Breakfast;60g oat meal, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 5 egg whites Snack; 60 g yogurt,10-12 almonds Lunch; 120g fish/chicken,70 g carbs roti 🫓 ,120g Green Veggies Snack 2: 60 g of your choice fruit Dinner; 120 g white meat, 60g daal/rice, 180g green vegetables Bedtime; 30 min before 1 scoop protein/ 1 cup skim milk.

Jitna ye one m khaane k liye btaya itna to mai 1 week mai khata hu Now .... My routine Morning- 1 cup tea Lunch - 500 gm dahi ( cow milk ki pure upar ki cream hatakar) 3 pm - 1 cup tea Dinner - roti and simple sabji ( kabhi kabhi wo bhi nhi khata ) 11:30 pm - 1 cup tea Total = 1100 calories My height - 5.7 Weight - 62.5 Evening mai - 5:30 to 7:15 pm gym
