If you’ve told one lie, stolen anything, or lusted (which is adultery of the heart), you’ll be found guilty on Judgment Day and end up in Hell. But there’s good news: Though we broke God’s Law, Jesus, the prophesied Messiah, perfectly kept the Law, fulfilling all righteousness. He paid the fine for sinners ( that we could never pay ) by suffering and dying on the cross-absorbing the wrath of God that we deserve. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. Best advice I can give to beginners is to begin with the stomach facing the wall. the second one is to find a coach, Seriously don't be misled about it, doing consistent handstands is way way waaaaaaaaaaay harder than it seems. Like Juji said with the one-arm handstand but it applies to every level you try to advance, the effort it take to progress is absurd and in the internet there is simply not enough content or content of quality, at least for free

  • Very impressed with their performance at their weights. Handstands are definitely a high skill movement, Juji isn't kidding about the time/reward ratio. Took me 7 months to get a 10 second hold, but I got to 60 sec after 1 year. 3 years in I can do all kinds of shapes and even eyes closed for almost 30 seconds but the one arm handstand feels a long way off.

    • Yeah, he is right. That's why I stopped training handstands and moved on to more difficult things after learning handstand (in terms of strength and statics holds)

  • It's easier whem you start from the top and lower 4:30, it's called negative and you're actually much stronger that way.

  • For handstands, all you need to do is open up your shoulders to be a straight line. Then you can tighten your core and glutes and you will have a straight handstand.

    @Bogo0112@Bogo011210 ай бұрын
    • For a big guy you can't just open up your shoulders. It's even hard to scratch the back of the head when being that big. Everything just tightens up the bigger your get.

  • Wth, Larry is only 28?! I genuinely thought he was around 40 or maybe even a bit over, so it really took me by surprise when he said something about the age in the video. Kinda crazy! 👀👀
