Doing this workout for 18 DAYS! Day 1 : ✅ It was a little tiring so for some parts I did low impact. Day 2 : ✅ It was still hard and I only did it until 72% because I was busy 😭 Day 3 : ✅ My feet kept hurting because I dont have a mat 😭 Day 4 : ✅ I only did it halfway because I had somewhere to go Changes I'm going to make: 1. I decided that I'll only walk to and from school 2. I'll eat the same food as usual but reduce the amount because I just eat whatever my parents make. 3. Drink 12 cups of water a day 4. Instead of just sitting while watching, I'll try to do low impact exercises whilst watching. 5. I'll walk up and down the stairs 20 reps or until fail; everyday. 6. I love learning kpop dances and its a good and fun way of working out so I'll try learning kpop dances everyday. 7. I'll run around school while studying. I think it's a productive and fun way to study. Day 5 : ✅ IT WAS TOUGH. I DID 3 WORKOUTS 😭😭😭 a total of 35+ minutes! Day 6 : ✅ It was tiring but it felt refreshing! Day 7 : ✅ 2 WORKOUTS TODAY YALL 😩 Day 8-9 : ❌ I took two days of rest because of exams and family stuff. Day 10 : ✅ It felt good! Day 11 : ✅ Up and down planks were getting easier yaeyyy! Im starting to notice a little difference in my stomach. Day 12 : ✅ It gets easier! Day 13 ; ✅ Omg, i'm really noticing a difference. Day 14 : ❌ We had a school competition that I was apart of for the whole day Day 15 : ❌ School, again. I live in Asia so school takes up most of my time. Day 16 : ✅ It was good yall Day 17 : ✅ Guys I see the lines I'm not lying fr Day 18 : ❌ I couldnt because i had to catch up with so many lessons im cryinggg (i was absent for just one day) guys, i didnt update everyday cause i was just tracking my progress on a notebook and waiting a few days to update here on yt. It's officially been 9 days since I havent done the workout, and let me tell you, I noticed a huge difference! my stomach wasnt exactly flat but it was so close to being fully flat (bacuse somedays i only did 1 or 2 workouts) but when i wasnt doing the workout my stomach bloated and chubby. I was eating a lot a few days after the workout challenge because my friends and family were inviting me to so many birthday parties, while I was having mine as well. I noticed that during the challenge i wasnt easily hungry and i always ate a moderate amount of food without doing it on purpose. aside from appearance I became stronger and didnt run out of breath easily. I remember having a race with my two friends and I was the fastest, I didnt even feel much out of breath. I could walk up the stairs easily and was participating in more physical activities at school. do I recommend this challenge? yes! definitely! the key is to stay consistent have a good sleep, eat the right amount of food but of course never too much. i promise you its gonna be really hard at first but as long as you do it everyday then you'll do fine! heres the link to the program that this video is a part of: chloeting.com/program/2019/two-weeks-shred-challenge if you dont have an account you can just make one thank you guys for being so supportive! I know this video is 4 years old, but I’m so happy I found it. I finished my 2 weeks challenge and lost 1 whole inch of my waist and lower belly. I started with 210.8 and ended the 2 weeks with 201.5, I’m so happy with my results. Even though I’m still overweight I’m happy on how much I accomplished and am very excited for my future results if I keep up with this video every day!

Im currently 158 cm and weigh 65kg! + started eating clean! DAY 1 ✅: Started strong, completed the workout but not with 100% efficiency DAY 2 ✅: Completed! My whole body is sore!! didn't do the 3rd workout! DAY 3 ✅: Feeling powerful!! completed all 3 workouts with full efficiency DAY 4 ✅: Felt kinda weak but completed all 3 Workouts! DAY 5 ✅: Was supposed to be a rest day but I did 3 random workouts hehe!! DAY 6 ✅: Was feeling very low still completed 4 workouts!! DAY 7 ✅: Was kinda busy! still did two workouts + ate a lot😕 feeling great !!! not many changes externally but internally I feel amazing!!! ill keep updating..help me keep going

I did this workout for around 2 weeks, and my weight went from 71 KG to 67 KG, I didn't expect that the workout will work so much, now my goal is to do this workout until i loose my belly fat! Another thing, The result matters from person to person, so don't give up, consistency is all that matters
Did you only do these exercises once a day? and are you on a diet?
@@HermelaSamuel-uz4pm i only did the exercise ones a day, and yes I did lower my junk food intake example I stopped taking chips and other things. But the rest of my meals are completely the same, no other change in diet

I’m on day 8 and I honestly see a major different in my belly!!! I’m so happy and can’t wait to do the rest of the days left until I finish the programs! My belly was so big it looked so bloated but on day 7 it was so much smaller and I believe by day 14 it’ll be almost flat! Guys keep pushing through you can do this! I felt like it was to hard to accomplish but it’s possible! Just keep pushing through and ask God for the strength and He will give it to you! ❤❤❤❤

For anyone who’s wondering if this works: YES, IT DOES! I did this exercise (this video and the abs in 2 weeks video) during the pandemic, and I lost almost 20 kg in 5 months (with a proper diet and intermittent fasting). I was 16 during that time, and I maintained it until last year. These past few months, I gained weight again, so I came back here to restart my exercise journey again!! JUST KEEP GRINDING & LETS ACHIEVE OUR BODY GOALS AGAIN! ❤️TYSM CHLOEE❤️
So I’ve been doing this exercise twice a day for 3 days now and my plan is to do it for about a week or two ( coz I’m not very overweight and I’m doing this just to get back in shape) also I’m doing this without dieting. Pls like to remind me and motivate me to update. Day 1:✅Done but just once and I pretty much just sat down and groaned during most of it😂( it’s harder than it looks 😫) Day 2: ✅So I motivated myself and did it twice today!! Yup! I did it to the end also.. it’s quite draining so I did the high impact exercise for the first and the low impact for the second. I’m actually doing this exercise to see if I can reduce my stubborn belly. Day 3: ✅Did it twice again today, high impact for the first and low impact for second,it’s not getting any easier and the way I sweat while doing this is just insane!😂. I definitely hope to continue doing this. Like to remind me to update guys😁🥰 Day 4: I took a rest today Day 5: ✅ did it once today Day 6:✅ done just once Day 7:✅ done That’s one week now, and I can say that I’ve reduced quite some amount and my clothes are getting looser this days. My tummy however has reduced a bit but still quite stubborn so I’m now doing this with #chloetings ab work out. I’ll keep y‘all updated. And you guys thanks for the likes so far it’s really keeping me motivated 😍❤️. Day 8:🙅♀️ I skipped it today So I’ve done this exercise for a week now and honestly I reduced and I know I’m in a good shape now, I don’t know if to continue coz I don’t want to be too skinny 😫. Day 9: ✅ i did low impact today. And may I add that this work out has helped me restore my confidence in my own skin and body once more. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm about to turn 30, I'm engaged to a man who finds me beautiful, but I know I'm obese.. (no really, I weigh over 200 lbs). Im 28, a mom of 2 and i have a typical 'mum tum' my youngest is 3 and i love my stretch marks and my body for allowing me to bring 2 beautiful babies into the world but now my baby's are no longer babies i want to get in shape for me! Im 5ft2 and weighed 10st 11lb. Came across Chloe Tings workouts throught a results video! Been doing the 2019 shred challenge on day 4 and already feel the aches and pains of the work outs working, im now 10st 4.. my goal is 9st 5lb but im being realistic and think i can do this within 4-6 months, i want to be able to feel better in myself and look nice in my clothes for summer. Thankyou Chloe for making the programs so easy to follow and for free to help other people reach their ideal goals. I think everybody can do anything they put their mind too! I have PCOS too and the struggle is real 😣 I lost weight and got stronger Chloe’s workouts, they work SO WELL if you stick to them, she’s amazing. Do them low impact where you can, I try not to spike my cortisol by going too hard. Highly recommend Lucy Wyndham Read’s channel too, I do her 6 min PCOS workout to warm up, and lost my belly fat with her 7 min belly workout. Xo

I struggle a lot with weight and it fluctuates a lot. Just a week ago i was 65 kg and now I am 69 kg. I was thinking of doing the whole program but i am weak physically so I will just stick to this and do some basic stretching in the evening. day 1- completed. (26 feb 2024) day 2- nearly fell down, very weak legs but with a lot of rest time in between, I did the warmup and this. I still can't do more so I will stick to this everyday. completed. day 3- i have an appointement today so i could not do the full routine, just set 1. It's okay as long as there is daily movement. day 4- i have decided to move to stretching and yoga for weight loss as that suits me more. I felt better doing that even though I couldn't finish the routine. Good luck to everyone that tries this!

I used to do these during the pandemic. I'm really inspired myself looking back at what I've done.
Starting Date: March 26, 2024 (Wed) Weight: 134ibs Day 1: I almost died.. but i completed everything except those up & down planks😭 Day 2: slightly less overwhelming and i completed everything INCLUDING the up & down planks, no modifications!! and i started to take 1min breaks instead of the 10sec breaks she took :) Day 3: family issues came up, so i sidetracked🥲 definitely getting back on track tmr morning. Day 4: Felt really good to start again, especially with sore muscles😭 but that’s when it’s best to keep going! i fully completed everything, NO MODIFICATIONS🥳 and i still haven’t gotten used to those up & down planks😭

This workout alone got me in shape ! You have to stay consistent but it's worth it! C'mon ladies, 13 min a day! We got this ❤
So finally started doing this workout routine Day 1 ✅ : Started and did pretty much great. Didn't feel any pain initially but soon my muscles started hurting by evening. Day 2 ✅ : had pain around my thighs, back and arm. Skipped the last exercise in set 3. Was too tired for it Day 3 ✅ : did everything. Extremely tried. Day 4 ✅ : did everything less tired compared to other days Day 5 ✅ : did everything, took less breaks (decided not to take the rest day and continue) Day 6 ✅ : completed everything Day 7 ✅ : did everything ✨ Day 8 ✅ : done Day 9 : got my periods so only did the abs workout, as doing the entire bodyy was a bit difficult. Day 10 ✅ : did all, with minimum breaks. Day 11 ✅ : did everything. Day 12 ✅ : did everything. Felt great Day 13 ✅ : did everything. Day 14 ✅ : did everything. My opinion on this : Honestly speaking it's really great. I had lost a total of 3KG I was quite happy with it. i enjoyed doing this so much perhaps I'm gonna add it to my routine workout for even more better results in the future, to all those out there who wanna try this out; go ahead. It's totally worth it.

@@susme2888 hiii, the only change I made was cutting down of sugar, I didn't do anything else honestly. I increased my water intake. I added more fruits to my diet. And yeah I stayed consistent with it. If you want to take a step further, u could probably do a calorie deficit diet. Which will give more of a significant results.

Im 60 kg now and i want to lose 5kg's in 4 weeks. backstory: i tried to lose weight for about 4 years now. Still no progress. This time i'm rlly gonna do it yayy :) Day 1: ✅ Yess did itt i sweated so much tho. Day 2: ✅ Did it together with 2 other dance party workouts. No-sugar diet is going well Day 3: ✅ I realized i forgot to put day 3 but anyways Day 4: ✅ I did the 2 week ab workout together with it. I can get trough the work outs a lot better. Seeing some difference. Day 5: ✅ Sorry y'all forgot to update.. Cheat day n 1 (also did the ab workout with it) Day 6: ✅ Cheat day again cus weekend duhh... (did the ab workout with it again) Day 7: ✅ Just did this workout and i'm gonna do the ab workout and get back to yall. :)) I did 2 ab workouts guysss :) Things im going to do/avoid from now on: -drink at least 7 glasses of water a day -do 2 workouts -no sugar diet for 4 weeks. (cheat days allowed) -get up every 20 min and strech a bit (while studying for exams) -don't weigh myself until i reach the end -be confident that i can do it -sleep earlier (my sleep schedule is messed up) -last but not least: don't be dissapointed if i can't reach my goal and be happy because i got stronger. Let's do this guys!! Week one results: This was hardd. But it got easier day by day so don't give up! I did a no sugar diet and had 2 cheat days but it still paid of: my mom noticed my body fat is not as much as before and my double chin got smaller :) I also tried to drink a lot of water, i didn't always drink as much as i wanted but still drank more than normal. Day 1 30 Jan 24. It is good. I realized my body needs a lot of work. Thank you Chloe for making this challenge with some low impact adjustment. See you tomorrow. Day 2: I am dying. But I did less low impact like the up and down planks and high knees. I am still working on the burpee. Thank you for keeping me accountable. Day 3. I honestly didn't want to do this. I just speed walk a little over a mile and I am tired. But I am using KZhead to hold me accountable and help me develop some discipline. Back to low impact and I used planks when I couldn't do the up-down planks. But I did full-form burpees without the jump. Day 4. Oh man, I was excited to work out but then I came home and the wheelbarrow of responsibility dumped on me. I ask for 45 minutes to work out. Those up-and-down planks and corkscrew got me again today. See you tomorrow. On day 4 Feb 3, I took a rest day Day 4 Feb 4, I didn't want to count yesterday since it was a rest day for me. The core screws and bicycle me every time. I did better on the up and down. See you tomorrow. Day 5: oh man did some of my insecurities come out today. I had a rough day at work and I knew I had to work out. I don't know if this program and additional exercises are enough to pass the physical challenge. I hope so. Other programs have not worked but for this one, I am seeing a slow but steady loss. I will keep at it and work on my negative inner voice. My arms started to shake in the ups and downs. See you tomorrow. Day 6 7 Feb 24: I skipped yesterday. I have a habit of overtraining and not stopping to take care of myself mentally and physically. But today, my witchy side came out. My brain was getting signals from my body that we needed another rest day. We are weak in bones. Your ankles are sore. I just don't know what is overtraining and what is lazy which brain thoughts. I kept going but I started to inward cuss when the second set of burpees came and my abs were sore. I caught myself but it was hard to rein in my negative thoughts to just quit. Or that I can't because my baby is here or some stupid excuse. I will need to work on that. I know those negative witchy thoughts come out when I reach a hurdle. So here to tomorrow. I will be sore but I will just do the exercise slowly and with more focus on form. I am hoping that my crappy work doesn't annoy me again tomorrow. I dislike working with people that want to hold a grudge. It drains the soul and body. Day 7: I am so thankful for this video. This came through when I couldn't do what others do for exercise today. I felt confident and happy. I still hate the ups and downs plank and did a straight plank since the ground would tear up your skin. I am looking forward to tomorrow. See you then. Day 8: 17 Feb 24. A week has passed and I got so sick b/c stress and fighting the cold bug for 2 weeks my body gave out and messed me over. I still have a minor cough, the chronic pain in my ankle and wrist hurt and I gained back the 10 lbs I lost. But with a little prayer, I saw a KZheadr who talked about one of her clients having the mindset of losing 100 lbs and then the client will stop yoyoing. I need to change my mindset and focus on my goal of 120 lbs. I have the drive to change and failure in this lifelong change is a constant companion. I just needed to strengthen my mind and forgive my current weaknesses. So I will see you all tomorrow. And good luck on your journey. Day 9 20 feb 24, so i was so tired this weekend and my flow started, but i gotta finish this task. I used the crunch and twist with medicine ball on one exercise. I did this for two weeks, I’m telling you it works, my stamina is so much better, I did gain 2 pounds (muscle) but lost many inches. I genuinely just feel better about myself. I’m extending my challenge to four weeks now and I am going to add some other workouts on top. Keep motivated guys!!! My mentality is so much happier now :)

Please reply whenever u see this to motivate me ! Week 1: ✅ Week 2: ✅ Week 3: (2/7) I’m done with the challenge! I’m at about 52kg now and I was maybe 54kg when I started (at 163cm i believe)! I visibly lost weight and people around me point that out and I really wanna continue doing this for another 2 weekss. Honestly my diet varied depending on the day, but I really cut off snacking junk (max 3x a week on different days) and generally tried to balance my portions and nutrients consumed while also not changing the type of food I eat (mostly Middle Eastern) to reduce the chance of gaining the weight back. I also have 2 cheat days a week and whenever I cheat in any other meal I try to avoid feeling guilty and just make up for it by eating healthier meals for the next few meals. The key is balance and consistency!Good luck all 🫂

Today is day 1 so I took longer breaks and didn't complete the exercise properly, but it's okay to take things slow!! So my current weight is around 53 kgs and I want to reduce it to 48 kgs... My waist is 33.5 inches... Do like the comment so that i stay motivated!! Day 1 - Did it!!!! I DID IT!! We're all in this together ppl!!!!!! Day 2 - Couldn't do it bcz of my exam ToT Day 3 - Did it!! I can see that I can do the exercises for a longer duration now!! Day 4 - Did it!!! Day 5 - Did it hehe!!
