat, I can say after doing this workout for 8 days (no other workouts, just this 10min workout each day): I've seen progress. I can imagine how you feel, trying to motivate yourself but feeling it doesn't work out anyway.. after a really long time something snapped in me and the exercises are almost exciting. Seeing my belly became a little smaller in such a short time, I'm even more motivated. I did eat those cookies in front of me, because in this progress it's about being nice to yourself. I did not any cheat days, but I was more thoughtful about what to eat. I just wanted to share my story to show you, even though I never comment on KZhead videos. Something useful: eat smaller amounts of food, and skip the scale in your bathroom more often, because being strict is not going to work (in my situation). You can do it!

Hey don't worry about i! Honestly I didn't see results at all in the beginning, but now after I've completed the challenge I can really see and feel my abs! Not only my abs are toned, but I have also got some complements on how my butt got bigger! So it wasn't only the abs for me since she added many full workout videos and I feel amazing! And I tried to eat cleaner but honestly I just ate what I wanted and i eat a lot of sugar, and sometimes I added rest days if it wouldn't work out with my schedule and just stared again where I stopped and yet I see amazing results! So just be patient, believe me, the results are AMAZING and it's WORTH IT, also the best part about working out is that you use your time wisely to not only get fit but also strong, so keep going and tell me how it went! :))

@@randomperson5912 Honestly I don't really think that it changed my legs, but it definitely made my butt bigger! But I know from friends and other people who did the challenge that they also see a huge impact on their legs, so I guess it depends on how much u focus on them, I didn't really focus on my legs. But overall it makes your whole appearance stronger from the inside and the outside :)

Hey everyone. I am doing this workout for about 4 days already. I'm going to be honest woth you guys. I can't do the workout till the end. But even with that fact. I've seen good results. My stomach is so much more flat and toned. I love the way it looks right now. I thought I couldn't do this but hey. The results I have are amazing. Wish you all the best❤

chloeee, just wanted to thank youu, i did the 2 week shred challenge and i love it, i lost bout 2 pounds and a lil more, i got soo skinny, got stronger, my waist got so tiny too, and i couldn't really stop, i've been doing 10min abs workouts everyday, in loveee, i owe you everything, so greatful, you're so amazingggg, pls don't let jealous and stupid people hit you, ilysmmm

Im on DAY 17 of the Flat Belly Challenge and feel amazing and energized after my workout! It honestly get's better ladies just be consistent and don't give up! Drink a lot of water and eat nutritious meals! Before this challenge I did her 2 week ab challenge and really enjoyed it maybe start with something shorter if you're having trouble following the longer programs! We got this girls!! Let's get FIT during thus quarantine!!!

30 day flat tummy programme: day 1: done very hard lol day 2: done still hard Day 3: i ate loads today so I have skipped my rest day but so tired lol day 4: bit more motivated than yesterday day 5: feeling a lot stronger day 6: i actually like working out? its painful but I cant wait for the end result ya know... ok I wrote day 6 after I had done the two ten min vids but before the 30 min one, so I just finished that one too and I am ded lmao. I still take quite a few extra breaks especially on the long videos but were getting there :) day 7: I've done the two 10 min videos and ill do the 30 min one later, I stopped a few on the first vid but had no stops on the second :) (I still collapsed a few times tho lol) i did them straight after each other without even a little break which was very tiring lmao remind me plz

I’m going to do this for 30 days!! Day 1: the exercises where not that difficult for me (I tried ab workouts before). Day 2: I did the exercises with NO BREAKS! If I switched from back to plank position I just tried to do that as fast as possible! Now I REALLY felt the burn🔥 Day 3: Did it again without breaks. But I eat VERY unhealthy today.. no difference. The exercises where just getting easier!😌 Day 4: The same as day 3. But when I looked in the mirror, there was a difference. When I squesed my abs, I saw a begin of a toned belly! I don’t know how I describe it. But trust me. There is a difference!! 😍💪🏼 Day 5: same as day 4😁 Day ... : sorry I forgot I was updating in the comments😂 I just did it on paper (a fitness journal keeps your motivation up😉) But I did this for 1 month. My stomach is PERFECT! After 2 weeks I saw a HUGE differents. That gave me a lot of motivation so I kept going. And now I have my DREAM BELLY! Thank you so much Xx

Klaudia B hey, I think she maybe already had a flat belly and wanted some defined abs! But, if you don’t have that really flat belly and have that lower belly pooch, try HIIT and some of this. Also eat healthy and you’ll see great results in a few months. Don’t think you can actually see much difference in a week. Much love!

I finished the 30 day flat belly challenge! :D While I can't say I have amazing flat abs, but I am still super proud for finishing :) I lost 10 lbs! This program is amazing

I always put a towel on my hands when I'm getting sweaty and dry myself when I have a chance. Also put a towel under me when I lie down on the mat, that usually helps

Just started my weight loss journey a few weeks ago and I'm loving it. Slowly building strength as I'm getting better at doing some of the exercises that seemed impossible to start with. Requesting recommendations for a great waist trainer as well as a exercising mat. Getting rid of this mommy tummy is the aim!

@@sidneywilson7170 for me its day 4 and I just came back from a rest day and ive seen some progress. I wasn't expecting much because I had only been doing workouts for 2-3 days ish. But I the workouts are becoming more manageable.
