These are probably a hydraulic cross lift arm, splined shaft for tractors, similar to a Massey Ferguson 135. Agriculture in Pakistan and India is on a massive scale.

@@janhoogesteger4789 об этом мне прекрасно известно🙂, но - при струйной подаче, когда не происходит попеременного нагрева и остывания твердого сплава режущей пластины. А он, как известно, твердый и хрупкий, и расширение при нагреве и резкое охлаждение при подаче жидкости начнет быстро разрушать пластину. Вот в этом и состоит глупость показанного в видео. @janhoogesteger4789 I am well aware of this, but - with jet feeding, when there is no alternating heating and cooling of the hard alloy of the cutting plate. And it is known to be hard and brittle, and expansion when heated and sudden cooling when liquid is supplied will quickly destroy the plate. This is the stupidity of what is shown in the video.
