I'm literally emotional watching this. I have been so incredibly intimidated and insecure about going to the gym. Today I felt so defeated because I have no idea how to operate alot of machines let alone structure a workout plan. I show up to the gym, but have no idea what I'm doing. We support you! A tip I learned is that some of the machines have QR codes on them. If you point your phone's camera app it should open a link that shows a video of how the machine works and what to do. May vary on location and if they setup the stickers or not.
I'm 27 years old, 230 pounds and I'm getting pudgy. I got no one to blame but myself. I ate a bad diet but now I'm ready to change that. Signed up to Planet Fitness today and am going for the first time after work today. It doesn't help I work from home from a desk so I don't move around during work hours. Ready to make that change! No excuses

I'm 27, going to just lose some belly fat by getting my pudgy self onto a treadmill and it's scary. I've never been to a gym and am worried about all the "what ifs". I gotta just do it though and rip off that anxiety bandaid once and for all. It does help knowing to wear flexible clothing, comfy shoes, kinda view what the gym may look like before I go later today for the first time.

I’ve started back up at the gym after a few years break following my son’s birth. Feel like a beginner again so turned to KZhead for help as I can’t rely on just running for 30 min anymore. Anyway, love the video, simple and well edited as people have pointed out. Also like how it’s clearly filmed in a commercial gym but you’ve gone to the trouble of doing it when no one is around, seeing so many videos shaming people recently so well done you.
