  • Joe speaks the truth. In 2006 I was homeless, broke, depressed and felt as if my life was just almost over. My mom ended up letting me stay with her for a few weeks. One morning I was watching Ellen, and as soon as I turned it on, she was introducing Bob Proctor and John Aseraff. They were talking about the new movie back then called The Secret. I ended up borrowing the $20 for the movie, watched it, then applied it. In about 3 days I was contacted by a guy who wanted me to do an animated music video for him. Long story short, I had no clue this man was worth over 6 million dollars. He ended up giving me a project list that earned me over $100K in only 9 months. I never made money like that. I am living proof that the Law Of Attraction works, and now I teach it. 🙏

  • The first 10 minutes of the video already had me tearing up. I’m sitting in a train station in England alone (Newark northgate),it’s 12:13 pm annd it’s surprisingly warm. I’m under the sun while a cool breeze moves my hair around from time to time. I’ve been feeling empty. Lost. Dead almost. And as I wait for my brother to pick me up in the station, I’ve been thinking of how I should rearrange myself to look and sound happy and present. I specifically took a train that would get me here 30 minutes before he would pick me up because I needed time alone, even if I am essentially alone 24/7. I was somehow brought to this video. The tears come from the pain of breathing again after holding your breath for so long. The relief. The realisation that it’s all in my head and that I can change how my life is. Obviously this is easier said than done, but I choose today to be my day 1. And I leave this here for whoever needs it….and to stay accountable. Thank you ❤️

Sometimes people give you good things knowing there gonna rip it right outta ur hands moments you become comfortable with the good things in life. Then put you through drama. Money problems. Family chaos etc. That is proof ur lifes ment for more then what society is holding you back sometimes they even do it on purpose for years on end. Replace it all eith drugs alcohol someyimes children.. Abusive people mentally psyically.. Only way out of it all is to rely on your own gut feeling and own intuition.. And make your own path without looking back and listening to others who could be giving you false bad advice for yourself due to envy and more.. It works.

I believe God knows your heart and if your mediating on good to help whatever your struggling with in life then your fine. God also tells us to renew our mind daily. Take every thought captive and lead it to the obedience of Christ. Hope this helps you.

    • The statement "I'd rather feel guilty, I'd rather feel unhappy than be in this discomfort" highlights the profound impact that discomfort can have on our lives. It reflects a willingness to endure negative emotions rather than face the discomfort of confronting certain challenges or making necessary changes. This sentiment is relatable to many people who may find themselves stuck in unhealthy patterns or situations but are hesitant to step out of their comfort zones. It underscores the importance of recognizing that growth often requires us to embrace discomfort and push through difficult emotions. By acknowledging and confronting discomfort head-on, we open ourselves up to the possibility of positive change and personal growth. It's a reminder that temporary discomfort can lead to long-term fulfillment and happiness, as we work towards creating a better future for ourselves.

    • The quote "When the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change then we will change" encapsulates a profound truth about human nature and the process of personal transformation. It highlights the pivotal moment when the desire for growth and improvement becomes stronger than the fear or discomfort associated with change. Often, we resist change because it requires us to step out of our comfort zones and confront uncertainty. We may cling to familiar patterns and habits, even if they no longer serve us, because they provide a sense of security and predictability. However, when the pain of remaining stagnant and unfulfilled becomes unbearable, we are compelled to seek a better way. This quote speaks to the inherent resilience and capacity for growth within each of us. It acknowledges that change is not easy and may involve facing difficult emotions or challenges, but it also emphasizes the potential for profound transformation and renewal that comes with embracing change. Ultimately, it's a reminder that change is not only inevitable but necessary for personal growth and fulfillment. When we are willing to confront the discomfort of change and push through our fears, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

  • This mans work changed my life. I first applied it for 3 months. I was focused on owning my own home since I was flatting at the time and this seemed like a truly massive goal. I got very specific. Things like 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas (so I could rent out a room and the renter could have their own living space), the location, etc. After 1 month I felt this shift, I felt like it's time to let it go because it is done. So I did and began to focus on something else. 2 months later I get a call from someone I knew saying that they heard that I was saving for a house but I was still 3-4 years away from having enough money for a deposit. They said that they were selling their house and would sell it to me and be my guarantor so I could get the loan without the full deposit. That way they could sell their house at a rate they were happy with while also giving someone a head start in life. I remember sitting on the floor after that phone call realizing this stuff works. There was no way I could imagine this version of how it might have happened. I took that generous offer, rented out two rooms to pay off as much of the mortgage as quickly as I could and was able to set him free from being my guarantor after two years. 10 years later I sold that house for over double what I paid for it. And yeah, it had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and was in the location I dreamed it would be in. The thing that I feel makes this stuff truly work is not just doing the visualization, recreating the feelings of already having achieved it, etc. It's also doing everything you can to BE it. I did things like find out which bank I would go with, create a budget of how I would manage my finances as a homeowner, figure out what would be the highest interest rate I could handle financially, which insurance company I would use, which power company, which lawyers, etc, etc. All the things you would do and BE as a homeowner. I believe that when you are fully aligned with that you wish to create, when you are ready to receive it, the Universe/God gives it. If this gift came any earlier without getting ready for it's arrival I can't say for certain I would have been able to make it work. "In it's own perfect time, for the highest good of all"

The key thing was focusing on feeling gratitude for owning that house, saying hi to the people renting the rooms, feeling proud paying my mortgage, etc. After that I would spend 10 minutes writing down as many things as I could that I was grateful for in a journal. On my drive to and from work I would listen to talks by Joe Dispenza, Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins and others. Each day at work I would make a point to stop at least once for 1 minute to feel gratitude for something from that day. Being focused and aligning your life with your goal is essential. Like I said in my main comment, do what you can now to be ready for receiving your goal. When I did all that, it didn't take long to receive it

I realized I have been living in a groundhog day repeat of emotions and predictability for the past 20 years. if you always do what you always done, you will always get what you always got. After reading his books my life changed. I have manifested so many positive things in my life. Instead of waking up and saying "what bad things are going to happen to me today?" I wake up and cant wait for the unpredictable blessing I will receive. " Changing your mindset is a struggle. As Dispenza states, we are running off a program we have conditioned our body to accept for years. We love the familiar because it's predictable and we can at least know what our outcomes will be. There is uncertainty in taking a leap of faith so that is wht most stay stuck in their situaton.

It's incredible to hear how you've been able to break free from the cycle of predictability and negativity that had been holding you back for so long. The realization that we are running off a program conditioned by years of habitual thinking and behavior is a powerful insight. It's true that change can be daunting and uncertain, especially when it involves stepping into the unknown. But by embracing the uncertainty and taking a leap of faith, you've opened yourself up to a world of possibilities and blessings. Your mindset shift from expecting the worst to anticipating blessings and positivity each day is a testament to the power of intentional thinking and manifestation. By focusing on the positive and embracing change, you've created a ripple effect of abundance and joy in your life. Thank you for sharing your story of growth and empowerment. May your journey continue to be filled with blessings, growth, and abundance as you continue to manifest positivity and embrace the beauty of life's unpredictability.

So......... what is it that you keep thinking about, on ANY subject ? Set an alarm on your watch throughout the day and when it goes off , ask yourself__" what am I thinking right now " . You will catch yourself in your HABIT. Then make a note of it . Put the time ,thought in a notebook and reset the alarm . Repeat the process . • This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzhead.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

You can select your outcome and sub mind sees these old signals fast and chips the out. It awesome when everything turns to gold!! I’m in the new state as I write this now and the energy into this very comment is from a free place. It’s that simple. Once you’re free. Muscle memory makes it easy. Just don’t give up. Remember every 5 min that you’re in control of self and thought. Ever few min remind your self you’re now and this is in your control and it’s good. All good

I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. • Sometimes I grapple with the same want for permanency. Relationships have a beginning, a middle, and an end. It doesn't have to diminish the time spent nor the joys of it when it was there to embrace it for what it now is and be glad you had it. You did the whole of it and now it's time to make a new different one. It's normal to miss it, probably cause you have a good picker and you'll pick another great one, but don't cling to it, you experienced the whole thing. Now don't let it keep you from your future cause it gets greater later. 🙂👍

    • Thank you for saying this. It’s been a bit difficult for me to apply these methods specifically because at this moment, I don’t know what exactly I “want” - I have all the things I thought I wanted in life. A marriage (divorced now but it’s not a failure in my mind - not anymore anyway). I have a beautiful son. A college degree. Decades of experience working in fields I love. Supportive and present family and friends. My health and confidence is better than it’s ever been. My issue has truly been just figuring out - why do I have so many things I always wanted, but I can’t *Stay* in this state of gratitude and happiness I felt for so long when I learned how to truly meditate and detach - why couldn’t I keep this feeling of gratitude I finally reached that empowered me to achieve all these goals? That’s been my struggle lately. I don’t know what I want next, or maybe I just don’t see it because the feeling of “I received so much” was really just me not dreaming as big as I can. I never thought I’d attain the things I have today… I could never envision myself with a marriage and child and career, as bad as I wanted it. But now I can’t quite focus on what I want - even though I have goals and dreams yet unattained - maybe the issue is that I was so incapable of believing I’d even have THIS life, that my other dreams (to go to law school, travel, live in an RV driving across the country for a summer, etc) - seemed so out of reach that I stopped dreaming about them. I stopped believing I was genuinely special and capable somewhere along the line and just became content with what I have achieved - not even realizing I made this life for myself that once seemed so impossible, why on earth can’t I also believe I can achieve these new goals? Even just writing this out I think I’ve had a small breakthrough. I was so convinced I wasn’t worthy of the bigger dreams, but also so focused on “living in the now” and living in gratitude, that it seemed to be contradictory to keep wishing for more when I was supposed to be living in gratitude. Now I’m realizing… it’s not that I’m discontent with what I have, it’s that I thought asking for more was greed. Instead, I’m now seeing that seeking more is not greed, it’s moreso the most humble, grateful thing I can do to keep doing more. If I’m capable and able-bodied, it’s unfair not just to me but to the world if I’m not seeking to fulfill all of my dreams. The universe I live in deserves the best version of me, and that “best version” is constantly evolving as I make breakthroughs and reach goals. It isn’t unfair that I want more, it’s the only way to stay alive, truly alive, and to become a gift to the people around me, the way they have for me. I realize that was a long self-actualization that may be too personal to help anyone else but i hope it’s okay I left it here 😊 writing this out really helped me ❤

  • A negative thought is the reminder that you lost balance between the being and the doing you get lost in negativity so you become negative you must become comfortable with negative emotions in order to recharge yourself and restore your sense of balance. Of course you can also keep leaning to the positive side of things but that can make you come back to negativity since both poles are connected to one another. The best state you can be is comfortable with being uncomfortable that way you lean a little bit more to the positive were there is more awareness and you can stay balance afloat.
