This continues to be a generational project of the right. And to their credit they, along with the help of billions of dollars, and people like McConnell, they've have been successful. McConnell can now die knowing he's reached his pinnacle with this court. And if you think overturning Roe was bad, that's just the beginning. Voting rights, environmental regulations, Wall street oversight, financial regulations, it's going away as fast as they can. This court isn't done yet. And it's not difficult to do either. All they need do is get a case in front of the right judge and it gets bounced to SCOTUS, and then they do their part. Yes, lower court judge shopping is now a thing.
