    • I agree. Even on the PS2 version I felt like I actually was riding a horse. The PS3 remaster only enhanced that feeling. Now with the remake it's going to feel even more realistic. Lots of games have horse riding in them. But nothing quite equals that of riding Agro. lol

    • A lot of the designs of the bosses that were cut were partly implemented in the ones that already exist in the game, and a few of them were removed because they were similar, so I don’t think they will add them (though there are a couple of colossus, like the spider and the monkey, that I think would be neat to have in the game since they are different enough).

    • patrick22014 I have to admit back than I just played games that interested me and I only "judged the book by its cover" if you will...I played alot of Madden, RE, Metal Gear, GTA, God of war and that's all I thought was best for me and no games can match that...I had SOTC but never opened and than I lend it to my cousin because he barely had any games and later I found out he told that was one of the best games he ever played lol unfortunately i wanted to play but he moved and that was that...today imma different gamer I'll play and try any game that someone can recommend for me

    • walkwithme pubg is the big upcoming one for xbox and I am halo fan so it has some good stuff to me and last of us is no console seller for me. I'm more excited about the new spiderman and ff7 remake than last of us part 2

  • If February 2018 is the true release date & the entire game has been rebuilt & it all looks as awesome as this ( plus the new opening footage ) then it's obvious that Bluepoint was working on this for quite a while prior to the reveal at this years E3. In either case, it looks absolutely awesome! The 3rd time really is the charm. lol

    • Yes. It looks better now, but this colossi did do that barrel roll in the original game. One of the things I noticed different this time is that the flaps don't close. Wander is able to stab all the spots in one go. In the original game, the flaps start to close after Wander attacks the 2nd flap & Wander is forced off the colossi. Maybe this was done just for the demo.

    • Also, if you play the demo version of the game, you can scale up to the Secret Garden & slide in between the walls so that you will end up at Dormin's Hole. You can even drop down inside of it or you can exit onto the outside of the temple.

  • omg just make a sequel already pleaseeeeeeeee. i was so young when i played the first one, my Ps2 is dead and gone for years now, but i still have the Ps2 copy of the game in its same cover. Just imagine Shadow of the Colossus 2 with all new bosses, unlockable , and dont forget all the secret places like the secret garden.

    • ICO. The Last Guardian. Impossible to have a direct sequel for a story that was already ended enough. Wander being dead, the colossi aswell. And I already mentioned the other two Team Ico games that in fact exist and are considered sequels. Don't get why people want a sequel that would be completely impossible to make anyway.

  • Never played this game but it looks amazing.. the horse animations are perfect, far better than ive seen in any other game. Can somebody tell me what you do in this game though, like is thete any fighting or if its open world etc. From what i see it just looks like a story more than anything, eithetway im definetley buying it.

  • The funny thing is that I bet a lot of you are thinking "Wow, this looks really good." - reality check for you: This doesn't look THAT much better than the original, lol. That's not to diss your powers of observation, just to say that the original's graphics were on point. Original was amazing, but I am looking forward to this one as well. Kinda hope they throw some twists at us with the boss fights (that fight with the serpent was pretty much exactly the same as original, which is fine, but it'd be nice to have some new challenges).... maybe let him live in the end though... and add the colossi that weren't in the first....

    • VALKYRIEZ If you have the Ico and Shadow of the Colossus remastered edition on your PS3, then you should be qualified to receive the free avatar pack. Just make sure the Shadow of the Colossus game has some trophy save data. (I'm not sure however if you need to have platinum'd the game or just have at least one trophy for it to count.)

  • It would be so cool if they could add some of those "Cut colossi" that were almost completed into the game as DLC. I Don't think thats gonna happen though but i really would have liked to see the Phoenix.

  • This was the first game I seriously played, on my old PS2. I loved it to death, and I have the Ico/SotC bundle for my PS3, but I’m unfortunately not financially well off enough to buy a PS4 :/ hopefully that’ll change, but I’m so fucking happy for this nonetheless.
