Started yesterday so wanna try this for 14 days 1 day : pretty easy 2 day : harder than first.. 3 day : relaxing, feeling my back finally. 4 day : Today, my back hurt a lot at the beginning of the workout, but after that I realized that my back is slowly straightening up. 5 day : After a workout, my back stopped hurting. Generally an easy workout. 6 day : relax day (just forgot) 7 day : No pain today. I start to keep my back straight. 8 day : same as yesterday 9 day : after training, the back stopped hurting, although before that it hurt a lot. Same as 5 day. 10 day : i tried my best and this workout after le sserafim workout is such a peace.. 11 day : same as yesterday 12 day : TYSM FOR 1K LIKES!! Ended! I won't be doing this workout anymore. I feel my back relaxed so this workout is pretty good!! Won't update it and ty for likes

I did this workout for 18 days and my back got straighter and tight, and my collarbones are more visible. When i stand up/walk i automatically stand/walk with a straight back! I dont have back or neck pain anymore and i feel more confident when i walk straight!! Definitely recommending this workout! Im doing it for 6 more weeks so i get a perfect posture like her

@@6iioooooo I did some other workouts too (belly and legs) so yes I lost some weight. Not a lot bc i didnt do any diet, but there were a lot of changes surprisingly! But if I would only do this workout, I think that just my posture would get straight and that my waist would get thinner. I dont think your going to lose much weight by only doing this workout. This workout is specifically for your back and shoulders, collarbones and waist! If you want to lose weight, you should try to diet or to eat less (on a healthy way of course). But never give up no matter how hard things get!❤️

У меня была сутулость и боли в спине,мне часто говорили про плохую осанку( но через пару месяцев люди начали замечать, то как изменилась моя осанка. Главное не сдаваться как большинство комментаторов, и не искать себе оправданий, потому что это всего лишь 16 минут в день. Всем удачи!

@@user-tn9on3pb5w связаны, если есть много белка и в меру жира то мышцы будут быстро восстанавливаться и расти, неправильная осанка и есть отсутствие мышц на спине которые её удерживали бы

Hey there! I started doing it today so I'm gonna check my progress here Day 1: Feel great, everything was cool, already can feel the muscles on my back Day 2: Easy, feel the muscles, can't slouch after Day 3: Did it after Chloe Ting cardio, but it still felt great Day 4: Still after Chloe. My back felt soooo good after doing that, I might get addicted Day 5: Wow, already 6 people are checking my progress, that's huge. Again, nothing new: I feel great Day 6: 13 people? Wow, guys, that's huge, thanks for following my progress. Well, I won't say nothing new. Except, maybe, that if you do some sweating cardio before this training like I do, this back exercises will be even more pleasant for you Day 7: The first week is done! More than 40 likes? Okaaay. So, I didn't do any Chloe or cardio cause I've been working on the potato field for a few hours. This training helped me to relax my back Day 8: Rest day Day 9: Today I decided to suck in my gut, and this training was way more complicated. I'm not sure if I felt my back cause everything I though about was my tummy: is it pulled in or not. That's actually good cause that's how my figure needs to look like. So I'm gonna do it more Day 10: Rest day Day 11: Rest again. Household chores take way too much energy Day 12: More than 300 likes... Okay, I cannot let so many people down and forced myself to it today. I tried to focus both on my back and my tummy, it was hard, but worth it Day don't know what: 1k likes? Wow. So what can I say: I've been working in the summer camp, my days are very busy so I dropped doing this training for a while, sorry, but I promise to come back asap

This really helped me straighten my back naturally. My back has a bit of muscles showing now! I also got a small waist from this! Went from 63 cm to 61 cm. . Did this once a day for 2 weeks.Thankyou sm!

@@joymaecamilo2219 nope nothing like that. Just did it with a bit of cardio. Tip: Drink like 10 glasses of water a day. And try to suck in ur stomach for 3-4 mins (3 times a day)

hace casi 3 semanas que vengo haciendo estos ejercicios a diario, y la verdad que son increíbles. yo sufro de mucho dolor de espalda y cuello, empecé a hacerlos más por una razón de salud más que de estética, porque me notaba siempre jorobada y con un dolor muy fuerte en toda mi espalda alta. ahora veo que tengo una postura más recta, más flexibilidad, sin hombros adelantados, no tengo joroba y los dolores se disminuyen cada día. si sufren de dolores tan fuertes como yo, recomiendo los vídeos que yuuka tiene sobre el cuello, también son una maravilla. éxitos a todos! 🩷 consejos personales: tengan mucha consciencia de sus hombros todo el tiempo, intenten no levantarlos demasiado! los pies siempre tienen que estar al ancho de caderas así los ejercicios se alinean con nuestra figura (voy agregar más si se me ocurren!)

I've been doing some of her shoulder exercises for more than a month now and the results are awesome, just do it consistently for good results. THANK YOU for doing this easy but effective exercise. This really helped me improve my posture also get rid of my back pain. YOU ARE AMAZING YUUKA!!

Ommgg! Chicos, chicas! Quién lo mire enserio estos ejercicios son buenísimos. Llevo ya unos días haciéndolos porque jamás me ha gustado mi espalda, y yo quería tratar de mejorar mi postura aparte y tenía una súper joroba en verdad!! Y justo voy pasando por un espejo y estaba viendo que mi joroba ha disminuido y mis hombros y espalda se ven más finaaaasss! En verdad estoy muy feliz, ya decía yo que cada vez que terminaba los ejercicios terminaba con un dolor de espalda horrible pero esto vale la pena, por estética y por salud. Solo quería pasar a comprarles esto y decirles que súper si funciona y ahora más que nunca los haré siempre ❤🎉🎉 Por cierto, mi dolor de espalda ha disminuido notoriamente así como mis brazos de la parte de arriba se ven muchísimo mejor y más estilizados.

Voy a hacer esto por 1 semana! Día 1: ✅ Dolió pero es normal porque no suelo trabajar esa parte del cuerpo Día 2: ✅ Lo sigo haciendo. Solo han pasado 2 días así que no hay cambios visibles, esperaré paciente por los resultados Día 3: ✅ Lo sigo haciendo. No es muy visible. Pero baje 5 milímetros en mi espalda, ósea el pecho, la parte justo debajo de la axila Día 4: ✅ Considero que baje en espalda por este video pero también creo que los otros ejercicios diarios que hago influyeron mucho Día 5: ✅ Los ejercicios ya no me resultan confusos y me gusta sentir como mis músculos se estiran Día 6: ✅ La verdad es que hoy estuve un poco cansada pero igualmente hice todos los ejercicios y siento que mi postura está mejorando Día 7: Tome un día de descanso (estoy haciendo un program de ejercicios de Chloe Ting) Day 8: ❌ Soy culpable, no encontré tiempo en el día y llegue a casa tarde Day 8.2: ✅ Estoy de vuelta! He hecho presión en mi abdomen y los ejercicios se sintieron diferentes (de la buena manera) Day 9: ✅ Hey! Mi postura ha mejorado, aún así, igual tengo que recordar mantener una buena postura todo el tiempo hasta acostumbrar mis músculos a esa posición Edit: me di cuenta de que escribí los días desde el 7 hasta el 9 en inglés 😅(ya lo corregí) Day 10: ✅ Hecho y dicho. Mi postura ha mejorado estos últimos días, sin embargo, hoy no mantuve una muy buena postura y me curvee un poco. Por cierto, voy a ir a una competencia de Ballet así que no estaré haciendo esto unos tres días Day 11: ✅ Todo bien 👍. Me he dado cuenta que curveo I’m espalda, tomare eso en cuenta e intentaré no hacerlo más Hola! Tengo malas noticias.. No estaré haciendo esto por un tiempo. Es solo temporal, es que tengo otras tres rutinas y, continuar con esta ha sido casi imposible. Así que.. volveré el : 13/01/2023 Día 1: ✅ Reiniciando el reloj! Hola! This is crazy only my third day doing this (second day streak without any breaks) and it already felt so much easier I didn’t feel like I wanted to quit today or give up I’m sore but I still felt like I could do it and I did and I’m so proud of myself

Упражнения действительно рабочие! Делаю около месяца. Были дни когда пропускала, иногда могла пропустить и неделю, но потом всё равно возвращалась и продолжала делать) Сегодня посмотрела на фото, которое я сделала месяц назад и недавнее фото и результаты просто шокирующие!!!!🎉🎉🎉 Раньше был горб, шея и таз тянулись вперëд, а лопатки назад. Даже когда пыталась выпрямиться всё было также.( А сейчас шея выпрямилась, держу осанку, чувствую себя увереннее, а осанка практические дошла до идеала!!!💗💗 Буду продолжать делать пока не достигну желаемой осанки, но результаты действительно шокирующие!!! Просто начните делать и не забрасывайте! Всем удачи💗💗💗💗

Doing this to see difference! Day 1: Had a sore-back but it was not that painful, no difference Day 2: Sore back as soon as i woke, after doing this exercise hurts alot but bearable can feel my back improve Day 3: the morning hips were paining but all good after the exercise, when stretching pains a bit can see some difference Day 4: had to cancel because of period Day 5: same as yesterday Day 6: sore back because of the back in the middle but feele good
I used to slouch before. It took me only two times to do this exercise. I didn't even realize my back is automatically straight until I looked in a mirror. I don't even put any effort in trying to keep my back straight anymore: it's just straight on its own! Thank, you, Yuuka Sagawa 🥰, for this exercise (and whoever came up with this exercise, thank you as well). It is so easy and yet so effective. I was mildly shocked at first 😅

Day 1 : I have done all the exercise completely, I have a lot of pain in my back and shoulder canopy 💀 Day 2 : My shoulders hurt a lot for the rest of the day yesterday, but today I was able to do the exercises more comfortably than yesterday, my shoulders still hurt a lot, but don't stop, keep on going ✌ 🌼
I was doing this workout for a month now, and I am really grateful for it. I feel definitely less backpain (mild scoliosis and up to 10 hours a day on PC is truely a spine-killer-duet) and I've got even asked if I have become taller XD Anyway, I do recommend this workout to everyone who was disappointed and too exhausted after other workouts. This thing works and isn't hard to accomplish. Thanks, Mrs. Sagawa!

@@user-fj6lz9sx4c I would say it does definitely worth a try. I'm still doing this and other Yuukas workouts, and I surely do see the difference by having a better posture. Also feel less stiffness in the chest/shoulder/neck area. Expect no miracles, but give it a try for at least a week. Good luck!

This exercise was really effective, I did for like 20days ,in 20days my body got toned, my shirts started fitting me better. Definitely worth it. Make it part of your daily routine and you wouldn't regret it and yess , I stayed under 1500-1700 calories.

I did only once a day. With 45mints walk and another similar light exercise (7minute)

starting this today !! Day 1 : had to take a break half through the video, my back feel sore but i feel great !
Trying to fix posture before a wedding in 2 weeks. Day 1: Completed. Feels a bit refreshed and energized. Feels like my dormant back muscle has been activated! Day 2: woke up this morning with a straighter back and less pain on my shoulders! (Wrongly blamed my bra all these days) Today’s exercise was easier than yesterday Day 3: took a break for 3 days before resuming. Not that hard Day 4: feeling good!

currently on spring break and wanting to better my life while also being productive throughout my days. i’ve been doing the daisy keech workout but then i started doing pilates and they just work for my body way better. now i’m doing this ontop of the pilates workout !! i want to do this every day till the end of my spring break and i will post results (every like will be a day that i do this workout 🎉🎉) day 1: omg i was cracking bones i didn’t even know needed to be cracked 😭😭 but i finished it strong !

I started exercising yesterday and my back is a little sore Through the comments, I realized that many people have benefited from this video, so I will try it for two weeks, meaning 14 days, and I will inform you of what happens to me during these days.
Day 1: simple & not too hard! Day 2: a little bit sore from yesterday but I did it ❤ Day 3: did this early in the morning because i was too tired at night. back was pretty sore
Day 1: REALLY FELT IT, looking forward to doing this daily Day 2: I had fun doing this yesterday so I thought "Hey, let's do it right now to start my day" I feel like I have never exercises these body parts before 😅 I keep hearing my bones make noises and it's a bit creepy, BUT that must mean that the excersises are working 😊 I'll be back tomorrow! P.S don't try to put in more power than neccesary, just remain gentle! Day 3: Today went well! I feel really good right now. I love how short, yet powerful her excersises are. I hope my back gets really strong! Day 4: Felt really good after these excersises today Day 5: So i've been doing excersises like these for a while, but none of the other ones I tried feel as effective as Yuuka's videos. I definitely see improvement in my posture, so i'll keep going 🫡 Btw: These past few days i've also done her 9M views neck hump video, I recommend doing that one too Day 6: It's nice and doable, even after a looooooong day! Very nice Day 7: I didn't get to do this excersise yesterday so I did this one and 2 other videos (neck hump & love handles) to make up for it. Before I did these excersises I felt SO STIFF because I skiped a day, thankfully I felt much better after this ❤ Day 8: Did this one and neckhump + love handles again. Feeling good Day 9: Did the same combo as yesterday, felt really nice again! It was tiring towards the end, but it was still doable. Day 10: Repeated the previous combo, feeling a bit sore Day 11: I took a good look at my figure and posture today and THESE EXCERSISES ARE ACTUALLY WORKING OMG Day 12: Back for another day because I'm dedicated! I'm feeling a lot more confident about my posture lately Day 13: Did my usual combo again, despite being tired. You should hype yourself up stay consistent, that way you can overcome your exhaustion! Just think to yourself "It's just 8 minutes, short but powerful". It works, I promise Day 14: I had to skip this day because I felt sick. Day 15: I'm doing this twice today to make up for yesterday. Wish me luck Day 16: went well Day 17: Today also went pretty well! Day 18: It feels like I understand the excersises better each time. Felt good today after doing my usual combo. I feel like my arms are looking slimmer as well Day 19: Couldn't do it today, hectic day 🚫 Day 20: Didn't do this but I walked 6km and did the neck hump excersise Day 21: I did it and it felt good after not doing it for a while Day 22: Lately i'm very busy and the weather has suddenly gotten very hot, so these excersises felt more difficult today. Don't forget to drink water guys ^^ Day 23: It's still hot out here, but I still felt motivated to do this! I feel happy when I do this, knowing that it makes a difference Day 24: Sadly missed some days, but now i'm back in action! I'm doing well, it feels good to this again after a while Day 25: I'm back again! I'm here with advice. - Put on your favorite music if you find yourself getting bored of listening to the music in the video, it helps a lot! I also want to share that 6:44 is definitely my favorite move, it feels so nice Day 26: Today I did my usual combo and 2 Emi Wong videos, but I got lightheaded when I did too much. Guys, some advice; know your own limit. Don't overdo it 😅 Day 27: I did it but it was SO HOT today so I got tired again 😮💨 Day 28: I did it again! Day 29: I noticed that I like to do these excersises the most at night. I'm happy because I'm getting more compliments lately. My figure definitely looks better, especially my waist. Posture is getting better Day 30: It's been a while! I've been busy these days, but I'm happy to keep going 😊 I've seriously been slacking, so returning to this video feels amazing. You'd think that doing excersises like these makes you tired, but on the contrary! I feel so energized after these 😂❤ The weather is going colder, so doing this will be less draining 😅 Day 31: I can't believe I did a months worth of this, wow! It's easy to keep this up because I think it's fun Day 32: I'm back for more! I love doing this before bed Day 33: Yup I'm here again Day 34: It's been a while, but I'm ready to get back into it! I just HAD TO return to this video, it is really good at getting rid off stiffness. I always feel better after doing this Day 35: Feels good! I've been really active (cycling + walks + Yuuka video's + gym) So I did lose some weight, I look a bit more slim than when I started Day 36: It's been a few weeks, but I really want to get back into it. I feel like I have less energy, now that summer is over, fall is almost over and winter is almost here. I have to get back into it

Я занимаюсь пару дней, но прогресс уже заметен! Так как осанка становится ровной и ты ее уже автоматически держишь, то и живот выглядит более ровным. Мне это нравится!!!
My progress: Day one:I had to pause once because my arm started to feel sore 😢, but already feeling comfortable standing straight Day two: Didn't have to pause the video but my arms still feel sore, I feel relaxed right after the exercises 😊

Ya tengo mas de 2 meses que descubri este canal con este ejercicio y dije voy a probar a ver que pasa y a las 2 semanas empeze a ver resultados ( mis sostenes ya me quedaban un poco suelto de donde se abrochan.... Osea que esos gorditos que estan debajo de las axilas se estaba eliminando ) y obvio desde ese momento hasta hoy no ge dejado de hacer estos maravillosos ejercicios funsionan porque funsionan, ya se ve mas delgada mi espalda, creo tengo mejor postura y porsupuestos me tendre que comprar mas sostenes 😬😂👌👍😍❤💕😊 gracias yuuka por compartirnos tus entrenamiento... Thank you so much for this workout video! In comparison to other workouts I do everyday after work, this one from you is so difficult. During the workout I have to do at least 3 breaks... I don't do such breaks for an abs workout but yours is something. My arms hate me every time I do your workout. But when I come till the end, I feel so accomplished. ☺️😌 Thank you so much! Owing to you my posture has improved a lot. Highly recommended your video to everyone who wants a better posture 🙂

Started this today to help my back let's see if i can succeed in doing it everyday so keeping my track record here Day 1: ✔️ feels good . I had a csf test a few time ago so my back still aches but after exercising i feel good Hope i can continue Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Day 4 : ✔️(I feel like I started to sit in a better position now with back slightly straight from before)
