Police Officer Blocks Pregnant Woman From Entering Hospital

A Florida cop blocked a pregnant woman from entering a hospital. Kevin Enciso was taking his pregnant wife to the hospital when he saw two cop cars blocking the road near the entrance. After he honked, one patrol car moved and he drove around the other one. However, an officer got out of the car and demanded to see Enciso's license. After he refuses to show it, a tense back-and-forth starts. The couple was able to proceed after a fire rescue truck crew checked the wife's blood pressure.
Blocking someone from emergency medical attention is a civil rights violation and a crime. He should be held accountable some how or at least dismissed.
As usual, the police department will investigate themselves and find themselves not guilty
For those who said the father could've just given his license to prevent the confrontation: HE SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE TO BE ASKED the license in the first place!!
Absolutely ridiculous. The officer responded like that, because it was all about ego!
How pathetic. That officer was willing to risk the life of that mother and her unborn child for the sake of his EGO. There was clearly NO other reason for the stop. He just wanted to set the man straight for “disrespecting” him for blowing his horn at him. He should not be dealing with the public. Truly pathetic.
That officer had no reason to stop them and ask for their ID. You can't stop someone for honking at you

Can't believe he actually had to give a reason as to why he was at the hospital. But the officer offers no explanation as to why he was sitting at a stop sign conversing with another officer blocking the way of traffic.
I hate how cops always have an investigation for their thugs’ behavior and never find any wrong doing. Absolutely disgusting!!
I would’ve sued TF out of him personally and the department for withholding medical attention cause that’s exactly what he did by not allowing them to go into the hospital, she is pregnant, in pain and could’ve been bleeding smh 🤦🏽♀️

This officer violated their rights and that one tried to do a traffic stop without reasonable suspicion over a horn. Disgusting behavior.
The officer needs to be held accountable, it’s absurd and absolutely dangerous , he needs to be relieved of his duties NOW
What a freaking abuse of authority and Jerk!!! They should've never been holding a conversation at the exit!!!!! He would've given him a ticket had he done that!!! He should be fired and sued!
Mama, I'm so sorry you had to experience this. I can only imagine the fear you were feeling after the accident not knowing if your unborn child was ok or not, then have to deal with an unreasonable police officer.
They called first responders instead of letting them go into the hospital?! Wtf is wrong with people🤦🏽♀️
That officer is lucky she didn’t loose her baby, he highly could have been held accountable. Grateful all is ok, & she had double good news! Such a blessing!
Imagine being honked at and then remembering you have a badge and abuse it. I just wanna ask the cops, “You feel good about yourself? Really?” I really want to know.
