For anyone who can't find the motivation to do this : i did this workout in 2021 for almost over 2 months with a little diet( i had a proper breakfast and dinner but skipped lunch). I lost 8 kgs, got a flat stomach and a toned body. Keep going. it really does work.

To all the girlies, I'm so proud of you that you're making an effort to keep yourself healthy. I'm sure y'all will rock!
For anyone wondering the results: I've done this workout for a month or so everyday in the past and took a long break afterwards it gave me a straight belly and more lean abs. The first time I did it, I had never done abs workout before and it was hard for me to do it for the first week then it got slightly easier the second week. After the break I started doing it again everyday but after skipping rope this time, it was hard for the first two days then I got used to it, my abs started becoming visible after a week or so because of muscle memory and skipping rope. Now Im back to workout again but this time I started in a gym with a program. The program they gave me for abs wasn't enough and I couldn't get results like before so I started doing her exercises again. This time Im doing it with 5 mins of skipping rope, some more cardio and as an extra exercise everyday after my upper body and lower body workouts. After I started doing her exercises I got better results than the abs program they gave me so Im sitcking to it. And thanks to her exercises during my breaks even tho I gained weight and stopped exercising for a long ass time, I havent fully lost my abs nor has it been hard for me to start just like the first time. So I totally recommend you to do it, its more useul than many of the abs program and your abs will remain even tho you take a break. This time Im more determined and trying a clean diet with a dedicated program and consistency, not planning to give up. Its been a month and half already and my belly has gotten 23cms thinner since the first day Ive started. Ive also lost 30+ kgs during this time. Keep up being consistent, and this workout will be quite easy for you after a couple weeks with great results! I wish you all the best during this journey and I'll keep you updated ( :

Day 1: Completed! I did it with a little break in between, but still glad I managed to do all the exercises. I really did feel the burn and I'm excited about this journey! Day 2: Completed! It was surprisingly harder for me than yesterday but I still managed to do the whole workout, with no extra break this time. Day 3: Completed! I had a muscle strain but I succeeded to complete it and in fact, was more motivated to do it! Day 4: Completed! It starts to get easier! Day 5: Skipped. I got my period. Day 6: Completed! My confidence started to boost. Day 7: Completed! Not that tired anymore after the workout! Day 8: Completed! I started to see results in my upper abs! Day 9: Completed! Some of the exercises got a lot easier! Day 10: Completed! My abs are definitely more visible! Day 11: Completed! The bicycle crunch got significantly easier, I thought that would never happen! Day 12: Completed! I definitely feel way stronger! Day 13: Completed!

Chloe, I would just like to state that you completely changed my way of seeing a workout day as something difficult. Although it takes a lot from me to do even the 10min workout, the advantage is that I'm able to do it and I feel great. It's been a little over a year since I started doing your videos, but my body is looking every day better and better...I can even see some abs muscles that not even when I was younger I had those 👀. I completed this challenge back in 2021 as an intro into fitness. I had a huge workout break for 2022, and it’s now 2023. Day 1, and I clearly remember how this challenge felt. I cried sweat and sweat tears 😂
I did this for a month (plus not eating junk food, tracking my calories, not drinking soda ext.) and I saw massive results! My face and legs got more slimmer, my waist smaller and I can see some abs! Do it, you wont regret anything!

hey! im doing this workout to get a defined stomach for spring break, which is in 3 months. Day 1: bicycle crunches were the hardest, but you could definitely feel them working! i will come back after day 2
Im doing this and keeping track of my progress! Day 1: Did not do the last 3 excercses, and also stopped early. I did some cardio too. It was pretty hard. Day 2: My stomach was really sore from the day before. I took a fewless pauses, but it was still really hard. Day 3: I am already seeing progress!

Im literally 12 years old but I have been struggling with my body image and weight since I was 7 so finally I decided to tell my super fit dad that I wanted to loose weight and have a flat belly so he sent me this work out and told me how to do it. I just finished it for the first time, not gonna lie it was really hard but if I continue like this I’m glad it’ll all be worth it and I will finally feel confident enough to go to pools and beaches and stuff with my friends. Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed that you’re a young girl or boy doing these exercises in your rooms hoping no one will know. I know it can feel embarrassing if someone of your family finds out you’re trying to lose weight. I’m not sure why a lot of us have this insecurity. However, just know that just because you’re young doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to want to feel good in your own body. I’ve been doing 2 workout videos so far and I’ve seen a lot of improvement on my body. I used to be 198 and I’m 5’1. I went down to 179/ 180. I run with my dogs for 2 miles and after I do the videos. It’s hard working out, however seeing the fact that my pants no longer are tight on me. I would have lower down a bit but I’ve been eating unhealthy a bit but I’m still trying to lose the habit but so far I want to make it to my goal of being at least 150. 2024 is my year to change!!!!

started today!!! 16th Feb 2022. I am 58 kg right now and I used to be 51 kg 4 months back. Since I do not get time to do exercise on morning, I do it at night. I have lunch at 7 pm or late 9 pm sometimes and do my workout at 11pm night. Used to follow 2 weeks shred challenge and lost 1 kg. I did not finished that challenge. Just did for 5 days only until I saw this new one here. I am challenging myself to finish this one for sure. I do not follow diets as I live with family so it is hard but I will try to workout hard. Day 1: was not that bad. Just took more time and resting for 2 seconds during some of the exercises. Day 2: Did it in the morning and at night as well. It went well same as the first day taking 2 secs break sometimes in between the 40 secs. Day 3: didn't do bcuz of living in family and I am shy working out in front of them. Day 4: ✅ Day 5: Did the 10 mins workout along with 15 mins with the another app and danced a little bit after both the exercises. Day 6: ✅ Day 7:✅ Day 8:❌ Day 9:❌

Honestly I enjoy your workouts to much I sweat like crazy. I had to stop at the beginning of April because of a burst ovarian cyst but I gave myself time to heal and did low intensity ab workouts you could say lazy girl workouts but now I'm back to doing this and taking it slow ❤️
Day 35! I did it I didn't do any measurements just took photos before I started but am so proud of myself for finishing my second workout by Chloe Ting. Can't wait to start my new challenge This year is not ending without me having my body goal

Guys I’m currently at day 15 and I haven’t changed my eating habbits, only less snacks and sweets but I eat whatever I want andd the resultss are amazingg, I’ve lost some weight and also my belly is getting flatter, I compared some photos of today and day 1 and omg I cannot believe my eyes. I will continue doing the workout, so please everyone if you’re looking for the perfect workout for a flat belly, this is the one❤️

Im at day 23 and what i can say.. I used to wear XL t shirst and today i wore L which was too small for me month ago ❤. Im doing only this workout and i've walked 10 000 steps everyday, for some cardio, also, i see some results in mirror and it is not end yet! Its worth guys 😊

Ok so I completed this challenge: I started this on October 15th and yesterday I finished it On the first day I couldn’t complete any of the exercises I just didn’t have the strength On day 10 I could do most of the exercises, but some where still difficult By day 20 I was doing all of the exercises, (sweating like a pig, but still) On the final day I felt stronger and the results where visible WHAT I DID: So i wanted a flat belly but also grow some butt muscle because I didn’t have any so I did the routines from the next videos: - this video - 10 minute curvier, wider hips workout at home by Hana Milly And by week 2 I added the next 2 videos -abs workout get that 11 line abs in 35 days by Chloe ting -booty pump workout by chloe ting I also did cardio 3 times a week on my gym (15 minutes because I could no more) So basically I was doing a 40 minutes workout everyday (I didn’t do anything more) and I know it may seem like too much, but in reality before this I would have been watching netflix, so I actually was feeling better with myself. I DIDN’T DIET (but was a little bit more careful with I eat) I also drank 2L of water everyday (this helped a lot with the flat belly thing) No soda RESULTS: At the beginning I weighted 141 pounds And by day 30 my weight was 120 pounds I am really happy with the results My abs are defined and I have grown some booty inches 🤠

So I play basketball so I don’t have much time to fit in a workout. I’m always tired after basketball so I sit around. Do you think i should fit in a workout everyday after my basketball practice?
@@faithkennedy8070 I do have basketball practice and these workout doesn't effect that much. Instead, it boost your progress of having flat belly faster. Stay hydrated and have a snack before the workout for some energy as well. Good luck!
