This week I'm in my mother-in-law's kitchen, where she shares with us her recipe for ANZAC Biscuits!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
125g butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup or treacle
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
2 tablespoons boiling water
