Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
3 g of dry yeast.
Stir well to dissolve the yeast.
300 g of flour.
1/3 teaspoon of salt.
Mix.
Knead the dough.
Cover and set aside for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough.
30 g of butter.
Roll the butter in the dough and knead.
Write a review or ask a question about the recipe.
I will be very happy to answer.
Gently knead the dough, then round it and put it in a bowl.
Set aside for about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, the dough is ready.
Roll into a large ball.
Prepare the pan. Grease the bottom of the pan with butter.
I used 10 inch, 9 inch or more is recommended.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Round each piece of dough into a ball.
Put the finished dough in the pan, one in the center and 7 on the sides.
Cover and set aside for about 1 hour.
The dough has risen well.
Each side takes about 10 minutes to cook.
Cooking under the lid.
Turn the bread over with parchment paper and a plate.
Cover and cook the other side for about 10 minutes.
After browning on both sides, remove from the pan.
It smells so delicious. It's tempting.
Brush the top with butter.
Eat it while it's fresh it's so delicious.
It's so easy to bake bread without an oven!

I'm always enjoying the video. I really want to make it. If you don't have yeast and only have baking powder, can I replace it with baking powder? If possible, can I use the same amount as East 6g in the video?
It's the yeast that make the bread so puffy. Using Backing soda result in different consistency. Backing soda can make the dough almost instantly , while using yeast you have to wait some time for fermentation in order to rise the dough. Using backing soda the dough never rise as much as using yeast. Yeast can change the taste and composition of the dough while backing soda doesn't. If you look at the Nan-Bread or tortilas then look at the traditional bread you'll be able to see the differences and consistency.
