Did you catch the part of the trial where Arnold Swartzenegger, Tiger Woods, and Rahm Emanuel also paid the National Enquirer to suppress negative stories about them? I haven't seen any legal charges filed against those guys. It is not illegal to pay hush money to unscrupulous people who threaten to damage a wealthy person's public reputation. If Trump actually had sex with Daniels (which Daniels has denied), then she a) got paid to do with Trump what she had been doing for a living for years b) Got paid to not talk about it AFTER being paid for her services c) Broke her contract to not talk about it and d) hired a sleazy lawyer to go after Trump---the same lawyer who has been convicted of attempting to extort money from other people, and is now serving 14 years in federal prison. Voters concerns are the economy and border, not Trump court cases.
If your concern is the economy and the border, Trump isn’t your guy. His last year of presidency, he took us in a recession, raised taxes on rich (great if you’re rich, but my taxes went up). His border policies faced numerous lawsuits, lost every one. Not many people know about the lawsuits, but I read them and can tell you that he won’t do anything for the border assuming he follows the laws.
