  • I love how his own wife was filming, thinking her husband was in the right, but instead, she ruined her husbands life, public humiliation & no career. He should get 30 days on prison

Now I do not know of he is racist or not and I do not care he had no right to put his hands on anybody or their property and what this young man may or may not have done days weeks or months prior had nothing to do with this situation. He was wrong black or white. I want to hear from the young lady this incident stemmed from and how come she hasn't came forward and said Jonathon was protecting her as the wife suggested. Honestly sounds like JP was minding his business in the house his wife had been bothering this young man for at least 15mins prior to recording. She called her drunk husband out he didn't even have on shoes and now he's in trouble with the law for taking matters into his own hands. Thats his fault.

  • So What? As long as nearby landowners assent to the claim of "feeling threatened," then any and all interactions are legal. Licensed property in the u.s. has the right to take life. Landowners are the legal experts in all interactions until another state-licensed expert claims the opposite and can show a record of related expertise (like Dr., cop or much richer landowner). The reason for "feeling threatened" is not a state matter until the deep state experts decide they have the time, resources and inclination to delve into it. Just like Trayvon - if someone with a big licensed truck pulls alongside and orders a pedestrian to disappear, they are the law and are state-approved to make the other person disappear. If there is no state-provided barrier with traffic such as a sidewalk or curb, then the law warrants ramming or otherwise striking of said other individuals. Any counterclaims are, at most, a civil matter --and it's real hard to sue a victim (the threatened individual) for being put in prison, especially while wearing an orange jumpsuit. Why didn't the little guy get lost like the constitution orders him to, and why did the cops get in on the side they decided to? Not much clarity in "due process" is there?
