In fact, I actually made one this weekend and it was just as freaking delicious as I remember from childhood. In Holden Prison in Norway, once a week inmates are allowed to go grocery shopping in their in-detention-center grocery store. They can get real food and make real meals together.

see THATS what I call rehabilitation. People expect criminals to just be normal after sitting in a cell for god knows how long. THey need to be able to do these kinda things to keep a grip on reality so they can be ready to join in society after serving.

If it is seen as a good place more people would want to commit more crimes to end up going to jail.

Shits fire low key, I gave my bunkie my whole box before I left bc he got like 35+ years and I was in there for 5 months so I planned a whole give a way box for him, hygiene and all. we were making a pizza for lunch after my court date bc I was getting released and ii got called out to soon. But he chirped me when I left and told me it was fire 😂 best memories in life. Meet the best and worst people but addicts going through a white drawl cycle will always have my sympathy at heart. Bc I’ve have had to go through it for years multiple times since 16 and I’m 24 now. 5 days sober

My dad used to work in a prison, and he always told us stories of inmates who made food out of anything they had. One of the stories he told us was that one of the inmates found out it was going to be his birthday soon, so they made a lasagna and offered him some to celebrate his birthday with him. He took it even though he wasnt supposted or allowed to, and he said it tasted absolutely delicious 😂 He has no clue how they made it, but he loved it. He also still eats some of the foods that he saw inmates make today!

Hahaha! The memories is on this one. I will still make a chichi like I did in jail. Noodles, pickles, Mayo, sausage. Cheese. Throw it on the wrap or put it in a bowl and you crush up Fritos or something on top. 🤤😂 I love fried ramen! That stuff is so good. If you had a good group of “friends” when you were in there, everybody would do stuff for your birthday like make a cake. And I use friends in quotations, because none of those people are your friends. They are just trying to get by just like you.

When we were stuck in the woods in the winter, we made jailhouse pizza with bread slices as the "dough". It's genuinely so good and similar to a real pizza, that we still make them to this day, where we're way better financially

We used to save our biscuits and cornbread and crumble those up and add water for the dough and then for the sauce take flamin Hot Cheetos and crush them up into a powder and mix that with the spread cheese 🍕 then you can kind of just add whatever else you want beef sticks go on for sure if you got em love your videos Tina

When my dad was in jail, he would make pizza and everyone in the prison were always hyped up for it. Altho he was in a decent prison, he would save up for a long time and his pizzas would fill a whole entire pizza oven. I believe he shared it with everyone. I enjoy your videos and just wanted to share this as it brings joy to me that even in the darkest times of other people's lives, he was still able to make them smile☺️.

I have seen pies and cakes in prison. We got the spreads which were crushed ramen, beans, bbq sauce, ranch, beef links, crushed chips, sliced pickles, jalepeno cheese, and chili. All in all not bad we used razor blades to cut stuff up.

I remember seeing a video of a night shift prison guard who was talking about stuff he’s seen, one was a guy had made a pizza like something you’d see at an actual pizzeria in their cell they used a box, chip bag, a electric cable and some metal bars for the stove and was using another box and chip bag they jerry rigged to the ac vent for a fridge to put the small refrigerated stuff they were stealing from the kitchen in I think the guard said the guy had been cooking it for around 2-3hours and took around a month I believe to build up his ingredients and had just finished it when the guard found it, the guard if I remember right said they let the guy eat his pizza before confiscating the stuff he used to make it

i have a midnight snack that’s similar to this! i use a piece of bread, mozzarella, some sausage and some ketchup i cut some of the sausage into cubes (for whatever reason idk why i do it) i spread ketchup onto the bread evenly w/ the same knife i cut the sausage with i put the sausage cubes on the bread first then i put a slice of mozzarella onto the bread i airfry it for like 10 minutes and its pretty good :p

My dad used to work in a prison, and he always told us stories of inmates who made food out of anything they had. One of the stories he told us was that one of the inmates found out it was going to be his birthday soon, so they made a lasagna and offered him some to celebrate his birthday with him. He took it even though he wasnt supposted or allowed to, and he said it tasted absolutely delicious 😂 He has no clue how they made it, but he loved it. He also still eats some of the foods that he saw inmates make today!
Hahaha! The memories is on this one. I will still make a chichi like I did in jail. Noodles, pickles, Mayo, sausage. Cheese. Throw it on the wrap or put it in a bowl and you crush up Fritos or something on top. 🤤😂 I love fried ramen! That stuff is so good. If you had a good group of “friends” when you were in there, everybody would do stuff for your birthday like make a cake. And I use friends in quotations, because none of those people are your friends. They are just trying to get by just like you.
Tina is single handedly keeping everyone spber and out of trouble with these skits. Ive never committed a crime nor been anywhere near to and this makes sure i also never think to do that in the future!

When we were stuck in the woods in the winter, we made jailhouse pizza with bread slices as the "dough". It's genuinely so good and similar to a real pizza, that we still make them to this day, where we're way better financially

We used to save our biscuits and cornbread and crumble those up and add water for the dough and then for the sauce take flamin Hot Cheetos and crush them up into a powder and mix that with the spread cheese 🍕 then you can kind of just add whatever else you want beef sticks go on for sure if you got em love your videos Tina
When my dad was in jail, he would make pizza and everyone in the prison were always hyped up for it. Altho he was in a decent prison, he would save up for a long time and his pizzas would fill a whole entire pizza oven. I believe he shared it with everyone. I enjoy your videos and just wanted to share this as it brings joy to me that even in the darkest times of other people's lives, he was still able to make them smile☺️.

I have a family member in prison at the moment for a number of years, I asked him to send me a copy of his commissary list as I told him channels like yours has prison recipe's. It perked him up alot and hes going to send me a copy :), you have made a prisoner happy, have you thought about making a dedicated recipe playlist? :)

I learned about "spreads" in jail - making stuff with ramen noodles. One woman said she could make noodles taste like a baked potato with the right stuff!
I have seen pies and cakes in prison. We got the spreads which were crushed ramen, beans, bbq sauce, ranch, beef links, crushed chips, sliced pickles, jalepeno cheese, and chili. All in all not bad we used razor blades to cut stuff up.

I remember seeing a video of a night shift prison guard who was talking about stuff he’s seen, one was a guy had made a pizza like something you’d see at an actual pizzeria in their cell they used a box, chip bag, a electric cable and some metal bars for the stove and was using another box and chip bag they jerry rigged to the ac vent for a fridge to put the small refrigerated stuff they were stealing from the kitchen in I think the guard said the guy had been cooking it for around 2-3hours and took around a month I believe to build up his ingredients and had just finished it when the guard found it, the guard if I remember right said they let the guy eat his pizza before confiscating the stuff he used to make it

Oddly enough a lot of jails and prisons sell pepperoni lolol they ones that are already cooked and can just be eaten out of the bag- they must be super cheap in bulk from the manufacturer,., most things on commissary are it’s a big profit for the private prisons

i have a midnight snack that’s similar to this! i use a piece of bread, mozzarella, some sausage and some ketchup i cut some of the sausage into cubes (for whatever reason idk why i do it) i spread ketchup onto the bread evenly w/ the same knife i cut the sausage with i put the sausage cubes on the bread first then i put a slice of mozzarella onto the bread i airfry it for like 10 minutes and its pretty good :p
