HI everyone I am planning to do it for 35 days Waist:26.5 Goal:24 Weight:56 Goal:47/48 DAY:1 It was hard but somehow managed to do it. I also did other workout with it and walked 1k steps DAY:2 It was damm hard but finished it. I can see some changes in my waist. Did a random workout also. DAY:3 I felt the burn so hard today and also did one of her workouts with this , I ran so much today that I can't fell my legs. DAY:4 It was not soo hard. I can see that my ribcage is showing and my stomach getting flatter. DAY:5 I did it and it was hard also did a dance workout with it and consumed very less calories today. DAY:6 My legs were numb but still completed the work out DAY:7 Today I had karate so extra extra exercise I did but also completed this work out DAY:8 It was hard but did it my legs are tied and the feel alot tighter DAY:9 My stomach was a lot flat that before and my legs are tired DAY:10 Completed t was not feeling so hard. I also did some dance workout with it DAY:11 I did it and also had karate so extra exercise DAY:12 Feeling super tied. I'm actually doing the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge and it's helping A LOT I'm halfway through and am seeing a lot of progress in my legs, I can see a definition line and I fell them REALLL STRONGG. For those who are around day 3 and feel like this doesn't work, it actually does, KEEP GOING

Yeahh, I can see A LOTT of progress in my legs, body shape, core and arms. I feel like I am improving myself while I workout and I see the physical changes in the mirror. Try it out, it really helps ;)
i’ve been doing this consistently in the mornings for about little under three weeks and the results are so good!!! i actually started this as a way to deal with my anxiety and depression and force myself out of bed but it’s become something i look forward to!
checking in every couple of days to keep myself accountable! still have done it every day and just added running to my routine two to three times a week. i’m not magically better mentally, but i know that even if i did NOTHING else in the day, i have at least worked out and showered and that is so much better than what i used to do all day, which is rot in bed
it’s been another week and i did miss out on about 2 days of working out because i hurt my foot and got my period but!! i’m back on it and still seeing the progress!

I can't believe I'm writing this I never thought that I'll be able to have 11 line abs so soon I did this workout for 2 weeks with 1 day rest in between plus 3 days a week weight lifting and 3 days a week running for 20 minutes After 5 days I noticed that my stomach has got so much smaller and it kept me motivated to do this workout anyway and now I'm so happy with the results!! I'm sure you guys can do this too just keep doing this workouts plus cardio and you'll see amazing results Have a nice day:)

@@LuckeyCloverhi I’m doing the same thing currently and I’ve seen my stomach get way more defined in four days , for breakfast I’d have a smoothie or a piece of fruit then lunch id have pickles or a salad then dinner salmon rice and veggies if you eat this daily it’ll get you right because it’s barely dairy or gluten hopes this helps :)

I've watched Chloe for years, and watched everyone else reach their goals while I told myself that I was "too out of shape" to do her workouts. If you want quick results I have some tips based on my own experience Tip1:it takes patience your going to see results in the first 30 seconds Tip2:drink lots of water with every meal this helps wash stuff down Tip3:this one is hard for me EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY NOT WHEN YOUR BORED Okeh Tip4:don’t starve your self this is bad for you and it can actually make your stomach bigger because it won’t be able to take in that much food if that makes sense Tip5:this is for you not for anyone else it’s your body if you feel like you need to rest then rest but don’t give up you can do this

I use to do these workouts when I was younger and the results it produced were incredible. Now that I’m older and I’ve put a bit of weight on I thought I’d come back and try this workout again. I’ll be pairing it with Chloe’s 2024 Get Toned Challenge (so this + the exercise corresponding to day X of the challenge) and also healthy eating. Will keep you updated
She talks about how these exercises work the abs, but my arms are getting a pretty good workout too, man. It takes strength to hold yourself up with your arms.

Started doing these workouts again 6 month postpartum c-section. I’m seeing some results just from the first week, it took me 9 months to grow a human but I know with Chloe’s videos, I’ll get back to where I was in no time. Thanks Chloe for the videos!

@@samanthahunt7651 I’ve tried these workouts consecutively now for the last two weeks, I’ve developed abs but the pooch has stayed. I’m insecure about mine. I’ve heard massaging the area is good for it. You have to build that abdominal muscle back to where it was prior to pregnancy. I’m considering getting a tummy tuck to have it go back because I cant have anymore kids due to preeclampsia and c-ptsd… I couldn’t handle it mentally or physically. I plan on getting my tubes removed 😂

I don’t know if this helps, but lift yourself up as if by your chest. Push from your upper abdomen and chest upwards. Try to keep your neck still. Your neck will naturally rise when you push with your upper abdomen so it won’t feel like you are straining your neck

I don't really care if I get abs, I just want to be healthier and stronger... and be able to fit in the dresses that I bought haha Update: wow I thought this would get lost in the comment section but thank you all so much! Your comments helped me keep going even when I didn't feel like it. As for my body transformation, before I used to not be able to fit in the dresses but now I can fit in them! They are still tight on me, but the fact that I'm able to put them on feels amazing! I'm just more happy, I still have a long way to go to reach my goal but I am happy. Keep going you guys! Don't give up, the sweating, pain, and tears are worth it!

Day 7 Done. All of the workouts are much easier. Its actually crazy how much stronger I feel and how much thinner I look. Its only 7 days and clothes are fitting better and everything looks better in general. I feel strong af. 1 week is such a short time, thank you Chloe

I started Chloe's ab workouts since January because I was had that stubborn lower stomach fat that wouldn't go away. It's April now and when I posted my before and after photos, most of my friends called me their inspiration and started asking for diet and workout tips. This works guys! With consistency and sticking to your plan, it works. The pain of a 10min workout can never be worse than the pain of looking at your unhealthy self in the mirror, knowing that you're the only reason that your body looks like that. I now have a flat stomach and my abs are visible. Just wanted to share my story hoping it'll inspire someone out there.

i started doing Chloe ting's workout. First one week... i was lost on what to do. I did her thigh and belly fat burn exercises. then came across this 2 week shred challenge. Now I am on Day 3. I can seethe obvious changes in my body. The saddle bags in my thighs are reduced by 30% alr. my waist is in shape. the belly fat is reducing too. my chest muscles are getting firmer. i feel good doing this. even though I am having new body pains after the workout... i feel it's worth it. To those who r thinking to give up.... keep going. And I take break for every four minutes as I couldn't hold it. I feel it's okay. We got this... keep pushing.

On Day 3 of the Shred Challenge. I really wanted to skip today. Exercises are definitely getting easier (I actually look like I'm half-doing what Chloe is doing on some level lol) All of the comments are super motivating so I'm glad I pushed through and did today's workout. You can too!
I did her 2 week shred and a lot of other programs during the start of COVID. They worked! I got small. I had no where to go so I was able to drink lots of water, eat right, and keep to a good routine… Last year, I got a job and married. All of my good workout habits left with my life changes. I started over a week ago, and I feel so good. It’s worth doing these workouts even when I’m dead from work. This time I’m in it not for looks but because I want energy. I’m not measuring myself but I can already see my bloating going away and I’m getting stronger!

On day 13 of the 2019 2 week shred and I used to struggle so much after this video but now I can complete it so easily! I also went on a 3.5 mile walk today but still decided to complete all the videos!!!

It's okay if you need to take a lot of breaks. I learned that pushing myself too much, trying to keep up with the instructor, and not listening to my body made me not want to do the exercises anymore. The little you do honestly add up if you are consistent and watch what you eat. If someone says that they didn't change their diet and were able to do this and get great results, do not be quick to try it their way because we all have different metabolism structures. And also take into consideration that non-moms and younger people have it easier when it comes to seeing results when working out, so do not be discouraged and keep pushing yourself to your own limit and take as many breaks as is beneficial to keep you working out. I am on day 2 and I could not finish a lot of these but I did what I could and took breaks and kept going.
Someone told me once that you should keep your workouts within an hour otherwise it will have Bad side effects like it will halt body Regeneration. Is that true?
Love this! Always come back to it ❤️ After a month of keeping up with it daily I felt results. After 2 months I saw results. After 5 months I had an abdomen thinner than I did in middle school! By 7 months I was in love and could not believe how I kept up with it! I developed good life skills to keep up with this daily! I moved across country and lost my routine. After 3 months I was visibly losing my abs. After 6 months they were gone, but I am now jumping back into it. The first 3 days hurt, but now I feel I already am gaining back my muscles exponentially! Never give up! Create good habits! The more you do it, the less it hurts, it’s amazing!

Hey, I'm 16 almost 17 female. I lost almost around 27-28 kgs through chloe's workouts. And now I want to gain muscle. Starting this one today and I'll try my best to update here everyday. 21.12.2022- it felt so good and refreshing. I couldn't do the side planks today. And some of the exercises are those which I have been doing before this so it was a little easier. Let's hope good for tomorrow too. 21.12.2022-it felt good today too but my body was hurting. I could do the side plank today. And well I'm excited for results. 22.12.2022-took a rest day today. 23.12.2022-it was a little tough again today but I got through it 24.12.2022-it was okayish today 25.12.2022-side planks again but it's all good. 26.12.2022-i could do the left side plank but right one was just not it. I can't wait to see results. 27.12.2022-deffo better today. 28.12.2022-whoo did it. 29.12.2022-definitely doing the side planks better 30.12.2022- woahh 31.12.2022-was good 1.1.2023-was out today so couldn't do it. Hey, I am a girl who has been trying to get the body she wants for many months. I have done everything that comes to your mind, and I have lost about 22 kilos of my weight, and I still have some obesity. I currently weigh 75 kilos. I suffer from obesity in the upper part more than the lower part. I will do this exercise with the back & arms exercise. I will focus on the upper arm, the back of the abdomen I will do this for 30 days and I will be back on the 12th of the ninth month to tell you about my results I will make sure to eat healthy 🤝🏻❤️

When I started 34 days ago I hated this workout and the 26min full body shred but they became my favorite workouts along the way, it wasn't easy to get through them but I enjoyed them a lot, last week was the most challenging for me because I was almost getting to the finish line and my mind began to give up but am so glad I pushed through and am on day 34, tomorrow I will be officially done with this program and will start a new one I do feel stronger than when o first started the 2022 28 days weight loss challenge and now that I have done this summer shred I feel like a champion

I've been doing it for 8 days and I want to share the process here too. And I would like to point out that I plan to continue this workout for 35 days as originally stated. Something needs to change now, and if it were easy, everyone would do it. I started this 2 week shred challenge and I’m on day two I weighed myself yesterday and I weighed myself today after finishing the exercises and I already lost 2 kg I’m shocked. I think I lost 2 kg this fast bcz I have baby fat but like honestly I’m so happy that I found someone who’s exercises actually work for me I love you Chloe ❤.

sometimes I give it up because I can't do it, I'm so tired and disappointed with myself. I hate my body and I would like to change it except that I can't even do all the exercises or at least hold on to the end or correctly. I do not know how to do it, I'm afraid I can't change my body, I'm afraid that even with a diet I try to maintain and sport my body won't change. but thank you, it still encourages me :)!

@@franziskashl1573 hey when you do these exercises do you need to do a warmup or something....because when I tried to do this exercise completely I couldn't even walk for 2-3 days coz I had a really bad cramp and I had to rest for a week to walk without any pain. Can you give me some suggestions for doing these exercises since you've already tried them???

It's my day 7 and I wasn't really in the mood today. After the first video I started believing that I couldn't be able to finish today's workout.. Then I gave 5 minutes break and after that I automatically went on to the next video, I decided on not trying to be perfect, giving breaks are okay , listen to your body, do not heavily force yourself to prevent injuries. And somehow I managed to complete the all 4 videos!! I've burnt 409 KCAL according to my watch. Now I feel so proud! KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU GOT THIS !

Wow I just finished this workout. It was a challenge but it definitely feels good afterwards. I'm doing the 2 week shred and this is my second day doing it. I've been following Chloe Ting workouts since the pandemic and let me tell you, if you consistently follow her programs you WILL see results. The first time I completed the 2 week shred during COVID, I literally did see results by the end of the 2 weeks. Listen to Chloe, she knows what she's doing!!
Day 11... And now exercises feel much easier than before. And now working out is becoming part of my everyday routine. Haven't been happier. :')
