I felt the civility and humanity in their words. Very humble. With deep thoughts. When at last I had to leave them flight to Qatar. All of them stood up wishing me good bye. I had the opportunity to ask them what is their education. Surprisingly two of them had PhD in Processing engineering. And still very humble and polite. Let us learn from their humanity.

    • Great leaders are usually reflections of societies they lead. They don't appear out of nowhere, as much as a number of level-headed people in those societies. You want great leaders, start with your own household and family. This is the most basic building block of every community. If it fails, your community is more likely to fail, then the society you live in, which in turn will produce failed leadership.

Also, Germanic neo Nazi propoganda is being taught in European schools. I know this because I have to argue with the little Nazis. They identify as nazis and they believe Romans and Greeks were all blonde and they want to fight about it. So for Russia and it's allies , this war is about ending Nazism, because the Germanic Nazis always attack, just like the trump movement was a fascist germanic movement. There are consequences to your actions .

Unfortunately in America, politics don’t allow the answer to be “I don’t know.” Too many Americans in my experience, make the assumption that the people in the leadership positions always have the answer otherwise why would they be there? This is clearly a logical fallacy. Nonetheless, that is how America generally operates. Sometimes the wisest person is not listened too due to lack of authority even though their arguments could be correct. 😢

    • There are no 'normal' men at your so named high places. The factors which impel men to seek leadership are rarely positive. I'm sure there's a genetic predisposition at work, but human societies are now too complex to allow the laws of the jungle, alpha males and females, to be instrumental in deciding who governs. Tribalism, in the guise of nationalism, has caused this aggression. A single, mentally disturbed, tyrant has been able to upset the balance of almost the entire world society with one inane decision. Alarmingly, the people of the USA allowed another mentally disturbed individual to govern them for four years. Thankfully the USA has a system of government which enables its mistakes to be remedied after a comparitively short time. The problem is that the people of Russia are denied this safety valve and we all must suffer because of that. Perhaps we can see now see that the best leaders are those who aren't self-important idiots like Putin and Trump. As for leaders who can keep their nerve, Zelensky is the man who has best kept his throughout this war and he was a comic actor. That says much to me.

  • As Part Finnish, part Swedish, I am proud of Finland, to be honest, often more proud of Finland than Sweden. It should be noted however that the nationalistic sentiment is much more profound in Finland than in Sweden, that is not so say Swedes can't be nationalistic, Finns, however, tend to be more so than Swedes. Thus, as a Finn I am happy to see people from all around the world express their love for our President, for he truly is remarkable. Such a down to earth and sane human being holding office is a privilege to have witnessed. I find it very fun how Finland suddenly has become so lauded as our President knows how to deal with Putin and the fact that we share a border with Russia which is long to say the least. Should anyone have a penchant for history, do read up on Finland's history. Our history is one of much conflict and painstaking endeavour to ascertain our independence (a civil war and the Winter War against Russia are a few examples) but it is most interesting and has a happy ending :)

    • He seems to be generally also respected by a lot of people from different sides of the political spectrum over here, you don't get the usual American style Republicans vs. Democrats grumbling over here. My family didn't vote for him, he wasn't my first choice for president either, but I have a lot of respect for him seeing how he has represented our country. The job of the president here is more of a figurehead but it's an important one either way, and the way in which he has handled affairs is commendable.

They usually do the logical things, they are kind but straight forward, and maybe most importantly in times like this; I sure as hell would not want to be in a fight with them. I think Russia has not forgot the winter war of 1939 and what happened then.

    @MZMotor95@MZMotor95 Жыл бұрын

    • the whole of Europe is now forced to pay for the Biden family and other politicians pay for their machinations in Ukraine, to pay for US military bases and for wars that NATO starts without a UN mandate, for coups that lead to millions of deaths, Hunter and Soros and Co. will not become impoverished and will not freeze.

    • @@rogerthat3157 I'd dare say it's due to the successful neutrality policy by longest serving President Urho Kekkonen who fostered good relations between both the West and the USSR; we managed to avoid major ire by the USSR for the entirety of the Cold War, so in some sense we may have gotten complacent, but not fully as anti-Russian sentiment has remained ingrained in many people's minds. And we maintained the system of obligatory military service all this time largely due to Russia being right behind our eastern border.

A man who can say he is a man of peace and acknowledge that the world is complaining about not having any of « this » because of the war in Ukraine but firstly feel for the Ukrainians population, whose daily life fells the brunt of this war is a man of respect, thank you Sir, we need more Leaders like yourself.

The final chapter of Western Europe appears to be under way as self-inflicted COVID lockdown insanity - followed by “suicide sanctions” against Russia - have brought European industry, food and financial instruments to the brink of annihilation. The Europe we all once knew is about to be transformed into an economic wasteland worse than any post-World War II scenario you can think of, including the bombing of Dresden by allied forces
