    • im 40 seconds in and im infuriated! hang on here... learn something VERY important. an officer needs to have RAS(reasonable, articulable - suspicion) to detain a citizen. his RAS was speeding, so fair stop. a person doesnt ever need to produce an ID unless this RAS is established and communicated to the citizen... because how is one to know if the police have any form of RAS if they just demand ID? this is the typical "do you know why i pulled you over" statement police have long used to try to get you to incriminate yourself and admit guilt so they dont have to prove squat in court... you already confessed. in california, police MUST now explain the RAS of the stop before asking for ID.. smart on them they must have been sued wayy too many times by citizens like this guy who knows his rights! the cop demanding ID is overstepping the constitution and is would easily lose a federal lawsuit from the driver. hes mean, demanding, and unprofessional. zero de-escalation tactics and HES the one whos now violating someones rights..hes the kind of cop who gets people (including fellow officers!) hurt. okay back to the video.

Sometimes they're also impaired - and often suspended with no insurance - so not covered if they cause property or medical damage.

    • @@jenniferb.9404 talking about frank here specifically the first interaction which is enough to trash his character. Frank copped an attitude first but it’s edited out. There is many highly edited interactions that if you dig its highly sketchy behavior. if u wanna bring the reactions of other people into it which i am not denying is appalling but its in the end just feelings. cops are trained to get a reaction out of you so you say something to incriminate yourself innocent or not. As for the other stuff you mentioned it’s seriously a cops job to deal with the crimes you mentioned my point in the process he has also committed crimes himself. But qualified immunity means we are never equal when they commit the same crimes in uniform, don’t defend sketchy cops.
