SCORPION and Harvester ANT MIX!

2020 ж. 29 Мам.
18 652 Рет қаралды

The second of many updates on this enormous piece of forest within a container. There are obviously less animals in this one as the foundational entities have to settle first. Although, in this video we will introduce two salamanders and two ant colonies!
Thank you for watching and have a fANTastic day!

  • I have made a similar thing, but only 30x30 cm big, but you can see nature in action just as well as in such a big one! Its always fascinating to watch the ant colonies ( There are 3), the isopods, snails millipedes and spiders do their thing. And the coolest thing in there is a Beetle, wich grew from a tiny larvae i put in there, and now he is the biggest thing in there and eats a lot of isopods. Its really cool how it evolves, and i cant wait to see it in a year or so.

  • It is looking amazing in there, but if that boy scorpion ever wants to get some action he better step up...your girl is an Amazon. If he is afraid of his food SHE is going to terrify him. Those salamanders are fast...and really quite beautiful. Some of your critters are growing like it is a race, you have some big slugs and worms in there. I was thinking about you last night as I watched one of my yard snails trying to get what she thought of as her share of a pork bun while the raccoons argued about it. For a moment I thought she might end up IN a raccoon...but she dropped off it just in time. I need more of this channel in my life, so thanks for sharing.🖤🇨🇦

    • Nordic Ants that snail really was ballsey given the circumstances she was in. I let my yard be a forest edge, and whatever creatures end up there are let be. I often sit in the yard and just watch the varied life go about their business. This year I intend to classify the various ant colonies that live on my property. Don’t worry...I will be commenting on your vivarium updates every time you give one. I really enjoy your style and enthusiasm. 🖤🇨🇦

  • please don't get any more tanks bigger than this, unless you plan to make longer videos. if that is the case, here is my play list kzhead.info/channel/PLMETGMll38ZUiL2_aoR2_W0fu2SMTlt8l.html it should help you be more creative with making scenes and for the "king" of this tank pick ether heterometrus swammerdami or Scolopendra gigantea or both to challenge each other

  • 6:50 oh oh oh, this is species of a booklice i think. They are brown usually. They eat a old books, but in nature, they eat different types of dead plants. I also wait for the millipedes and crickets. Nice video btw ;)
