  • This is a great workout and unlike many others, just hits the right difficulty level that there just enough room for constant improvement, but also not impossible! Its been 3 weeks now that I consistently have come back to this workout 2-3 times per week after my runs. Not only do I see improvements every week (especially the most difficult middle part with the knee-to-elbow plank positions) but it has also relieved the hip /hip flexor pain I used to get 10mins into my runs :) Thank you!

  • I've been out of shape for a too long in my opinion. I'm 16 almost 17 and trying to restart my running career. Just finished a 2 mile run and saw this workout and I'll have to be honest it was very difficult but I'm going to keep doing it. Thanks man!

  • I've seen so many abs workout videos and this one is by far my favourite. Hits all the right spots, just the right difficulty, plus some doggie appearances! Thank you 🙏 🙏 🙏

  • I agree on the need for a timer, audible countdown, also the last 60s of exercise is like leg lifts with a hip press, then some random reach-throughs. The exercises were good, just a little better organized so we can follow along too

  • Thanks so much for this! I always feel after a run I need a little core work but never knew what to do other than some sit ups, lol. This is the perfect workout to engage my chore AND it's still too hard for me to complete without stopping so I'm looking forward to the day I can get all the way through.

    • I'm glad you find it hard too Holly. I did it myself last night and was thinking "Bloody hell, this bloke in the video is strong". haha. It's a tough workout!

  • It’s good I like it for me I found it hard but it’s my first go at it so hopefully after doing it 3-4x a week for a whole month or two I should be faster and stronger right 😅

  • Do we take break after each exercise?

  • Is all this with no breaks in between exercise??

    @noD1va@noD1va Жыл бұрын
  • I would say, please add in a buffer time between each exercise and maybe a beep to signify when the timer "starts"

  • Ran a 330 marathon few weeks ago but struggled from the start with this 😂. Bit of a shock that I would be quite awful at this. But something I will work at

    • Just sprinkle it through your week about 2-3 times. It really doesn't matter if it's before or after your run :)

  • Wtf no break between the sets? This was one of the hardest ones to keep up with. Really not for beginners.

    @ledari@ledari4 ай бұрын
  • No audible description of the exercises, which makes it hard to follow. Audible cue for exercise change is very weak - proper timer needed.
