Starting with only 1 set of each exercise and I am wasted 😭 Having PCOS I'm not expecting instant/quick results. I'll continue till 3 months and then check results. Day 5: I have increased sets for following exercises today. Butt Bridge - 3 sets Supermoms - 3 sets Day 14: I have increased a set of squats as well today. Squats - 2 sets

Guys you all should start doing only by one set...day by day increase your sets it will be easy like this...if u do full set u will feel exhausted frm the day 1...so slowly increase ur sets....By doing one set it's shaking...this is my first day started this workout...

My legs and lower body had lost sense after trying these all for the first time.😂 I mean I couldn't walk I felt tremendous pain in muscle and that's very natural when you start working out .. but now i can feel the difference in my body and there is no more pain and the shape of my lower body has got a good shape. It burnt my excess fat .. Thankful to Sunny..

@@sushilchaturvedi7070 I observed some changes in my thighs but hips actually didn’t changed but a slight difference I saw was they actually got curvy which I personally don’t prefer so I discontinued. You can try because every body is different and might show good results to you🤞🏼

Everytime you train a muscle, your muscle grows .. and muscle helps in fat loss.. Also workouts helps you maintain your ideal weight.. so if you are skinny it helps in increasing muscles and body mass.. for chubby/obese/overweight,it again helps in muscle growth eventually loosing fat..in both the cases your body starts to get towards your ideal body weight..this is what I think

Exercise kro aur healthy food there is no food only for butts or special body part
NO spot reduction or increase. Eat more than your 500 to 1000 calories more than your BMR. You will see the result in a month. Be consistent with eating so many calories.
When I do excersice next it’s pain a lot so shall I continue or stop
U must take a break.. and if u r a beginner then do slowly.. and lightly increase ur time period..

Squats would ultimately target your quads , hips , thighs and butt...... Doing more squats will make your butt tighter, lose fat in there and build muscles....it will make the appearance of your thighs big..... And importantly it should be done in a correct manner..... 🤞✌✌✌🤞
