So guys sharing my experience, Weight: 58kg 1 Day ✅: well it was very very very hard for me for the first day. I couldn't do the planks properly but I will continue doing this exercise for a week. Day 2✅: i did it! But still couldn't do the planks mai knee truck that much *sob* but i will still continue it. Day3 ✅: it's burning! I literally still cannot do the planks properly I can do that only for 20 sec i guess. Idk why but these exercises are pretty hard for me. Hope soon I will find it easy to do. Day 4 ❌: well I was busy all day because I have exam tomorrow. *Got my period today😢 So, I will continue this maybe from 3march* So i am back !! Starting this again from day 1 and thia time i am gonna do this for a whole week without a break Day1✅: agh did it! It was painful tough. But i will not give up! Day 2 ✅: i did it ! 🙂 Day3 ✅: did it! @arafanihar8988 Took me 3 months. I also ate lite meals. Avoided eating to many sweets and bread. I have never been fat. I just had love handles (weight around my belly and sides)

@@KtcbkiGgifxxdd Yes, slightly. Remember, losing weight isn't an overnight miracle. Especially fat around the lower belly/stomach area. I was never fat. Just developed fat around my belly and love handles. I'm glad I did the exercises. Just make sure to do these exercises and also eat well during this time until you achieve the results you are happy with. I've put on belly fat again after 1 year. I've been eating too many chocolates, especially at night😁 I have to start these exercises again. 💪

Magical workout! Just after completing the 2nd day I can see changes in my belly, double chin, cheeks, love handles a lot. Today I've completed my 3rd day.. Great workout curated for instant weight loss!
Here updating it Day 1 : feeling a little tired,legs are hurting Day 2: skipped because leg pain ( recommed doing a little warm up before starting it) Day 3 : did it , feeling better than first day Day 4: much better Day 5: feeling a little more sweaty didn't feel any changes till now

Day 1 - 124 lbs goal - 96 lbs ( was pretty tired sweating myself out so bad! )
Day 1✅ finished the excercises with ease. Can't wait to complete the journey Day 2✅ body is sore, it was very hard to do the exercises. Completed them none the less Day 3✅ I'm still very sore but it was much easier to do the exercises Day 4✅ Body is still a bit sore. First 5 exercises were easier to do but it was hard with the last 3. I'm however more determined than ever Day 5✅ Soreness has faded, I've noticed "dents" in the sides of my belly. Not sure if they have always been there and I just didn't notice. Haven't seen a sufficient amount of change but I'll compare the pictures from day 1 and 7 when I complete the challenge. Day 6✅ I'm at a stage where I can workout and not wake up sore😂I'm gonna try to keep the streak. Day 7✅ Realized I had not done the excercises after dinner but I wasn't gonna let that stop me. I was so full and my body was heeeeeavy 😂. My belly is not completely gone but I see that it is squishy and rests towards the bottom now. Normally it would be firm and just looks like I'm 4/5M pregnant😅. Another thing is I used to feel very heavy in my body but now I feel lighter. It is important to note that I have not changed my diet in any way or form. This routine works for me and I'll continue to do it until I get the desired results. Day 8✅ Have added another routine to this one. Still on the fence about whether to keep doing the both of them together Day 9✅ Decided to just do two sets instead of adding a different routine. I didn't finish excercise 7 in the second set...it was so hard😭😭😭 Day 10✅ A bit sore in the ribs from yesterday Day 11✅, Day 12✅, Day 13✅, Day 14✅, Day 15✅, Day 16✅, Day 17✅, Day 18❌, Day 19❌, Day 20❌, Day 21✅

2021 me- these exercises are so simple, let me do it at a higher pace, joining her 😊 After the loooooonnngggggg break of three years... 2024 me- WTH.... Even the lower pace feels difficult. My body is painingggggggggggggggggg. How was I able to do all these exercises at the higher pace without feeling any pain???
Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) Exercise without good nutrition leads to nothing in my opinion. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it' working perfectly for me. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. 100% recommend.

Started my workout from today. So, sharing my experience Weight - 55 Day 1- Done it difficultly 😢 Day 2,3,4,5 - I haven't done it due to some personal reasons.. Just started the workout alongside a 2km walk/jog. I love how she continues to talk while working out and she’s shows she’s tired. I hate the work ikr where they don’t even look out of breath

If u are eating icecreams , frooti ,ghee ,rice etc then the fat is not gonna to go and doing only this exercise is not gonna to help
But ur weight and belly size are good man . U don't need to reduce them just do walking jogging to be fit that's it
Be motivated! Because I have been doing this for over than 3 weeks. This works better and I felt the burn in my belly fat after 2 weeks. Just be motivated and this is so harder than it looks. You will have pains in your body in the first two days. Don't care and continue! Good luck❤️

Used to do all this along with multiple variations of push ups and crunches along with 3kms of walking yet put on enough weight to get my BMI from 23 to 27 in 3months. Problem was i used to get tired in the morning itself and overeat for rest of the day thinking all these workouts were good enough to balance it all out. Do all the workouts. Cut down sugars and snacks completely. Eat in moderation twice or thrice a day. Drink a lot of water. Drink green tea- makes you less hungry and prevents overeating.

@@theknightrider7129 I've dieting also, Morning 1cup oats, lunch maybe 1,2 Chappathis salad, and for dinner 1bowl of masala oats. 4 liter of water daily and for snacks apples, no sugary products 😊😊

Done this one so many times and it always ended in a sweat sash... Love the challenges given by cult fit. I repeat this routine twice now to make it more challenging. Once you make your mind you can definitely do this. So get up and get going... 🎉 P.S. Thanks cult fit for amazing routines.

I started this workout on 17 July 2023 and now it's 26 August 2023 and it really works .... Although it is hard to do daily but believe it really helped me loose Belly fat.... And still doing this ....
