  • For everyone whos wondering, yes this works. Its pretty easy to do these workouts and they work amazingly too. Ive been at it for almost a month (there were loads of days where i had to skip the workouts), but it took only a week or so for results to start showing up. Ive mostly gotten rid of my love handles and lost quite a few inches on my waist. For this to be as efficient as it can be, just keep a slight eye in your diet. You guys can do it! Keep at it everyone! Youre amazing and strong! I believe in you!

    • @@dalalsaddam6272 yes, youll have to maintain doing the exercises daily. If possible, id suggest increasing the number of sets you do per day, of course, with some breaks. However, make sure you dont overwork yourself, and stay hydrated

  • A small tips while doing this workout: 1. In the exercises where you have to move both hands and arms try to breathe in once you move them up and breathe out when you go down. I found that this helps me a lot to save my stamina 2. To engage your core more DO NOT bend when you're doing exercises. Instead try to keep it more straight (ps. Doesn't apply to the last two exercises and the woodchop. But instead bend your body left and right) 3. If you're a low impact try to not do the whole set of an exercise in given 30 seconds. Instead try to do as much as you can. Save your stamina for the other exercises, do not get all exhausted so much that you cannot go further just just by doing one. If you want to get past low impact and you already can do everything in 30 seconds but can't do a normal impact then try to do a low impact for 15 seconds and a normal impact for another 15 seconds. And then extend the time you're doing a normal impact if you're feeling confident enough. 4. Do not eat right after this or right before this. NOT because you'll get calories but because your body might simply throw out the food. Care for your body. 5. As I've said: give your body all the love. Do as much as you can and don't scold yourself if you can't do something. Instead treat yourself better and you'll get there, keep pushing!!

  • I love that you include low impact or no jumping versions. As someone with intense anxiety around exercising and who lives in an apartment, having no jumping exercises really helps me to work past my anxiety and keep trying to improve.

    • Omfg Bruh 👁👄👁 I come from a Indian household and GODDD is it hard to eat healthy cuz once my mom find out, she makes good food that I like so I have to stay in my room the whole day just to avoid walking into the kitchen.😭😭 Legit at this point I've literally lost my appetite. I can go to school and come back and spend the whole day without eating anything and just surviving on water or green tea or some kinda detox AND I'd still have the energy to do all this. At this point I can go days without realizing that I haven't eaten anything😅😂✌🏽️

    • Lol must be fun 😂 My parents sent me to a nutritionist, heavily monitored my food intake all throughout grade school and high school, and sent me to every sports workshop they could find (this was back in the day, before KZhead). I still turned out fat, and developed an eating disorder to boot. Now I'm just trying to be healthy, build muscle tone, and feel good about myself 😊

  • to anyone that's doubting if this workout is effective, it is. i've been following this set of workout for 5 days i think? with a combination of cardio exercise (jump rope) and i can already see the difference in my body. i plan to do this everyday so i can burn calories faster. good luck to everyone that's planning to lose weight, it might not be easy but it's totally worth it. ;)

  • I'm trying this workout for one week (i know, it's a very short time). Height: 158 cm Belly: 89 cm Waist: 73 cm Weight: 55.4 kg Let's see how it goes. Day 1 🌻 Day 2 🌻 Day 3 🌻 Day 4 🌻 Day 5 🌻 Day 6 🌻 Day 7 🌻 I am also in a caloric deficit and i walked for 1 hour a day (30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening) P.s. Sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language😅 RESULTS Belly: 87.6 cm Waist: 71 cm Weight: 54.9 kg My legs look more toned, as well as my belly. I'm happy with the results and i will do this workout again in the future. UPDATE (after a month) I did this workout from 5/08 to 12/08 (a week) and i had the results you have read. Now it's 7/09 and i am on day 17 of the Slim Thigh Challenge. My weight currently is 52.8 kg, but i didn't measured myself, so i don't know if this challenge will make my thighs slimmer or not. This challenge was not that hard because once I started it, it gradually developed my strength and I can feel more healthier now.   • I did this consistently for about two months about three years ago and definitely saw a difference in overall body. Stomach went down some and toned all over. It’s not really about how long you exercise. It’s about how consistent you are. I am learning it doesn’t take a whole lot, just being consistent.

  • Commenting here again. Last 2020 I started my fitness journey,all good til 2021 when I had my breakdown. Gained again a lot of weight. Feels like I went back to my previous weight. Now,standing up and doing it again. Tried gym workout,yet I still wasnt able to gain my confidence there as a plussize. Today Im back with my original workout - at home via this channel.   • This is by far my favorite ab workout. I have pinched nerves & a shoulder injury, so planks & reverse tabletop/planks & many other floor type ab exercises are difficult & painful (not just workout painful, but legit pain). I’m swapping all the floor ab workouts in the shred challenge for this one!

  • I used to weigh 190. Last April (2020) I began walking two miles a day, began a calorie deficit and did this video once a day. I was down to 140 by October/November (: I’ve maintained since then and now want to try to get to 125 by the end of April. Good luck everyone!

    • It may take time; but keep trying and remember to make healthy eating choices as well or all that work will be pointless. Also it's good to switch up exercises every so often.

  • So I tested this workout to see if it actually works and burns fat. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks, along with her 10 minute lower abs, and 10 minute lean arms. This works sooo much! I’ve lost some belly fat and my legs look more toned. I’ve lost 5 pounds as well! I definitely recommend!

    • aila khan Yes I have! I’ve been eating more meat, fruits, and vegetables. I’ve cut out sweets and most carbs. I’ll have carbs at least once a day so my body produces more glucose. Try WeightWatchers. That’s what I use. :)

  • This is a very easy and low challenge workout. However, it is very much needed and appreciated by people just started to work out, especially after covid. I haven't work out for years, when I try the other work outs I used to do years ago. They became too hard to follow through. These ones are easy to finish and make you feel accomplished.   • Used to stay in shape then I got lazy. Recently I ended up in the hospital, dropped two close friends, and called things off with a romantic love interest. Besides those, I'm still shifting into a very new chapter of my life and I'm ready to just take care of myself again. Gonna try to be consistent with these workouts.

  • so i just saw this video sitting into one of my playlists and i wanna try it every morning, 1 hour after breakfast and evening, 4-5 hours before sleeping. i’ll keep u updated, also, i don’t have any other program because i just wanna see if i’ll lose weight and have ripped abs in this single video for one week. don’t forget that whatever body type u have, u are beautiful and u are worth it, u are just a caterpillar and one day u’ll spread ur wings, u will turn into the prettiest butterfly, xoxo current weight: 55 kg day one: i’m showering with my sweat 💦 day two: it’s becoming easy to do but im really sweating and my core is so tight rn day three: so i tested my weight and it’s 54.8 without water or anything day four: i see my core getting more defined but maybe it’s just my eyes 👀 day five: i took a rest but i did restrain myself to eat more day six: it’s getting easier but the last two workouts are killing my waist, it’s my favorite but i hate it too day seven: hey, i forgot to update but here is the result, i am now 54.7 but i think it’s a big deal coz i didnt changed anything in my diet. final results: 54.7 kg hi, if u think i should do it one week more, pls reply hoho omgomgomgomg so this is the last time ill edit his comment, (um ye i dont think so hehehe) MY FINAL WEIGHT IS 53.9, yes, if ure someone doubting, DONT, it takes time and being consistent okay? update: 53.4 ( aug 29,2020) ill give u more updates abt my weight :))))) update: 52.9 (sept 19,2020) update:51.8kg (Oct 10,2020) hey guys, so im back here again, i binged eat for two weeks because i had a fam vacation, and im 53.8 again, holy macaroni. it’s time to get back at my tracks and i hope that yall are motivated, keep pushing through, the results are just a few workouts away :3 well update: 52.3 (nov 4, 2020) omg i appreciate ur replies so much >~< update: 52.7kg (nov 26, 2020) i didnt do this for one week but atleast it didnt add more right? ok guys, i stopped doing this but let me know if ill keep updating this comment for motivation update: 52.5kg (dec 12,2020) this simple workout changed my whole perspective about my body and turned my mind 180 degrees to love fitness lifestyle so i hope that all of the people trying to get fit get what they desire, sending love to all babes in this beautiful community

  • I have been FULL of exams and school, the lessons ended about 6 pm and until I came back home, cooked dinner and lunch, finished my homeworks I didn't had absolutely time for workouts, even for a quick walk... My cellulite is worse than ever and my back always hurts, my stomach is a little bigger than before and I really want to thank you for your free workouts and the love you put in them, I hope to be able to get back on track with workout routines for all my body ♥️

  • This workout is magic! I did it for 3 months and boy, not only I got the flat stomach i want but also my shoulders and legs get toned and slim too. Not to mention but even my waist gets smaller
