D'Arreion Nuriyah Toles was blocked from entering his St. Louis, Missouri, apartment by a white woman, who repeatedly questioned if he lived there. Toles captured the encounter on video. Since the video’s release, the woman has been fired from her job. Toles has said he does not wish to press charges against her.

Charges for what, exactly? Upholding the security of the building to protect herself and her neighbors? I'ts SO easy and simple to demonstrate to a neighbor you might not know that you are a resident. He resisted EVERY single attempt, and that's CLEAR cause for genuine suspicion. She did it right. He didn't. I don't care what color their skins are (though I'm sure that's ALL you care about). It doesn't matter. Facts are facts, and it's a dangerous world, especially when Democrats let people get away with horrific crimes on racial and political grounds. That's just plain evil. People have to be more cautious than ever before, and she's just being a good resident, and looking out for herself.

Every homeowner has the right to act to ensure the security of their home, and that of their neighbors. A situation EASILY resolved, but this young man was more interested in being a victim. I would've handled this COMPLETELY differently, and it wouldn't have been an issue for anybody. He wanted to make a fight out of it. She had every reason to be suspicious. She did what she should have. He was a jerk.

Pava Lapere wasn't racist and a let a black man into her apartment. Didn't go well for her.
She has a black husband and was explicitly told by the association multiple times to not let people in who do not use their code, key fob, or buzz someone to visit. The other residents, who also have to do the same thing at risk of being kicked out for violating their lease, have come out and agreed with her despite the racism accusations and death threats. He was trying to walk in the door she was walking out without using a code, by sticking his foot in the door while she went to leave. Extremely suspicious and stupid. When the police arrived, he did not file a police report, because it would be clearly damning. One of the people who defended her was mugged in that exact same spot a year prior, which triggered the complex to require everyone not let people in themselves if they do not know them. But I'm sure it's because he was black.

Just because he has a key to that apartment doesn't mean he belongs there, he waited until she opened the door to come in because he didn't have a fob because he's not a Tennant in that building. She was 100% right because it's up to the residents to make sure the doors are closed and if he truly belonged he should have been able to open the door himself. Either way the resident of that apartment being him or the person he's staying with illegally violated their lease and can be kicked out and he can be arrested for assult because she doesn't have to open the door for him in fact he must wait outside and open the door himself for her safety. I bet dude got kicked out or even locked up. She could have pepper sprayed him out of the building because he forced her fiscally.

I honestly think the lady wasn't totally wrong. I am a black man if anyone tried to come in to my building using me as a means of entering to the building I would kindly like to ask that person to go back and use their own vob or key to enter the building. However, if they say they lost it or left it in the house I would ask what building number they live in for security just like the way that lady asked. I also understand we as a black people get racially profiled allot (Especially Western black people from America) and sometimes, we are on the defence mood. If she had suspicions she could have later reported it to the main office and they could see who was on their lease. (even that would still be a rude thing to do) Now tell me this, you're coming home for the night you're walking into your apartment complex and someone blocks the door and tells you that you can't come in just because they don't think you live here. Not only that but they also want to know your exact address which many people wouldn't want to give to a stranger. It's clearly an unfair situation, and assuming it was race motivated isn't out of the question. :/
