  • His dynamic with Trevor Wittman is what really gets me. Most coaches are just straight up giving advice and tips between rounds, whereas Wittman is as much there as a fan of hia fighter than just a coach, and you can hear it in his voice when he talks. Brilliant coach, brilliant fighter, its a match made in combat sports heaven, just like Tyson and Cus.

  • Win or lose ppl luv Justin cuz he EARNS his money, respect, and accolades. In his own words " U will ALWAYS get MAX EFFORT outta me ". That is all we can ask from these fighters and Gaethje delivers that in spades better than anyone. Won't even use his deep wrestling skills, because he knows this is an entertainment business and cares to give the fans what they want. No point bs, no lay n pray, no holding against fence for control time, just straight violence. He will always be a fan fav and legend. Had he made the changes earlier he would have prolly beaten Eddie and DP. Tony owes Herb his life. Justin was literally murdering him.

    • I've been watching MMA for over 20 years and he's probably my favorite fighter. He's right up there with Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silva. If you watch those guys fight there's a very good chance their opponent is getting slumped.

  • It's disgraceful how the mma fans treated him after his loss to oliveira, this guy literally goes and brawl in every fight, he sacrifices his brain for our entertainment every time only for ungreatful fans to start to mock him and turn on him when he lost Win or loss, justin is the most entertaining mma fighter to ever lace the gloves

    • I don't understand why he's not next in line for Makhachev. They gave Olivera (who I really like too) the shot but he was pretty soundly beaten by Islam the first time. Gaethje should already automatically be next again but the fight between Olivera and Tsarukyan at UFC 300 is a lightweight title eliminator. When does Justin get his shot?

    • Tony was unbelievably tough in that fight as far as not getting knocked out but his body and his ego and his feelings took a beating that most fighters would never heal from and it was truly sad to see him go through that and keep coming back for more. If the fight was in the street instead of a controlled cage Justin would have had to kill Tony and really he about did anyway

  • What gained my attention to Justin was when I noticed that he was one of the few people I know that takes as much pride in leg kicks as I do. Combined with his cool, calm collected personality, honor, coachability, devastating punching power and overall savagery, he became an absolute favorite instantly 💯 Much love to the homie ✊🏿🔥🥋🙏🏿

    @HumbleHurricane@HumbleHurricane3 ай бұрын
    • his coachability is so underrated cause he was such a reckless brawler and a lot of people still take him as one. The second Trevor tells him to do anything in a fight for the past few years he adjusts instantly and does it.
