@@Bobba54girlhello, Im not her but, for seeing results you should be consistent and never stop doing it, it can take weeks or even months, in my case it took me a month when I did some facial yoga because I combine that with some exercise too, so it helped even more, I hope this helped to you and never give up💗

I am doing this excercise since last 3 days and will do till 2 weeks Day 1- felt a little burnt in lower part of my face Day 2- it felt burnt today too Day 3- did it, my jawline started to get visible Day 4- I was feeling the tightness in my face skin, its the sign!!!🎉 Day 5- I did this before sleeping because of my busy schedule and now my parents are also saying that my face is becaming short and glowing, i can clearly see my jawlines day 6- I am really happy by seeing the changes everyday, my jawline is getting more sharp🤩🤩 Day 7-❌ Day 8-❌ Day 9-❌ I was not able to do this exercise for 3 days because i was having high fever and i will again start it from today Day 10- Feeling a kind of burnt in the lower part of my chin and as i didn't did this exercise for 3 days my progess declined😢😢💔💔 Reminder:- Stay Hydrated!!! Just decided to do this everyday because I am so insecure about myself Day 1: ✅ hurted a little bit, no difference yet though. Day 2: ✅ no problems at all, it was so easy to do it today. Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ definitely starting to see difference in my jawline, but not when it comes to double chin and chin fat, it's still there. Day 5: ❌was way too tired to do it, but i'll do it tomorrow Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅WOW.. I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE FROM DAY 1 TO NOW. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ❌was way too tired. Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ❌was too tired to do it. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅I CAN SEE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE, WOW.. Will keep going until I'm satisfied with the results, but I probably won't update that much while doing so. UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH OF DOING THIS, I didn't put like the day 18: ✅/ ❌, because I didn''t feel like it. But now I'm updating once and for all. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!

Going to start doing this everyday Day 1: ✅️ I felt a burn & it did hurt a bit Day 2: ✅️ Felt relaxed Day 3: ✅️ Tired but succeeded Day 4: ❌️ Day 5: ✅️ Did twice bc of yesterday Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ❌️ was lazy Day 11: ✅️ x2, can see a light difference Day 12: ✅️ Edit: After a month of ❌️/✅️ I highly suggest this workout. I feel much lighter & my face feels tighter than before. Besides this workout, I do other workouts & I'm careful of what I'm eating. We shouldn't be ashamed of how we look! We're perfect in our ways ✨️

I do it anywhere between 1-3 times a day. I am only on day 6 and have noticed major improvements in the definition of my cheekbones and my jawline. thank you Mizi!!!

@@Arwyn_xoxo Most days I do it twice, morning and night. If I only do it once one day, I'll do it 3 times the next day. To help you can do other workouts or go for a walk or run, because losing weight in the whole body is the only way to lose fat. You cannot target weight loss. You can target muscle gain, though, which is what this is doing. Another factor that can help is a calorie deficit. Hope you go well! (The other info I gave you is just incase your trying to lose weight everywhere, like myself)

Doing this every day until I see a difference Day 1: I don’t feel a difference right now but from the comments I hope I will soon! I also did a daisy leech workout and a slim hands one before this so it was more of a warm down! ✅ Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Interact to keep me motivated, although I might miss some days because I have a cruise!!! * EDIT* I honestly forgot about this comment lol. I only ever get to start following different exercise videos but never really see any results. But super excited for the first time, I have a BMI of 26.4 and I have been following this exercise for 10 days now, and after years of being overweight, I now can see a jawline on my face. 😀
Day 1: Felt relaxed after all the workouts I done.✅ Day 2: No difference but relaxing.✅ Day 3: I noticed a slight change in my double chin. It was much smaller than usual. I am also dieting and working out every day.✅ Day 4: WOW! I noticed my neck muscles are more visible!✅ Day 5: Really relaxing. Face is slimming!✅ Day 6: OMG. Mizi this workout is awesome. Cant wait to see more results on my face!✅ Day 7: Completed.✅ Day 8: I feel much more confident with my face now.✅ Day 9: Was SUPER tired and this got me relaxed!✅ Day 10: YES!!✅ Day 11: Did it again. @@leasiabrown8697 Actually yes I lost a lot of face fat, but I won't say that this was the only exercise video I followed. I did some other workouts that helps full body fat burn. This exercise is relaxing that's one of the main reasons why I follow this. Good luck to you dear ♡ I hope you'll get your desired results soon ♡

The results of facial yoga take a long time. As a result, your face shape changes and this does not improve in 1 week. You can't lose facial fat in 1 week. People should not hope unnecessarily. Face yoga really takes patience and time

@@Maria_0911 i think nu but i think yes to, but in different people the results will be different n thats true, For me it can be fast, if you want to be fast the results you have to be in a calorie deficit, don't eat high fat food and also drink lots of water as well as other Mizi workout, that way the results will be fast for me. I've done it and the results are fast tho ^^

Hi! I'm trying this as someone who as always been self-conscious about their lack of jawline and round face. And at first I looked at this video and thought that it definitely wouldn't work. Looking at these comments, they have filled me with such hope and I'm so excited to try this out and see if it works! Day 1: ✅ I felt that my face was really sore and massaging it was very relaxing! Day 2: ✅ I don't see much of a difference but was very relaxing. Day 3: ✅ No changes yet but my face might be feeling more relaxed! Day 4: ❌ In the car i did a few exercises on my own but not the entire thing. Day 5:✅ Today was good, my face wasn't sore. My friend asked me what i had done because my jawline was looking sharp. Day 6: Day 7: Remind me to update!

this is my 7th day of doing this once a day and my neck muscles are much more visible and my face is slimming down quite a bit! to everyone who is un sure if this works it really works so well and I encourage everyone to never give up and keep going until you reach your goals!! edit: updatee I recently started doing this and the 9 min one when I have the time right before bed, and results aren't instant you gotta be persistent! but it is worth itt
I didn't expect this to work but DAMN THIS REALLY WORKS!! if you're doubting if you should do this or not, please do it!! this worked much better than the other exercises I've done.
I've been doing this routine once a night for about 3 or 4 days now, along with intense cardio workouts and a healthy diet, I must say it's working magnificently! I've never had a chubby or round face, I may add, but I have definitely noticed differences!

This is the face workout that works best. I used to do this all the time and my face was so slim. But then I stopped doing this and now my face is chubbier than it was at the very start. I'll be doing this again!! ❤❤

I’ve done this exercise for one week now and here are my results so far. My chin area is much more defined and I’m slowly starting to see my jawline. My neck is slimmer and my face isn’t as puffy anymore. What really surprised me is that my collarbones feel more prominent. I never paid attention to them until now, but after doing this workout every day, I can feel the difference Update: I’m on week three now, and to be honest, I haven’t seen that much improvement since my first week. There’s been almost no changes in my face, but my neck is slimmer so that’s a positive. I’ll keep doing the exercises to see if anything changes over more time.

recently i've been feeling pretty bad about looking at myself in the mirror, and after looking at the comments, i've decided to try this!! day 1: ✅ - was fun! day 2: ✅ - it hurt a little more than yesterday (idk how much pressure i'm supposed to apply so im winging it) [forgot to update lol i did day 3-5 more than once a day sometimes. i don't really see a difference but someone told me my face looks thinner! so there's that] day 6: ✅ - it was easy :)
