Today I had my first day in the gym in my entire life. I did all these exercises explained by sunny paji. Trust me proper form and technique is very important for muscle building. Moreover, I felt a bit hard time while doing dumbbell press. But even then I didn't get tired at all after spending 50 mins there. Looking forward to doing next day.

Always sochta tha ki body shape main launga nd all but mujhe hmesha ye lgta tha ki excercising is not a cup of my tea kyu ki mera mind set bn chuka tha ki heavy weights nd all are the integredients of excercise nd i cant do that. Sunny Paaji/MYBollyWoodBody instructed as under: If you are a beginner than start with this routine: Do Day 1 for 1 week Do Day 2 for 2nd week Do Day 3 for 3rd week Do Day 4 for 4th week Then take Day 5 to 9 and do them from Monday to Friday for 4 Weeks Then take Day 10 to 14 and do them from Monday to Friday for 4 Weeks Then take Day 15 to 18 plus a leg workout and do it for 4 weeks Then take 19 to 23 and do it for another 4 weeks That's the foundation for Beginners THANKS A LOT MY BOLLYWOOD BODY !

Day 1 (for weight gaining): Was able to do all the exercises expect the: 1) Plank: My body was not able to sustain it for more than 20 seconds. 2) Chest press and the other: because i am not having equipments.
