Even though I have used solely android for years... continuity is something it's been sorely lacking. There's no continuity between multiple devices such as PC and tablets... I really hope these features can be added at some point.

I installed macOS Monterey in my main and unique computer, just because of this beautiful Safari new redesign. It's incredible, and beautiful!

@@marvindujardin463 That is just for Windows right? People who use Windows PC expect a continuity from Android/iOS to Windows. Logitech Flow works for macOS and Windows but not Android or iOS. If not because of 3D rendering on Windows is much cheaper, I would be happily moving completely to Apple ecosystem.

All of this is cool. The idea to move the address bar in the mobile safari down is UI GENIUS.
A real genius indeed, especially since it was done before. Try an old Lumia Windows Phone and see how awesome the UI was created with a single hand usage in mind placing most controls at the bottom in a smart way. I still can't believe how hard are Android and iOS catching up.

Universal control is great step toward integration. Also, airplay to Mac. Wonder if they already allowed full iPad magic keyboard support with touchpad in Sidecar or not. I wish they had a true Remote Desktop with Mac inside iPad. I end up using Windows via Remote Desktop from my iPad, but would rather remote to my Mac mini from my bed or couch.

Been using Android and Windows for years. But just this year tried to buy iPad. Love the ecosystem. UX feels smooth despite the 3gb ram. Productivity feels better than on Android tablet. iOS 15 makes me want to use the Mac too for good productivity flow.

I guess the "new universal controls" can't prevent errors such as repeating the same word back to back (across across) and or helping with proof reading reading.
One thing I like in the apple software is Safari it is super cool. Chrome never ever come closer to safari performance.

I wanted to cast onto my Mac some episodes cause I can't download stuff from Netflix on my Mac. Maybe I just don't know how to do it? I just didn't want to watch Netflix on a smaller screen during my flight.

Did they just rip off Synergy? Apparently Apple were one of their biggest customers, guess they liked the functionality enough to integrate it in Mac OS.
Why not line up a iMac, Macbook, ipad, iphone, ipod and all other i's and have a person purchase 10 Apple devices at the same time. We would all be happier.

This has been on windows for almost 10 years. Welcome to the future Apple.
Windows is garbage. It’s unsecured, bloated, doesn’t respect your privacy, extremely inefficient and doesn’t follow POSIX standards. The only thing going on for it is compatibility and a lot of software being developed for it. Linux and macOS are decades ahead of Windows.

Windows is just one OS. This one works across iPadOS and macOS. I'm not sure about iOS. People use iPad and Galaxy Tab because Windows on tablet is crappy. - From a Surface Pro user
Windows still has no way to simply WiFi direct (without internet) send a file from pc to android. The only way is to use “your phone “ which is a horrendous abomination of an app. Meanwhile apple is dragging files across three computers in real time.
That's not a proper comparison, Android and Windows are different platforms from different companies, unlike MacOs and iOS.

Maybe iPhone isn't for you, that notch is nowhere as big as you make it sound like, stick with android devices. The notch is no where a deal breaker, so you make dramatic to validate your excuse.

Very funny you think the notch is a deal breaker. Reminding me of those times people who didn't want to upgrade because Apple removed the home button. Or those who missed the removal of the physical keyboard long ago. In the end, you still have much more screen real-estate than ever before. If you took the plunge, you would realize you brain is making a fuss of nothing, and the notch doesn't get in the way of really anything.
I will admit their ecosystem is truly something to be awe inspired, but that's it. The hardware, customer support, environment care, price, and their cult are nothing to be proud of
