Its funny bc now izzy will be that guy in the pub saying i beat that guy 1 time😂
Exactly rsrsrsrs
ahahahaha
100%. hahahaha
chill out. if izzy loses his next one then probably tbh. But dont forget he did beat Alex in the rematch.
But now he is just that guy sitting in a bar and saying, I beat that guy one time!!!@@yuno6097
the fact that this guy entered a gym for the first time ever and had contact with fighting for the first time in his life at 22 is unbelievable
He is some kind of genetic freak with insane fight IQ. In the spam of 10 years he became one of the best kickboxers ever, then transitioned to MMA and in like 4 years total is now a two division champion, its nuts.
Some people are gifted like that
He is built different. Anderson Silva said: "He’s extraordinary, man. You hit him and you get hurt.”
@@fluzzerr Also, he fights a style of his own making basically, the stuff he does isn’t really taught and would most likely not work for anyone else but him. It’s like he reverse engineered fighting and adapted the pieces to be the most effective to himself.
@@DakonBlackblade2Precisely
This man is a real deal doesn’t trash talk very professional low key but sure he is one hell of a fighter glad got to witness his time in my lifetime
I think he was fighter of the year in 23!
“Hey isreal come to daddy”
alcoholic, ex druggy
also a low key humorous person
He absolutely trash talks, you clearly don't speak Portuguese
Bro really just dropped the best Poatan documentary and thought nobody would notice.
Bro what izzy said about Alex in that interview was cruel af. Now alex has accomplished more in 8 fights than Izzy in years 😂
no.... he didnt defend his belt even once not even close to izzy's legacy thats like saying that conor is a greater fighter then aldo because he won one fight with him
@@maxmartin5103izzy a slimy ass dude he'll never match Poatan's legacy
@@maxmartin5103don't compare izzy with aldo ffs they are not even close in legacy, and alex has achieved more than izzy in combat sports because he was a 2 time double weight champ which izzy couldn't accomplish, he couldn't even win one championship in glory and in mma alex has already beaten 4 champions and is a double weight champ while izzy failed to win a 2nd belt in mma. Alex is also 3 and 1 against izzy making him the better fighter between the two and izzy got humiliated by Strickland while Alex knocked him out.
@@dammaguy1286 you more delusional then khabib fans(which you probably are)
@@maxmartin5103 I just stated facts buddy, cry more lol
One of the greatest fighters of all time. Double champ at top kickboxing promotion Glory and double champ at top MMA promotion UFC. *Legend.*
alcoholica
Valid
And he became double champ in 2 years
@@theth0mazz With no failed steroid tests.
@@GalactusOG and he doesnt hug his opponents for 25 minutes to win on points. I hate that Aljo is on the official p4p list
Well done! When Strickland talks about “those big scary Brazilian’s” he was talking about Poaton. Training with him gave SS the confidence to beat Izzy
plus he had nothing to lose and realized exactly how good Adesanya was and therefore was much more careful against him than Alex was in the rematch
He realize it's harder to Izzy to runaway when he is against he fence.
Sean was always decent, it’s just that people never gave him a chance
I loved how MMA community gathered around Alex as if he was around for the last 20 years, we all love a good guy underdog tale.
The speech Izzy made about Alex in the bar was the equivalent of saying Candyman 3 times in front of a mirror.
🤣🤣🤣
Whenever he draws that arrow as he enters the arena, I get fucking goose bumps
his music choice is on point as well
Ffr
has the blood of Brazilian natives running through its veins
Peirera is such a force to be reckoned with, it wouldn't matter what combat sport he joined he would be a champ, he's truly a special breed of warrior, words do absolutely no justice in telling his greatness, you just gotta see it for yourself.
6-1 in UFC & already a two division champ!! What an amazing fighter.
He lost twice One via submission one against Izzy
@@kp00pDestroyer1 No UFC cara não no MMA
Poatan is the national treasure we have after Anderson Silva not many fighters can just come in to the ufc and be a double champion like he did in so short time chama! 🗿🇧🇷
Don't forget jose aldo
Amanda Nunes
Just look at his technique when he's throwing his punches especially the left hook, such great leverage and technique it's hard not for him to knock somebody out
Future Three Division champion 🏆🔥
9:46 the day Izzy made a huge mistake for summoning Poatan 😅😅btw thanks to Izzy, we got better champion..UFC debut against Merab, dethroned Izzy today 2.division UFC champion 😅
Cockiness will destroy anyone
Alex did this all while partying. Think about him sitting at that bar ….? Unbelievable we almost didn’t get to see him do what he has and will do. Super fun to watch
He wasn't "partying" man, thats just spreading blatant misinformation. He started kickboxing when he was 21 to help him get past his drinking problem and I believe quit drinking all together at around 23-24. He hasn't partied for close to 12 years. Don't spread nonsense.
Great video, but just for good order, Pereira fought Adesanya in Glory of Heroes, not Glory. The names are obviously similar, but the two have nothing to do with each other.
Yep, that is correct.
11:58 tell that to the announcer😭 same shit
90% of these hype fans of his do not know that
@@geomejia8946he fought in Glory of Heroes and Glory Kickboxing, the latter is where he was double champ.
His father Dagestani is coming for you 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
this is a great video! Alex Pereira is an absolute beast
Did not expect seeing you on a mma video but glad to know your a fan
absolute legend. E É DO BRASIL!
hes so much more technical than anybody else in the promotion too. he's on a whole level we've never seen before.
One of the scariest strikers in UFC history. That left hook, rt cross, his power is something you can’t coach. It’s like a 100mph fastball. You can perfect the form/motion but you can’t increase the velocity very much.
Pereira started in English boxing, he was double champion in kickboxing at Glory, double champion at UFC in MMA, so I hope he will end up in boxing with great fights to finish a legendary career
That “hey Adensaya, come to daddy” reminded me of Yoels “I Love you Mike” 😂😂😂😂
Great video this guy refined himself into a deadly fighter good left hook keeps it simple destroys people with simple answers
Pereira, you are the phenom of the MMA and kickboxing
Can't help but want to watch him, his atmosphere and skills are all he needs. Very proud to say I've been able to watch this warrior fight.
At 5:43 you can see pereira telling the ref to help adesanya while he’s on his back struggling .. poatan with a heart also
Maybe it was a middle finger with the gloves still on which made it look like as if he asked the ref to help adesanya 😂😂😂😂
Sean calling grappling gay while also being a black belt in jiujitsu is hilarious
Orgulho de ser compatriota desse cara🇧🇷👏🏼
Epic this documentary, as a Brazilian guy I really appreciate it, greetins from Brazil.
Bro doesn't need to be flashy. Bro just has that killer aura. As much I love the likes Muhammad Ali, Chael Sonnen, The Rock, and Stone Cold entertaining the hell out of us while putting on a show, Alex can be likened to a true threat you can physically feel you can take seriously.
fact!
You did a video I suggested, let's go 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Thank you very much. I like your mma videos a lot and as a Brazilian, a fan of combat sports and a fan of Poatan this is even more special to me. Poatan is not the GOAT of MMA or of UFC, but he might be the GOAT of combat sports as whole, two division champ in Glory and double champ in UFC.
That flying knee is so sick
😂bro his edits with a song called 'duvet' literally made me his fan. He is unique.
Keep it up man. I promise you will blow up. Amazing video
Thanks man!

Very well put together! Thanks!
9:55 I love how Izzy became the guy talking about how "he beat Pereira one time". Alex is accomplishing all of Izzy's dreams.
He already accomplished his dreams to become a ufc champion and his goal is to be the best MW ever he’s very close to getting there
@@alexrobushi7043Izzy is not the best. He always second best. Alex made sure of it😂. Anderson Silva will go down as the best MW
@@alexrobushi7043 Izzy is literally sitting on his couch telling everyone he beat Pereira one time.
@@cricketcavalry1824 “very close to getting there” cant read can u?
@@oldmedstudent1750 Israel adesanya is solidified as one of the best ufc fighters ever. He didn’t get fast tracked to 2 belts lol you lack knowledge
Alex is a class act, unlike Adesanya, who makes me have to look away from the screen, or hit the mute button when he's acting up like a nasty ill-natured spoiled child. That short-punch knockout power is a real sign of perfect timing that's quite rare. Nick Diaz had it too - he knocked out Lawler with a trivial-looking short left hook. He just needs to learn English to get some of his personality over to the public. I wish Alex all the best in the next few years.
Another factor that many overlook is Poatan's precision, even in boxing gloves he could accurately target the temple, the ear, the jaw or the chin of his opponents.
Agree with both of you, Alex is great he’s like the saying the loudest in the room…. Love that he’s the man to de throne izzy 🔥🔥

Wow, this video is the best of the year, really good production.
That left hook is possessed.

Poatan proves that mastering one discipline is the way to the gold. 😊 He still learns wrestling and so on but his striking is elite.
just subbed as i just finished your aspinall documentary!! man you are a dope i stopeed this currently at 6:19 and will be start to watch now!! thank you liked and subbed have a great new year
wow! Very well done. Good work. Keep it up.
Best entrance song and walkout ever! I'd love to see it live one day
Bro your videos are immaculate 💪 I love this shit keep up the good work. You’ve got a sub.
Bro these are very well made 👊
My favourite fighters were izzy, strickland, blacowicz and prochazka and when pereira knocked one out i was like damn hes good and slowly worked his way up to be one of if not my favourite fighter of all time, hes crazy good😂
A lot of people have said learning english would take him to the next level, but something about not being able to understand what he's saying without a translator makes him seem more intimidating. That and a lot of his humor is physical humor, not even necessarily talking talking. Like that video of him acting like he was going to do some crazy stunt with those two tubes and he kerps adjusting them only to run up and pick them up and walk away.
True but his translator fucking sucks.
Thanks for this Documentary - masterclass
Great content bro!!!
Man I really hope the teasing him and Aspinal are doing will really be him fighting for the Heavyweight belt.
Obrigado pelo vídeo, ficou ótimo!
Looks like you found your stuff😅 I was looking at your past videos after this one left me watching the whole thing while eating (not a lot of things out there at catch my full attention span) and it seems these types of videos 😮💨😮💨😮💨 the music, the story, I love it
