DO THIS Daily Habit To Manifest ABUNDANCE & SUCCESS! | Vishen Lakhiani & Jay Shetty
Today, I talk to Vishen Lakhiani. Vishen is an author and entrepreneur in the ed-tech space. He is the founder of Mindvalley, an education technology company building a new model for human education that aims to give everyone the same quality of life. Mindvalley creates tech and platforms that power online academies in areas that traditional education ignores. These include mindfulness, personal growth, wellness, spirituality and more. His quest is to help move humanity to a more holistic, integrated education system that caters for the whole being.
Vishen, joining us again for another soulful conversation, strongly believes that compassion is what gives us real and genuine happiness. As he explains why compassion is the foundation to achieving all things positive in our life, how self compassion reinforces self love which leads to self care, and the disciplines we must practice so we can attain genuine happiness. We also dive into the definition of sadness, changing our perspective to turn sadness into love and compassion, and the importance of having a vision of the future, of having a clear idea of the path you want to make and take.
No matter how far and long our life goals may be, self compassion and being compassionate towards others will eventually lead to having a peaceful, content, and well-meaning life.

There's a book called money's hidden magic, and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract a lot of money, it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
0 replies and 500 likes in just 17 hours?? Wow haha, must be some book. It does sound interesting though, thanks for sharing
This is financial advice and I never give financial advice: DONT LEAVE DURING THE BEAR. If you don’t want to invest…learn. If you don’t want to learn…build. If you don’t want to build observe. DO SOMETHING…other than leave. There is so much opportunity here. Take advantage!

I have never left a comment before but I just felt compelled to show support. As soon as the conversation started to flow I experienced a surge of emotion and tears fell as I felt in every cell the truth of what I was hearing. Thank you, for inspiring me today and lifting my vision. I was told by a past friend that I was not a meditator, the impact on me was so deep, I was confused by that, but in this moment the truth of who I am and who I have always been flooded my mind, body and spirit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What a great comment in itself!!
❤️❤️
Thank you for the share Julia
Wow
❤
The story of compassion when he describes his experience in the restaurant with the waitress. I’m in tears. This is everything ❤❤❤
Yes, I love these guys❤
The Rockefeller Quote had me😮 ”I was only taught to work and play, My life has been one long happy holiday, Full of work, Full of play, And I left the worry along the way, And God was Good to me Everyday” - Amazing powerful stuff ❤😊
Me too

Life hit me pretty hard. I'm actually coming up with a resource that helped me become the man I am today. I used to live in Miami being around street violence, guns, death, and I even lived in L.A and I used to eat $3 a day, 25 cents noodles, expired toast and canned campbell tomato soup. I survived the Boston Marathon Bombing which was a few feet away where I saw all the blood the people screaming and I was alone at 18. I also used to live in a room with no kitchen, trash bag as a window and bugs crawling on me at night. Bu then I took on boxing to protect myself and learned how to defend myself against bigger threats. I learned to change my whole mindset and to be comfortable in the silent chaos by literally studying my pain. Now I live in a cabin in the north of Sweden where I go down to a lake to breathe and heal my past and I post on KZhead to help others who need it the most 💜🙏🏽 You can visit my channel by clicking on my icon if you want, I would love your feedback
Love you and only the best of health and well-being for you. May God bless you with finances to give you a very comfortable life for all the days of your life in this world Amen This is my prayer for you
Vishen is so articulate and so pleasant to listen to
He’s right. Compassion is the ultimate flex. Like Jay said, the internet is saturated with people monetizing it now. Only help people if your camera is on so you can post it
Our mission and our vision: focus on the “what” and the “why.”. Park away the “how,” the “when” and the “who”. -Ester Hicks. The what and the why produces forward movement and the how, when and who create resistance. This is so powerful. Thank you ❤
God gives blessings through knowledgeable people's words.
This is so truth! I believe in God,but I do need this knowledge right now, it's helping me so much 🙌I feel extra humble,as I'm listening. So blessed, that I get to learn so much,be open 🙏
I discovered Mindvalley in a period of depression and utter lack of direction. The teachers I have learned from, such as Jim Kwik, Steven Kotler, and Vishen Lakhiani, have inspired my desire to dream boldly and work hard to make a dent in the universe. Thank you for this conversation
I wrote down the 6 questions to ask myself every day before sleep. I like the idea of reviewing your day by using these questions and interactive with your answers. Thank a lot 😊😊
I encourage everyone to read about the life of prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). At the very least, please read the last sermon he gave just before he died. Very powerful and moving. ❤ to all
Such an honour to listen two of the best growing minds together ❤️❤️❤️
Exactly they both have such a good mindset ⚡
This video motivate us for further life 👍
The Waitress and coffee story example, based on compassion is the most beautiful illustration i have heard in ages aside the obvious Biblical Jesus character, that is still not an easy trait to achieve as it not something we are all born with though its trainable from different mind techniques, well, thanks for inviting Mindvalley and thank you for the entire broadcast....👏
I’m an Independent Latino. Thank you guys for being Transparent. ❤❤❤❤❤
the story about tipping the waitress brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!
My 2 favorite people on this planet!! Vishen, so proud to see a fellow Sindhi inspiring and changing the world!!! Jay…if I could be 1 ounce of the person you are…I’ll be a better me❤️
Vishen... such an incredibly amazing man. I connect so much with his thoughts on compassion and so much more. This simply resonates with me to my bones.
I was listening to my daily affirmation videos and this video started playing (youtube is on autoplay). From the moment the conversation started, my intuition told me to keep listening to this and I did just that. I am glad that I did because everything that you and Vishen talked about resonated with me. I have been meditating yet I still feel and feel like I have no purpose in life. But I think the universe wanted me to come across this video to remind me to keep going. I am on the right path and to be consistent. I am so glad I came across this video.
What did I take away?! What DIDN’T I take away from this. This is truly profound. Two of the greatest minds in the spiritual / self actualization community having an incredible conversation for the benefit of all of us! Thank you thank you thank you. 🙏 ❤😊
Best definition of compassion is being understanding, loving and sensitive
Love this! I got the audio book and I’ve been listening to it all day! Plan on implementing this first thing in the morning

@@siddhikasankhe1624 Thank you so much. Have a beautiful day ❤️🌸
I absolutely love this!! Definitely one of my favorites so far! Especially the way Vishen showed compassion for the waitress. I am the same way to know there are others in this world like this changes my perception too.
This is the most inspiring discussion I heard this week!! Mind blowing ❤ Big thank you to Jay and Vishen, I wish the universe offers me the opportunity to be face to face with you! 6 phase meditation!! I am going to try it out.
”Compassion is the flex in today society” 💯💯💯
I am extremely awed and grateful for this podcast with the two most inspiring , motivational people I could ask of today!! Thank you loads Jay and Vishen! I am almost speechless; left with blissful vibrations within me! With some of my thoughts/ experiences heard in words, and some new learnings /seeking from your talks , I found the past-me, present-day-me and tomorrow’s-me all at the same time! I usually don’t leave comments but this time, HAD TO !!! Definitely getting the book! Stay blessed and keep touching lives :)
Love both of you. You guys are so intelligent, soulful and talented. Thanks for making our lives better. 😘
Compassion is keeping the human heart human! Thanks for posting.
Fantastic conversation!! I saw Jay speak last year at a GOOP event, and was just at VISHEN LIVE in LA. I could listen to both speak 24/7 !!! I found myself crying when Vishen told the story about the waitress/compassion. Such a pure soul!!
I Love the example of compassion.. Beautiful. Thank you. ❤
I just happened to watch this conversation. But when I started, I felt I should watch this again and again, to understand, follow and learn to manifest in the right way. I do meditate but I need to learn to do it in the right way.
Wow! I haven't heard of a person being so compassionate! God bless you more!
Love everything what Jay does!
Amazing how I just came across this amazing man yesterday, and today my favorite podcast post a video interview with him 🫶🏽 when the divine intelligence within you has a message for you they’ll make sure you hear it. 😌💞
I listen to this almost every day, and every time i check if i gave 👍🏻💯 I wish if there is a series only with Vishen ⭐
I just loved this conversation. I am a Mindvalley affiliate, I love listening to Vishen every time. His quest has transformed my life. Thank you Jay for this beautiful interview.
This conversation just got it today and never going to be enough even if we listen thousand time. It's Inspiring me and I am realizing the significant to be a compasionate person to others.
The fact that he’s a Malaysian motivates me in many ways that even when I feel like from where I’m from is stopping me from many opportunities, he shows me that what is stopping me is myself. Thank you ❤
I am inspired by how he explained the compassion and lifebook things. Thank you for your sharing, Vishen!
I am so grateful to have been on boarded to Vishen’s teachings over the last seven years and I am amazed with all the transformation I have been blessed with through the process of ease and grace. This clip is loaded with so many many mind blowing insights and thought processes in such a short timeframe. Thank you Vishen and Jay. So grateful for it all 😊🙏
i don't actually know why i love you and your podcast, you are the best podcaster for me, so much love
This conversation is a ray of light through a crack in the darkness.🦋✨
I have just discovered Vishen and he is brilliant. I've always killed people with kindness my whole life and it has made me some of the best friends. People who thought nobody cared, angry all the time, negative all the time. You show them you do care and they will remember you forever. That's not why I do it. I just enjoy letting people know they are an important part of this world and what they do and say matters.
I also always used Instagram as a gratitude wall! It was my lifesaver during a really hard period of my life, that ability to daily capture and record an image or event which gave me joy
So many gems in this conversation.
I am pump up and powerful when I listen this again and again and again thank you both of you. Lots of love and respect!!
I've listened to this interview 4 times. Im glad to have found Vishen.
Amazing interview. I met Vishen 8 years ago at the A fest in Dubrovnik and it’s been remarkable how he has grown mindvalley and helped so many people along the way to fulfill their potential . And Jay is another favourite of mine with incredible wisdom to share. Thanks to you both.

Vision for the future: What is a new vision/ a new desire that I want to bring into my life today? 5. Commanding your perfect day: What was my favorite part of the day? 6. Thanks Jay and Vishen for this amazing talk
Gloria Cote here. Jose Silva was a genius. Great interview.
Vision & Jay, I cried when you talk about compassion. I work with someone and whenever I made a mistake he called me "arrogant ". I cried in front of my boss coz what he said isn't acceptable. He needs to hear this!
So thankful for this amazing conversation full of wisdom and good intention, you guys are so inspiring…even the tone of your voices are so harmonic and in coherence with what you both express…I can listen to you all day long 🥰 I love you!! ❤️
I always love to listen to Vishen. I do that since the beginning of 2019.
My goodness yess! Vishen and Jay together speaking ❤👏👏
These two men have Changed My Life. I am so Greatful that they pour out so much. I have been following your teachings for the past 5 years, and I can testify that I am able to grow and see how the 6 Phase has been part of it. But listening to this today has supercharged me to continue my routine. I am more clear. Sending you light and love ❤️ 😍
Yeah me too this podcast change my way of viewing the life process
I'm addicted to podcasts but I have never ever listened to an amazing podcast like this, the way he was explaining the thing by breaking the theme into small steps was incredible, I'm suffering from abdomen pain since last six months & have been trying all medicines and doctors but getting no result, now when I know about this silva method I want to try it. Thank you so much sir❤
Thank you you both for you contribution to humanity... 🙏
You both are such a powerful duo. Have reads books from you both. Jay your podcasts are so amazing, it's my morning routine while walking barefoot on the grass to listen to 1 of your podcast everyday. ❤
Kindness is spreading sunshine into other people's lives regardless of the weather
Great
😊 thanks
Great awakening tips 🙏🏾🔆🌱
I'm seriously thrilled and excited to get into the meditation from now on and I'm sure it heals my negetive mindset to lead my life purpose in a meaningful way, thank you
My god i like the compasion explanation. I'm a waiter and a lot of people doesn't knows what's happening behind the stage of the restaurant. Last time I got zero score from mystery shopper from my company and they will just give bad feedback easily without deep understanding
All I can say is wow. For me this is when intention meets opportunity. I have never left a comment before but I cannot listen to this and not share. This unlocked a restlessness I’ve been feeling for sometime now but I struggled expressing exactly what it is that I’m searching for. I’m so excited for the journey I’m about to go on to learn more. Thank you
How are you now, 10 months later? :)
Habit stacking and finding something new each day that takes you out of your comfort zone Living on purpose and respecting others . All great ways to live Sometimes we all need a little extra help healing our inner child, which allows us to live authentically
Thank you for this message today!
I don't remember last time when I nonstop listened to 1 hour long Podcast. Thank you for great technics and insights ❤️
I love that Vishen sounds like vision. Speaking into existence now. Vishen has brought a new meaning and understanding of what meditation can do in my life. Thank you Jay, thank you Vishen! Hopefully one day our paths will cross and I will remember this very moment.
Excellent session! @Jayshetty did a great job asking relevant questions and weaving the conversation so beautifullly and logically! Vishen was generous too sharing his experiences!
I love both of your methods and how you share your gifts and continue to do the work I’m in! ❤ many blessings to add ❤❤🎉
Woww! Two Titans Together! Thank You Jay, Thank You Vishen!
Hey Jay here's something to think about! "you can be lonely in life but you are never alone in life because you are always with you" and you are your own best company(because you wake up with you and go through your day with you and you go to bed with you) all you have to do is know how/ learn how to enjoy your own company
This podcast is a genuine reminder for ourselves to care about our emotions rather than stuck in a things we are doing ..... Above all we all are humans.. let's do compassion over rage .....can't wait to read your books , you people are doing great work ;)
I am grateful for your sharing
Vishen has such a beautiful voice - I could listen to him for hours.
Compassion doesn't help others alone. It helps you. That's so profound
I have learned so much over the past week listening to all the inspiring, admiring people that have a lot of wisdom to share. I am trying to make it a goal to listen to 1 or 2 episodes s a day since I am on summer vacation. I just ordered the 6-Phase method book and can't wait to start reading it tomorrow when it arrives. I learn a lot from just each episode of yours but that's why I prioritize making time to listen to them since I just want to learn as much as I can and grow as an individual to better my life in all aspects. Reading 1 book a month is also a new goal I set for myself. Thank you Jay Shetty for having amazing people like Vishen Lakhiani on the podcast.
Great for YOU!!😄 I wish that I had come across wonderful people like these much earlier in my life. So much wonderful, usable WISDOM from wise people/teachers. I love to read books…it takes me away from the world in a way that nothing else does, like tv, movies etc. Good brain food. 😊❤ Much luck to you!
It was amazing.. I'm going to have to listen again.
I absolutely love the 6 phase meditation, I do it almost every day, so grateful for this Vishen
Watched the full episode and now I love visan sir❤️
Everyone that reads this remember that happiness is equal to or greater than your perception of events in your life - your expectations on how life should behave. Therefore in times when we are not feeling that bliss and joy is because our reality is not matching up with our expectations of how life should behave. So if we come from a place of constantly rembering that we can change our limitng beliefs and be from a place of not expecting life to behave how we should want it and be more in a flow state. That doesn’t mean you can’t set goals but when it gets difficult don’t beat yourself up and realise it’s only perceived hard because we have the expectation it should be easy so by dropping that expectation we realise that we are infinite. When you read this and if you do, it might be confusing or it might not, but come from a place of no expectation. You might get to a point where you say “ I can’t let go of expectation”, at this point realise your expecting life to be in a way that letting go of expectation is easy, let go of that and you realise how easy it actually is. Namaste to you all. And a great conversation for the podcast. While listening I was aware that my expectations were hindering me from listening openely so I lowered my expectations and allowed myself to be present with the flow of conversation which in turn led to insights such as how the sixth phase can help me even though I feel happy all ready from no expectations. Namaste all and joy is key
Great episode life changing ❤
As usual, such a GREAT convo Jay!! You and Vishen are both inspirational!! ❤
Love the definition of melancholy feel that at times myself...❤
Right now I feel frozen, my mind feels on hold and I don’t know how to shake all my regrets and fears. I need to overcome and I’m starting this tomorrow morning, I hope this helps me reboot my life
