Im a Army veteran; 4yr MP, enlisted. Im also a licensed security officer(armed). I've had bad neighbors & on going conflicts, Orlando.gov . Gangs, human trafficking, drug dealers-trap house squatters. I can understand the Army Sgt/cadre frustration BUT you have to do things the right way: ⚖. I filed a court injunction against 1 thug who kept making death threats, harassment. 🗂. Know the HOA rules, code enforcement regulations, laws. Talk to police/crime prevention or the elected sheriff. 👮🏻♂️

We need to go back to the old days and stand up for us right with the soldier who will stand with me and be on the soldier side to sign up and take back West ours I’m a black man, but still at the end of the day. No one should be protesting in a white neighborhood, it makes my race looks bad because how people overreact because someone was defending their neighborhood. Pentland should not have put his hands on him, especially if police were already on the way. That being said here a few facts. 1. This a private gated community, one does not simply walk in. You have to go through a gate, and to be let in you have to know someone who lives there. 2. Not only did no one know who this young black man was, he was harrassing a woman. This was the event leading up to the confrontation with Pentland. 3. The woman recording is black, and was not recording to show that Pentland is a racist, but rather that there was a confrontation between a community member and a trespasser. In my opinion she should not have released this footage, she should have simply given it to the police. Because she did release it, you have hundreds of people trespassing and harassing a suburb of people. This is a really bad situation, police probably won't disperse this crowd (check out Milwaukee). And they feel morally justified in disturbing a peaceful community. This will probably escalate, especially with CNN, MSNBC repeatedly showing the clip of Pentland saying "You're in the wrong neighborhood". If you believe this is a racially motivated hate crime, I have a question for you. If Pentland hated this man for the color of his skin, why did he not once call him a racial slur? He surrounded by like minded people right? He's in a racist community, in a racist country right? So what would he have to lose by disparaging him based on his skin tone? He already pushed him, and basically threatened him.

@Gwapa snuna this sounds like a report on his full records. Is this part of the current case or his past records. Reason I ask is people try to justify wrong doing to black men by pointing to past arrest records. Its like if I randomly assult a stranger then point to his or her old arrest records to justify the violation and the police let me walk. That sort of wouldn't make sense would it. Now..if its the same case, then we'll he wasn't just walking and we will here more as the case goes on.
