  • When we work ab at track we have to do these for a minute and if anyone drops we add ten more seconds per person 💀 i forgot to add if we stop for too long we add more time too

  • Back to where it all started not gonna fool myself thinking I can do it everyday again but I will actually give consistent updates this time. Got some college traction but want them D1 offers. Lets go!!! Update #1 Did it in the morning on an empty stomach and definitely felt it Update #2 Empty stomach again but this time I was able to do 20 reps for a full cycle (40 for alternating legs) instead of dropping to 10/20 on some. definitely felt the windshield wipers way more today 😭 Update #3 Caught a charley horse in both legs at practice I’m glad this is an ab workout and not legs 😭 Update #4 We got a new jumping coach that’s a former coach so core work will definitely happen glad I’m more prepared with this Update #5 Some of these are starting to feel useless I’m gonna try to do it twice a day now with 2 sets in the morning and 1 at night and then hopefully in a few days do 2 sets at morning and at night Lil 2 week+ update: This shit works magic fr my core is past what it used to be but don’t forget your diet is important too if you wanna “see” your abs My metabolism is relatively fast so that’s not really a problem for me but I still try my best not to overdo everything Final update: I got a job and could barely wake up in the morning and didn’t have time to do it after work because i would fall asleep but came back on one of my days off, that’s how much of an impact this had 🙏🏾
