Here during the quarantine, i run the 400 and wanted to add extra core work on top of what my coach gave me and I’m watching this video almost everyday until my team can start practicing together.

I just started track this year and walking lunges helped me with my 400 and 800. I do 3 round/ 3+ mins each.

Consistency is key with this one guys, it’s only 5 minutes so make sure to do it daily. Amazing core workout for speed

Just wanted to say this has been so useful to me!! I’ve honestly been doing this at least 2x/week base core for over a year ! I put this on and just follow along when I don’t have time to think or can’t be stuffed thinking about what core to do !!

Once a day is good, doesnt have to be intense. Just make it consistent and focus your energy and time, in plyometrics, sprints, drills, weights etc. Even in recovery days these are good

Depends on your body composition. Everyone's different.. Mix this with a clean diet & try it for a month and see the results yourself.

@@williamdavis4180 Incorporate into your workout regimen usually on offset days. i.e I'd do core workouts every other day last. Or switch it up and do them in the morning to get my energy going through out the day. All depends on your schedule .

@@williamdavis4180 Staying consistently on a clean diet will most definitely get you to see your abs .. These workouts only strengthen your core. Diet is like 80-90% of the work to make them visible.

You train abs with volume, charlie francis, one of the most influential coaches for modern sprint training even said this. The explosive stuff comes from doing sprinting itself
