** Why Do We Hunt Hogs? **
Feral hogs are a non-native and invasive species in Texas. Each year hogs cause millions of dollars in damage in the form of damaged crops, contaminated water supplies, broken equipment, transmission of diseases and injury to livestock.
Feral hogs compete with native wildlife for resources and also prey directly on the eggs and young of ground nesting birds and will actively hunt small mammals, frogs, lizards and snakes.
Due to their intelligence, adaptability, and prolific breeding habits, traditional methods of hunting and trapping have been largely ineffective in reducing the feral hog population. The introduction of night vision and thermal optics has greatly increased landowners' ability to mitigate the destruction caused by feral hogs.
Feral swine are not considered game animals in Texas and may be hunted by any means or methods at any time of year.

You idiot your killing the fricken baby’s they have a way longer life than you. Unbelievable
It has to be done...otherwise the infestation cycle never ends.
@Giant Killer dude if i could get away with shooting cockroaches in my house that'd be sick
What the hell are you talking about dummy. That's like saying don't kill a baby rat. Pests are pests adult or young. Don't watch these videos then.
Oh, you mean the sweet wittle piggies? Oh how cute, the misguided priorities of the uneducated mind when it comes to hard choices to be made, and cruel actions to be taken, regarding a controversial subject like the difference between Exterminating A Harmful, Invasive Pest,,, and Hunting. I'm sure there are some out there that think that the freshly emerging cockroach is cute and sweet, but it's still a harmful, destructive, and disease carrying pest, cute or not. There's rules and ethics in Hunting species, like deer, that could become endangered from over/unethical hunting if baby/young deer, pregnant females, or females caring for dependant young, were hunted. Those that are hunted are put down humanely with well placed shots that ensure as quick of a kill, and as low of an amount of suffering, as possible. When Exterminating a harmful pest it is of an animal who's numbers are out of control and is harmful and destructive to the habitats of, or directly to, other species that are natural to a region. So, you shoot in a manner that ensures as many are taken down as possible during each encounter. Shots are taken that may be during a panicked pork run and may not be aimed well enough to quickly kill, and does cause suffering, but those shots are useful by preventing the pests from escaping, thus allowing shots to be taken at other pests, then follow up shots can put them out of their misery once the rest of the pests have ran off and no more can be taken down in that moment. Some hunters/hog exterminator's don't shoot piglets out of personal preference, but shooting piglets is not breaking any hunting laws here, because this is not hunting, and every piglet taken is one that won't grow up to parent more piglets and add to the problem. It's unfortunate when the young and innocent are killed, but we aren't the only species to do it. Just about every carnivorous species on this planet has a prey species that they hunt and kill for food, and sometimes that opportunity to have meat for sustenance, may have to be from the prey's young, vulnerable, unable to defend itself, offspring. Lions and hyenas go after, and kill, baby gazelles all the time. The cute little baby zelle's have barely managed the ability to stand and walk, and then they're attacked by predators that lured or scared its parent(s) off, and then the predators tore the baby to shreds while it's still alive and suffering. It's an unfortunate cruelty inherent in nature that the strong exploit the weak to live, grow stronger, grow more intelligent and prosper, and they do so with such cruelty, and with no mercy what so ever. Yeah, eating meat is what was responsible for us having such large, complex brains that are capable of learning incredible amounts of information, and feeling these and other powerful emotions.
Young porks have better flavors
Had them hogs doing the stanky leg....the Broncos buster....the curly shuffle.....the face plant......the whirling dervish......the tail dragger and the get da hell outta dodge sprint...lmao.....love it !!!😂😂😂😂😃😃😃
Nelson Strickland- The BEST comment I've seen a while!!
And even though we don't hear too much of it, I love hearing the "Squeal Of Pain".
@@dogbarbill that's kind of weird honestly.
One of them looked like it was trying to dig a hole to get the hell out of the way
*BEST comment. lol. !!! You literally gave me the best laugh this MONTH!*
This is by far the best wild hogs hunting on youtube. Believe me. The hunter is a professional sniper, the filming is clear and no shaking, and there is no blabla and advertising for any product whatsoever. The best video on youtube.
When hogs stop and start spinning around, that is a sign of happiness and contentment. Much like the wagging of a dogs tail.
The "Spin n Sqeal" System, love it !

Omahog Beach, hahahahah, that one got a belly laugh outta me!
Mg34 hog hunting
@@m1a2abrams52 you like the MG34 as opposed to the MG42? The 42 goes through the belts of ammo like crazy with its high firing rate, much quicker than the slower firing 34. I'd have to agree, while I do like the 42, the 34 is much easier to control. I've never liked the idea of just spraying lead and mostly hitting nothing. I know that sometimes you have to keep the enemy's heads down, and keep them from being mobile, but I've always thought that short, well aimed shots were a much better use of ammo.
I wonder if old Kermit the Frog wish this was legal back in his day ... if it had been Miss Piggy would have definitely got the wrong idea when he said he was going to eat her LOL
As an environmentalist it brings a tear to my eye when these guys run out of ammo. They should get an award from the UN for the unrecognized work protecting the environment from this infestation of giant invasive pests.
they're doing the lord's work
Yesssss I’m up at 4 am smoking a blunt eating Frosted Flakes watching some good old hog sniping
You should really get a job and move out of your mothers basement Tyrone you been living there for 45 years...you really need to get a job and a place of your own....fuckin buck up Tyrone buck the fuck up

Timmy...thanks for removing at least part of the moral bankruptcy mystery. Between you and Trekx, America has some clue now.
Timmy2000 bruh Im 18 in my last year of high school ..... stop being racist and ignorant wise up it would suck if you ended up like one of these hogs 👀
I love it when they start running right at the shooter and then POW! Down like a sack o' dirt, legs still twitching. A beautiful sight.
You guys are serious marksman.. Best hunting video on KZhead
lol, I was just thinking he couldnt shoot for shit, constantly shooting low and under leading the hog.
@@carys9137 let’s see some videos of your crack marksmanship.
Disclaimer: A few hogs were killed in the filming of this video.
LoL! Can also report: 'Spoiler Alert!' LoL
Oooooooooooooooooo.
Yea, rite, hahaha...do not try this at home (but feel free to try it at Pelosi's house)
Let's be politically correct feral hogs lol you might be a racist
Good ...👍
An EXCELLENT vid that is edited tight - lots of shots & kills. Too many guys think interesting content is them mugging for the camera and telling us what we’re seeing. Keep at it & hunt safe.
I have no clue why I find great satisfaction in watching these videos.
Human beings have a basic hunter instinct which translates itself to many areas of endevour. That includes hunting of invasive animals like hogs, Burmese pythons, and pesky Asian carp. The videos show that we all love to do it if given the opportunity,.
Y'all are living the The good life. Just one night of hunting like that and I could die happy
Sitting here watching this video while mounting a night vision scope on my AR. Let the good times roll!
Awesome video men, but the suppressor is a must for follow up shots. Y'all did a good job and marksmanship was spot on. Enjoyed it, and NO Bad music in the background. New subscriber too!!
Amen I really enjoyed it
Best Hunting video channel on youtube! Awesom quality cameras and editing!
Thanks Ben!
Thanks for the compilation guys, some great shooting in there.
Best sport online!
Gotta love the spinning top at 4:19.....LOL
Thank you for what you are doing! and thanks for letting us see you drop them.
Not to sound too naive, but being from Maine i never knew you guys down south had this problem. Makes me want to load up and head south.
My GOD i love this channel
Shooting pretty wild out there with those building in the back ground lots of bullets going down range and not hitting much
Como siempre muy buenos vídeos..... Hermosa cacería saludos desde Argentina muchachos sigan así!!!!!
This video is a great tribute to these wonderful creatures. It shows these majestic and wonderful animals in all their greatness.
It is amazing how this scope system is so accurate. Does it not deviate with each shot? How many shots/sessions before need to calibrate?
protecting the food for the vegans
This is actually true lol
😂😂👏👏👏👏👏👏
Love waking up to hog hunting videos keep up the great work
Nice follow-up shots on injured animals. Sucks that this is so necessary but if you have to do it thanks for doing so ethically.
Awesome vids. Keep them coming... thank you.
Your videos are always awesome!! 👍

Lol
Excellent idea! ;-) Sorta get that rush just watching these vids...
Or you can just buy a gun and walk out into a field...
@@m1a2abrams52 I wish. Where I'm at most of their gear is illegal, as is night hunting.
Is like they don’t end. You must have hours of content by now and other hunters doing their part but it’s like it’s to no avail. I’m from Australia where we have our own feral hog problem and my fave KZheadr here is Hunting With Stu. We do it differently here but you guys get the better guns hahahaha.
Hunting with Stu is awesome!
I live in a county in Wisconsin that has reported sighting of hogs. I’ve never seen one yet. People that are offended by killing them. Should get their ass out of bed at 4 A M milk cows ,shovel Sht, bale hay. Milk em again at 4 P M..Put in 16 hours of hard work and struggle to make ends meet. The D N R has declared an all out assault on them. Any hours hunted and by any means. Farming is a tough go now without the desecration and the disease they carry. A lot of our corn and soybean fields are 80 acres or less. Can’t imagine the damage these hogs could do in one night if they take ahold here.
@T2.....Odnr has feral hogs and coyotes as no limit year round open.
Its so bad in Texas the state has legalized hunting out of helicopters with full automatic weapons. Not kidding.
Mystery Bag Is it hard to own a rifle to use on hogs in your country?
Mystery Bag I’m semi retired so I winter Here in Alabama and on private land we can hunt day and night. Government land is day only. Part of the problem is the hogs are mostly nocturnal . So the gov rule isn’t helping things. We’re getting overwhelmed with them. I also hunt in Arkansas at night with my Pulsar thermal. Anytime anywhere.
Mystery Bag The amount of destruction I see where we hunt is unbelievable. Our small dairy farm fields especially in spring seeding-would be devastating . You can’t afford to plant over and over. It hurts us if we can’t get 120 day corn in with a late spring already. They also carry and spread some nasty diseases. By the way I will be 73 yrs old on Feb 12th . My dear mother used to say in her last years to me. Run when you can son. I’m not running but ima moving along best Incan. Cheers
Of all the pest hog control videos I like yours the best because you don't let them suffer, our farm in Ohio was infested with coyotes they never sufferd one shot 1 kill, you guys are amazing shot with hogs running thats a fast moving Target but you just knock them down so fast.great video👍👍👍 lots.of pesky bacon out there.
Love these videos! Always surprise how much you have to lead a running hog! Nice shooting boy.
I love good poetry!
Very impressive shooting guys! Most of those shots were what like 100 to 300 yards. Very skilled.
Keep up the good work guys.
I can smell the cordite even from my living room.
Some of those blood sprays were insane
Always love your videos....!!!!
This guy is a very good rifleman - awareness, triggerpull, choices. I want him in my crew during the Zombie Apocalypse.
Blood thirsty for days beautiful work keep up the excellent work
Dammm hell of a shot on them moving targets you sir are the pork king
I love these videos. It helps bring awareness to how bad feral hogs can be. Yall are taking the proactive approach by fucking up some bacon for Saturday morning brunch with Grandma and Aunt Sally. God bless America.
2:00-2:14 six straight Texas heart shots. Two of them hogs were hurtin for certin.
people will still be watching these videos 50 years from now. there are so many....
Is it just hard to tell the difference in image quality due to it being a recording? The xq is a smaller sensor than the xp but the quality looks good on both? How do they compare in real life use?
It's insane how many there are. Good job, clean kills and humane finishing shots when needed. Nicely done. Fast shooting.
This video is perfect
Unfortunately can't do much hog hunting in Arizona, we have havalina hogs in this state. In order to hunt them you have to put in for a lottery, not to mention it would be a bad idea if you got the two confused....fish and game could take the rifle and slap a heavy fine.
it almost looks like the beginning of tremors 3, minus the M45 quadmount and Burt laughing his ass off
Man, that looks like way too much fun! That is definitely on my bucket list. Seriously though, I know those wild hogs are a major issue to farmers and ranchers, and the problem only seems to be getting worse. Even though you are killing a lot of them, I bet you just about break even given the rate of reproduction. Still, what a hell of a way to do pest control. :)
After the shooting, what happens to the corpses (meat) - is it any good? I imagine, the meat might be infested since these are wild hogs?
That one pig uttering the Deadpool line: "Godammit! Right up Main Street!!"
The coyotes must love the sound of the dinner bell ringing
That’s a lot of bacon.
AmirOps cooking them is what you must do, just do not eat the brain
This was awesome great video
A few questions: 1) This is all happening on your property? 2) How far are from the city and or closest neighbor 3) Who or how do you get rid of all the carcasses? Thanks
Hello Carpe Sus. Your videos are excellent. Do you organize hunts for hire at all?
Just love these vid! Thanks for sharing them, and keep up the good work!
You are the most stupid evil on Earth.
omg so much food! i want some!
I think this is some of the coolest kind of hunting I have ever seen, I'm a big-time gun collector but never cared for hunting too much because shooting deer is boring. Going after something that can mess you up if you're not careful is a little more challenging, plus these things are basically oversized rats that are over running large parts of the country and won't be missed.
This is not hunting. It is eradication.
Alot of food and alot of fun ! Those wild hogs are breeding so fast they must be controlled.
Talk about your "mad minute" i have a question if I may what do you guys do with the pigs when you're done ? I heard they were good eating but I haven't had fresh Pig like that just curious keep up the good work nice shots ! 03/09/19 Spokane WA !
Why do you not use "silencers" to keep the group from being alarmed?
A lot of hog hunters do use suppressors. However it's still nowhere near silent as movies portray. Hogs are also very intelligent, and when one spooks all the rest know to run as well.
Just wondering. Could all the bullet/lead deposits in the fields pose future problems. Hope not
Send this to ESPN right away guy. Couple of these are top10 for sure. 🪖
2:09 Texas heart shot. 😂
Mate, you need a mini gun, surely you can get one?? You are in Merica!!! Great shooting, Tex !!!!
I don't know why watching this is satisfying.
if activision make a game out of this. it will be a succes!
"So anyway I started blasting."
Greetings from Hellas!
some damn good hog plinkin', fellas!
Would like to know what type of weapon setups you guys are running? Alot of nice shots and tactics used. Good hunting.
Guarantee your looking at an almost 20k setup if not more. Trijicon Optics are very expensive but we’ll worth every penny!!!!
*5:22** Damn that's a brutal shot, good thing you guys don't skimp on the ammo and gave the Hog a mercy kill.*
Shut up vegan
That hog sprung a leak.
Great video guys. Too many people say why even try you'll never get them all. I say shoot as many as you can, we will win the fight!
Just got the xq50. What do you think the best reticle is for little further shots? Say 200-300 yards. And which reticle do you like the best for when they are running fast? The on if the beginning of the video?
Thanks for taking them out fully first
You need more good shooters to join you, and deploy better strategy, too many got away.
And I bet you put yourself at the top of your list.
So good
Happy new hunting year. Get them all. Get a dear hug. Regards from Germany.
Bravo !!! At last good shooter, which can shoot the target on move !!!
"Ma!?! It looks as though we gonna have Steak tonight. I done shot one of the cows by accident... we're gonna have ta skip da poke chops." Excellent shooting guys. Keep it up...👍
Love this vid! I would gladly travel from MN with my Wife and son to join in on a pest control campaign.
Is the XP worth the extra money for the larger FOV and increased clarity?
UNV..These night vision videos are entertaining to watch. Thanks for making them. So I have watched videos n read a lot of comments. I have the answer to why they have to be hunted. My question is, what happens to the pigs after? If they are full of disease do you leave to rot in place, eat, sell, donate, bury? B Safe
Red meat eating, bacon frying American God bless the US of A!!!!
AMEN, Brother!
damm skippy if all these dumb asses knew that there plant based bitch boy diet was being destroyed by wild hogs i bet they would have a different sense of humor
Mentally satisfying brain therapy, indeed.
BATJAC J.W - those hogs are too lean not much bacon just lean hog meat ! Great for sausage!
Adirty and ugly animal muste be dont. Eeat
you could have teams of fellows doing this in Florida every damn night and you still wouldn't make a dent except maybe a 1-mile perimeter. 👍👍👍👍 Also I like those optics that's a real nice line of vision.$$$$
@Deborah Lancaster much of the state these days... and non-native iguanas too.
Are the carcasses butchered or left for the scavengers? There seems to be just too many of them for hauling off for processing.
Can you use a silencer so the hogs don’t run off after the first shot. I’m from Toronto Canada and am not knowledgeable on hog hunting or guns.
Them's a lot of hogs...! Good meat on the hoof.
This has to be done to protect crops , hogs don’t care if they eat your food up, plus the meat gets processed and feeds a lot of hungry people.
At 5:00 minutes in the video ,,,how far is the shot and what magnification are you on please? Not sure to go with the XM 38 or XM 50
