Sometimes we put Grease on head gasket
Honestly an under appreciated career. Dirty environment, crucial for keeping the world moving efficiently and for fun / luxury, plus you gotta buy your own tools to do it yet folks still bitch about the cost of the labour you're lucky to see 30% of and you are that labour.

Great Job on the overhaul and extraction the broken off bolts and saving the holes good job fellas power retired diesel mechanic that was a good job well done
Did anyone notice the Teflon tape on the injectors lol I wonder if that really works
We use orings for that but the Teflon tape might work if you had too use it. You need a carbon dam to build there so the injector doesn't leak combination gases through the seat, what ever you put there is sacrificial but will save the injectors cup from burning.

Wow, you have talent given the open environment lifts tools, etc. The mechanics I go to work in a closed ac shop with lifts power tools still can't fix it right 😂

I swear every torque spec in this video is just snug then a good yank on the ratchet. Two good yanks for the head bolts.

no lube on the crank, cylinders. did they calibrate the cylinders to make sure of ring size ?FU#K WITS THATS WAY ALL OF THERE STUFF SUCKS !
