Benn deserves maximum penalty of ban for the way this has been handled to set an example of governance and procedure. He's not a superstar, he's a hype job off his surname and hasn't earned the financial position he has been marketed into. Doesn't stand a chance of a world title and all this was just a cash grab off Benn Vs Eubank names because that's all he can achieve Avaneysan would have took his head off!
Connor has to be the worst managed career in boxing. Despite his father criticising Eubanks for how he managed his sons career, I think Nigel has done an even worse job with his boy. Had he just had the balls to own up to his crime, take his medicine like a man, he’d have either served out his ban or about to complete it by now. With a big fight against Eubanks lined up. Instead now he is looking very close to being in the wilderness forever. The BBB, and rightly so, don’t like being mugged off with scientific mambo jumbo by a bunch of witch doctors that Benn employed to mount a dumb defence based on nonsense about his physiology and how he metabolises eggs. Leave it lads. It’s getting embarrassing now.
The Board were not fooled by the 500 page Dossier puffed up with a load of Garbage to fill the pages as if somehow the more pages in the Dossier the more believable it will be. Lol. The most obvious explanation for everything is he simply put something into his system that he was not allowed to under the Sports Drug Restrictions and it got flagged up during routine drug testing.
Coner should have held his hands up. He would have nearly completed his ban by now.

Spence is a tool. Jordan is an intellect who spits opinions and personal feelings as facts. Talk sport is so disappointing in this subject. Great in other areas. This is a confidential Legal matter, they want headlines. The blame on Benn and his team is totally un acceptable, unfair, childish and uneducated.
yeah coz court battles never find their way into the press. drugs charges in sports are not confidential as far as i'm aware. the defendant has the right not to talk about it, doesn't mean others can't unless there's some injunction or nda on it which i don't believe there is.

Whyte served his bans and engaged with the relevant authorities (the first few times anyway, I don't know much about the most recent one), Benn's just refused to work with UKAD and tried to argue that he shouldn't have been banned on a technicality while boxing abroad

Hes useless anyway. Take away the drugs, and he loses that power he had that won him fights. I think anyone that gets caught with enhancement drugs in their system, should be banned for life, and that includes all these people who claim the drug was in certain food they ate, like Fury and Cannelo. We shouldn't give these fighters the benefit of the doubt because they are good fighters, or because they are popular fighters and we like them.

I don’t get why anyone would vacate a championship belt unless no fights coming in and you’re paying to hold your own belt which is just weird but Wood should of kept the belt and seen this last year out as a champ given he didn’t lose again

Connor Benns case has been held in a far different way than any other recent cases. Confidential information being released to the public, board members speaking out in public to people like Simon Jordan who clearly has an agenda against Eddie & Matchroom. Very little noise was made regarding Amir Khans failed test, Very little noise on Dillian Whyte, Very little on alycia baumgardner. I think although Connor Benn has not handled this situation very well, people have been out too get him right from the start and it’s a complete different energy towards him than any other. With that being said, I do think that the BBBoC must win this case for the future of boxing in this country.
none of the above fighters u mention apart from benn threw away their license or refused to give evidence, they all served bans or were cleared or partly cleared of taking drugs intentionally, that's the difference.
