*Someone dies in an obvious murder* Police in this case: yep looks like a suicide to me.
Tbh, they were probably too scared to rule it as homicide if the theory that the mob or the secret services were involved is true.
Could also be either the cops or their higher ups were paid off...or threatened. I agree though, obvious murders. Two gun suicides but neither victim has gun residue? And men don't normally do the wrist cutting; that's usually women. Not to mention the last guy had coincidentally requested info from Devereux...whose phone was probably tapped. Too weird no matter how you look at it.
Makes you wonder about any other "suicides" that haven't been put out to the public...
Abby Geurts no, they just can’t confirm with assumptions, even if it’s obvious. There needs to be proof
Lucia Wang You reminded me of one that I found fishy at the time: David Carradine from “Kung fu” and “kill bill”. His death was odd.

I love how the CIA+ loves to say things were suicides while doing a very poor job of making things look like a suicide. Like come on, if you're going to cover up a murder as a suicide at least be MILDLY convincing about it.
they do it on purpose though, they rule it as a suicide when it's clearly a murder being argued as one, as a threat, to say we can get rid of you and we can get away with it
The CIA deals with gathering information and preforming operations on foreign nations. Like, you picked the one agency whose purview is defined as outside of the US lol
@@Kyle_Schaff I know it's a year late but it's not hard to imagine that just because the CIA is only allowed to operate on foreign soil, doesn't mean it's not just lip service. It's just as easy for them to do internal reconnaissance and espionage and - when found out by other US internal agencies - can just easily disavow those involved. When an organization specializes in intelligence-gathering, espionage and other shady practices - everything they say is and can be suspect.
Ma man, they don't need to be convincing
The last one where the dude died because of the cuts on his wrists probably could have been at least somewhat convincing if not for the fact he was so squeamish. But, like others have pointed out, they don't really need to be very discreet
Can you imagine that lady calling the police station with information? "Can I ask who this is?" "Just call me Green Eyes." "Oh so you want to remain anonymous?" "No no. Call me Green Eyes." "I'm not doing that ma'am." "Please, just give me this."

My mom's best friend when I was growing up was married to a pilot. He flew for a large airline, but also owned a small twin engine plane. He used to go on frequent business trips and when his income didn't reflect the overtime, his wife started to suspect him of having an affair. He then confessed to being a secret agent... Later, it turned out that he was not a secret agent. He was using his small plane to smuggle drugs from Mexico. Why is no one asking how the wife "nursed him back to health" when he had a poison in his throat? That makes no sense, was the drug absorbed by his body but inert? Did they remove it? Was it just a lie to not talk to a nagging wife? im confused
Exactly, and I’m completely unaware of a drug that is both a hallucinogenic AND neurotoxic, there isn’t a drug classification for anything like that. Plus, how is the drug just sitting in his throat? It would move when he normally swallows, and the vocal cords are totally separate from the esophagus?
they probably took them to a hospital or her wife was somehow in this murder, like the police didnt do alot of investigating they didnt check the bible verse, the dollar bill and her wife since if someone said "Oh i nursed my husband who has a *helucinatic drug in his throat* it just doesn't make sense
yeah that made no sense to me. if anything was in my throat, i'd probably choke to death, and they also claimed he told her stuff after using a notepad. its all weird

Charles was my uncle. There is more to the story than what has been stated in this video, as well as the tv episode. Others have died close to the case. If you want more information on the case I recommend looking into the bank in which he testified against (there are some names tied to that bank that might be of some interest...). The bank is the most important piece of this case. Devereux also knows more about this case than he leads you to believe. Devereux is not to be trusted. You two need to be careful with this one.
Spooky Bois be careful!

#postmortem i just want shane and ryan to respond to this message
Shane and Ryan, better pay attention to this guy.
What about the police? There are obvious murders being declared suicides, pretty clearly showing that a lot of police corruption is involved. Has that been looked into?
I think Charles was a FBI informant thats why he had a list of the transactions. As soon as the mob found out they silenced him and all the people trying to connect the dots. Also I think it’s weird that both post-mortem’s suggest suicide when anybody with no detective knowledge can say that those were clear homicides. I feel like the cops and doctors were either dirty, threatened or scared. Interesting case though! May their souls rest in heaven 🙏

Whenever I hear about "a pair of men claiming to be the FBI", I always just imagine them as Sam and Dean. Also @Sasha Sheiba is that Aziraphale as your profile pic?
@@jellomello4054 Yeah, Aziraphale is my profile pic! Whenever I hear anything about fake FBI agents, I have war flashbacks to Supernatural.
And their impala must've been there
How do I not remember this episode? I watched this entire series. I was listening to Lazy, while reading comments about this Unsolved episode. Had to come check this out again.
Nobody: Absolutely nobody: Not even Shane or Ryan: Police: yep, it’s a suicide.
"Memo to self: Sell the Toyota station wagon."
Lol
The fact that you have a station wagon already gives you a contract for death.
Thank
Yo welcom
localcrew 😂
Petition for Ryan to start saying "the month after January" or "the month before March" instead of Febreearary
Sierra Marini *signs*
Rather than that, I think it would be fun if he said it in random other languages. 😂
I was hoping I wasn't the only one bothered by that
😂😂😂 Februyayu
I think these investigation stories are my favorite from you boys. Keep more coming. Please
So I've been binging buzzfeed in the dark, and my sister was messing with a squeaky dog toy that sounded like she was screaming, and it scared me so bad. My soul has left me yet again
for post-mortem: do you think the police ruling all the deaths as suicides suggests that they were in on it or just lazy?
I think it could be. I also believe that the police could've been stumped and didn't know what happened so in an attempt to get justice for the cold case the ruled it a suicide. I also think that it would help the police' rep so.
They were definitely in on it, 100%
Or....they could be threatened. Or the police are part of that "secret service" in which they have protocols too like... a pledge or sumth. Like "if it all goes wrong, all of you will be ruled as suicide... agent"
#postmortem
I honestly believe they were somehow involved as well. How you rule something a suicide when evidence can suggest otherwise? The deaths should've been further investigated
When my mum was a child she was home alone with her two sisters, a “police officer” in a marked car, but not in uniform knocked on their door asking if her dad was home, one of her sisters said no and the “police officer” asked whether their dad had a scar above his eyebrow, my mum and her sisters were unsure so the man left. When my grandad got back home they told him & he said he does have a scar above his eyebrow. My grandad went down to the police station to ask why they wanted him & they said they never sent a police officer to the house. My grandad was an Irish immigrant to Britain & this was around the time the IRA was prevalent so I believe it’s something to do with that.
Just before my parents got married when my mom was pregnant with my older brother, they converted a small bus into a camper van (old utility vehicles are really cheap after the service life ends because you can't get commercial insurance), and of course for privacy they had put those lace curtains on the windows. After they finished the DIY project they decided to go on road trip around Ireland as a couple. My aunt lived in Armagh at the time and they decided to visit her along the way, when they reached the border of Northern Ireland the army checkpoint was completely abandoned which they thought was weird as hell but they continued straight through. A few miles down the road a British army helicopter showed and kept pace with them. They were ordered to stop and exit the vehicle, then detained. Turns out the British army had spotting them approaching from a distance and were suspicious of the bus being something to do with the IRA so they evacuated the checkpoint. According to my dad if they had stopped or done anything unexpected, snipers in a nearby watch tower would've shot them. Both my parents are catholic & the bus had licence plate from the republic which didn't help. If you're wondering what happened the bus, it was heavily searched and the British army confiscated all the bottles of champagne my parents had from a trip to France. The camper then ended up sitting disused in our back garden for ~10 years until some random guy knocked on our front door asking to buy it & my father agreed.
Joe Soap whats the IRA
Irish Republican Army
You think the IRA was coming for your granddad? Just for being Irish in the UK tbh I don't think that makes sense unless he had been involved with them and it had gone bad and they wanted to silence him maybe? Did the fake cop have an Irish accent? Maybe it was some English nationalist or something who wanted to hurt / threaten him
Sunny well no, I don’t think it was just the fact he was Irish, I don’t know a lot about my grandad’s life but I do know that his dad was involved with the IRA- my mum doesn’t remember enough of the story to remember his accent. I assume my grandad had some involvement or conflict with the people, possibly the ira, considering he tended to be quite open with his politics and morals- openly speaking out against them. It could also be something like one of his old colleagues from the RAF wanting to recruit him into the IRA- this seems plausible to me as it highlights that maybe the scar was memorable (maybe he gained it during his service) anyway I doubt they were English as they had such intimate knowledge of my grandad- they were definitely someone from his past- who is the question
I love how excited Shane was that Ryan mentioned the Hot Daga in the main series
I love these Buzzfeed Unsolved stories and idk if you guys look at the comments but I think u should turn this into like a 1 hour episode to go more in depth because you offer alot of good info and theories and an hour would really give u a chance to dive in. Maybe a podcast or something
Can you please investigate my midterms. I borderline believe it was a set up. Half of what we were told was not on the midterms. I strongly believe I am not alone!
School hasn't even started yet buddy whatcha talking abt
Blu Bkku Different parts of the world have different schedules for school, not to mention any sort of year-round program. So it’s theoretically possible for someone to be taking a midterm at pretty much any time.
If you have 200 possible questions for your midterms and your test could only be 100 items then really half of what's on your pointers couldn't make it to the test BUT if you have studied all of those 200 questions you should've aced that test so... If you failed your midterms it is because you did not study enough 🤷
I do not appreciate you point out my flaws....:)
What is my perfect crime? I break into Tiffany's at midnight. Do I go for the vault? No, I go for the chandelier. It's priceless. As I'm taking it down, a woman catches me. She tells me to stop. It's her father's business. She's Tiffany. I say no. We make love all night. In the morning, the cops come and I escape in one of their uniforms. I tell her to meet me in Mexico, but I go to Canada. I don't trust her. Besides, I like the cold. Thirty years later, I get a postcard. I have a son and he's the chief of police. This is where the story gets interesting. I tell Tiffany to meet me in Paris by the Trocadero. She's been waiting for me all these years. She's never taken another lover. I don't care. I don't show up. I go to Berlin. That's where I stashed the chandelier.
ok dwight
Angela wouldn't be very happy
Eden Monkhouse Congratulations mate
Dude I felt like I was watching a movie while reading this
Eden Monkhouse Oh hey I remember this tumblr post
The case of Jack the Ripper may actually be somewhat solved... what if he was a police officer the whole entire time... explains why the police commissioner quit... and why the ripper was able to avoid the police.
He's 29 but has a grey beard? Someone was stressed
Mandy Olsen It can also be genetic
Mandy Olsen My friend went grey when she was 22, it’s just genetics 🤷♂️
In looking at other articles online, it looks like he was actually 39... Still kinda looks older!
Lol my dad had gray hair in high school because of genetics
Like others have said, they got the age wrong, he was 39. Also, I dont think that photo is actually him. I dont think they ever use actual photos of the subjects on this channel, for some reason.
I find it quite interesting that the number 12 keeps popping up. The writers wrists slashed at least 12 times, the 1990’s possible mistaken murder at least 12 inches away. Ecclesiastes 12!! We’ve got a calling card people. Also as a note any government or non government officials possibly reading this it’s a theory please don’t kill me because of it! Love you guys!
Patrick Riopelle and i saw this 12 hours ago from when you posted this comment
OH WOW nice
Dont put your fullname as your username..be safe
"The number 12 is a symbol of faith, the church and divine rule. The number 12features prominently in the Bible. The Old Testament Book of Genesis states there were 12 sons of Jacob and those12 sons formed the 12 tribes of Israel. The New Testament tells us that Jesus had 12 apostles." Got this straight off the internet, certainly is interesting. Good observation skills!
RIP
Thanks for the great Intense Video
I like to imagine everyone that he pissed off met him in the desert and just gave a weird glance to each other before talking about who would get to actually kill him
*body found chopped into pieces in a freezer* Police: weird suicide lmao
