In todays 12th Day of Christmas we show you what all the hard work has been for and invite you to spend the evening with us by the fire, so get your drink ready as we open some of the beautiful gifts sent in from you lovely people.
We just want to said a massive thank you to everyone who has been part of our family journey over this last year and hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

I acually teared up when you showed us the Grand Salon..you took an basically an empty workroom and made it absolutely magical place.
Your family has made peeling paint, drafty windows with dirty panes so beautiful. I can only imagine what beauty this Chateau will become. The bright smile on all your faces is the final touch in decorations that the room needed. The look on Jonathan's face savoring the "cookies" was priceless. Here's on to the New Year. One suggestion for a gift to Tracy would be a load of gravel or stone out in front of the cottage to help with the mud.

I enjoy them both very much. Though I do love Bordeaux Life too. Edd and Anna have a unique chemistry. They work very hard at balancing their busy family life. I love watching Edd and Emma interact. It's so sweet. Anna and Charles have their precious moments too. Charles seems like such a brite little boy. So I cheer their success too.

I am watching your 12 days of Christmas in August 2022 in Texas during a heat wave that has us in 100+ Fahrenheit temperatures for weeks. The snow, your crocheted hats and the glowing fires are my escape from the oppressive heat and humidity. Your personalities and work ethic make me wish you were my neighbors/friends. Your filming and editing is getting better and better. Soon you all will be able to put “presenter/documentary film maker” on your resumes. A blessed and Merry Christmas to you all! The grand saloon is absolutely breathtaking. When you walked into the entrance hall I just couldn’t believe it , the grand staircase was stunning. The greenery around the windows and mirror make everything look so festive. Seeing this beautiful room brought back to life for Christmas is like seeing a real life fairy tale.

It is November 2022 but I just discovered your channel. I saw one of your more recent videos so I jumped back to see the first few then I just watched the 12 days of Christmas. I LOVE Christmas and decorating and time with family. Fantastic job! Beautiful shots with the music, lovely hardworking family, whose love for Christmas and each other shines through. Wonderful job of decorating and creating a beautiful space before it is even finished. As a designer I even appreciate Ash and Tracey’s comments about “we’ll put it up and have to redo it cause Terry is Terry” so funny to see how our family and friends recognize the perfectionist nature of designers and accept it and can joke about it but go along. Can’t wait to see what you do for this year.
