I don't agree. The thing with a fit model is that when she will workout her form will be correct because she is used to doing it if a fat lady will do it her form will be bad and people will see the video and learn the wrong form. Wrong form causes injury.

Can I do all these exercise series for my weight loss after my c- section. 2 years back I had the C- section. Thank you so much for helping so many people.🙏
My doctor has advised to start doing excercise after one and half month of pregnancy... It's been 2 years now so you can start dear ... I had started heavy lifting after 8-9 months of c section delivery
I just want to share my experience. Last year I did these series. But because this was my first workout ever I had to do the day 1 for 1 week and so on. Couldn't continue for more than 3 months and although lost only 3 kgs on scale (Absolutely no diet control, but Im in to ghar ka khana mostly). But lost alot of body fat. Alot of people pointed out and asked me what Im doing. Also this year I followed other youtubers but this one was probably the one thay was most effective for me !

Hi! I have undergone laparoscopic hysterectomy in the month of February 2020 Now I have gained a lot of weight. I am 100 kg now. My age is 42 Height is 151cm. Please recommend exercise and diet so that I can reduce my weight
Did 20 squats yesterday and my thighs are still aching. Hoping that this will not ruin my daily zumba routine. Will give it a shot again, wish me luck!
You should gradually increase squats to avoid muscle strain!

Hey Bro, I tried this exercise at home. I am 108kg, it was very hard for me to complete the whole cycle on the first day.. which is today. Okey ...i have done my 7days exercise ... I m on normal diet(ghr ka khana).. i lose 0.89kg...i think it's helpful... Because i didn't do exercise on regular basis because of my variant shifts of office ... Apart from that ... I feel too energetic after doing these exercises... So yup I m just come here ... So if anyone is looking for real exercise which can be consistent nd helpful.. m tried here to explain details ... I m going to start another day after a week... Hope for the best ... 🤞

But if you are over weight (like me😁), and willing to reduce your weight then you should go as 1 week for 1 day. Bcz if you check this series, the workout becomes more vigorous with every next day..
