It is not a struggle---- it is the tactics and strategy of Conor Benn's legal team. It is a court case with a load of attorneys and advisors involved.
100%, no one is even questioning the specific of the case simply cause he's refused to even be investigated. He literally thinks no one has the god given right to investigate 2x failed drug tests lol. DIsgrace
A lot of money expended too, hence the reason Hearn is trying to set up fights against the top names in the sport, even though Benn hasn't earned those fights.

The reason it has not been settled is because Benn & his team gave up his BBBOC License & refused to have a hearing. this is Benn & his team’s fault. nobody else.

Jeez, I agree, they ALL keep saying that, when the fact of the matter is he is NOT a 17 year old novice, just starting his career, he is a 27 year old man, who got caught cheating, & then tried every trick in the book, to deny it, i think that he's finished, he has ruined his own career, there are no big fights for benn, just old timers, & journeymen.
Jeez, Benn is so stupid, he just cannot see that his lawyers are intent on dragging this out for as long as possible, so that they can make as much money off of him, for as long as they can, either way he is a 'busted flush', he,s just not rated, he is british level at best, & he is nowhere near becoming a W/C, not as long as 'shyester' Eddie is still trying to get him to fight 46 year legend Pacquio, there are NO World title fights for Benn. Also Davies & 'shyester' Eddie need to STOP bigging up the Eubank fight, its just NOT going to happen, nobody wants to fight Benn, he is just not rated, & i will guarantee that if 'shyester' Eddie cannot get the Pacquio fight made, he will fight someone else that we have never heard of. Benn is 28 this year, & has not fought for an area, british, or European title, he's finished.
I hate this 'i'm tired of it' take I keep hearing cause it 100% plays into the sole aim of the Benn PR team (yes there's a team). Literally just trying to wear out the patience of the public so we don't care. There's no muddying of the waters, he tried to avoid even being investigated due to legalities over jurisdiction cause he has a huge legal team & backing of the UK's biggest promoter. Credit to BBBOC/UKAD for standing firm.

He acts pretty arrogant, like he's an accomplished high level fighter. Without his juice he's British level at best, and if his name wasn't Benn no one would pay any attention. He cheated and refuses to admit it, not a good look. And because of that he will never be respected as a boxer.

On certain situations you can only plaster over the cracks for so long, its been written all over Conors face ever since the story broke that he popped for PEDs Not only has he been trying to fool the BBBOC, more important he's been fooling the boxing fans. Banned for life that's what should happen make examples out of cheats that try to swerve punishment.

Not really he was straight back on insta, truth is he's just one of many doctors in the game doing that. Heck in a court of law he would've done nothing wrong, proven by fact he's still a GP & could probably still work in boxing if he wanted to. He was just stupid or honest enough to say it publicly.

Benn has no proof or it would have been presented long ago, he's just tried to get off on a technicality, he just needs to serve his ban now or the situation just drags on
It all boils down to strict liability. The only option is for CBs legal team can give us the evidence that CB is innocent. Anything elseis just sidenotes. If hey cant then CB nweds to serve a ban even if he screems blue murder. Its the equivalent of in rugby whe. The ref gives an in field decision as try and asks the TMO to see if there if clear and obvious evidence to overturn. If not, the try stands.
Benn’s hope is that everyone is confused to the point they don’t know if he’s guilty or not. The fact is, 2 tests were failed. Take your medicine and come back stronger.

I don't care. For almost two years now we have been talking about the egg consumption of a fighter of whom we don't even know what level he's at. But judging by the amount of coverage he gets over this you would think he's Canelo or Muhammad Ali. But if they would somehow, somewhere make the Eubank fight it will be very likely the end of him. Eubank is too big for Conor and he has no ko power at that weight. I'm not a Conor hater OR fan. I'm just bored with going over the same old year after year.
