Im a nerd myself when it comes to knowledge if you can even call that nerdy, but i am a pretty cool dude apart from that in my own opinion. I started wondering about what makes people cool?   • Great list. I recently grew a beard and have received so many compliments on it. Also the sunglasses boost attraction big time (right pair though). The social points he makes are already a given. If you're well received by other people and treat everyone else really well - this increases your 'stock' and other people want to get to know you. I'm introverted but have been practicing more socially with good results. It takes practice and preparation.

  • The last tip is so important and something too many men completely forget about. Being confident and cool is definitely useful especially during first impressions - but the way to form lasting relationships to people is impossible without showing vulnerability.   • Loved the video, Antonio! I had a thought.The biggest thing I've discovered about being the coolest guy in the room is to remember that there are many different kinds of cool. Just because a guy wears cardigans and loafers doesn't mean that he's any less cool. A cool guy is defined by his personality and experiences. I had a friend tell me one time that there was an identity crisis going on between the man I was, and the way I was dressing. I fixed it by asking myself how I would want the man my daughter marries to look. These days, many people treat me like I'm the coolest guy in the room, because I've made a point to live, learn, and embody the part.

  • No matter how well dressed you are, if you're not confident, the whole thing will fall apart. It seems to me that coolness starts from within. And it means becoming the very best you can be as a person; and feeling good about who you are, and then not worrying about what others think of you. I think the best attitude to have is to care more about your character then other people's opinion of you.

  • Hi Antonio, do you have a video on choosing the correct shades? How to match it with the shape of your face et cetera. I've noticed people looking pretty odd or even silly because they're wearing the wrong pair of shades. For example tactical/military shades always look bad unless you're fishing or at the shooting range.

    • Ron Beringuela I am an introvert and I can state that meeting and talking to people for us is not any different from doing so for extroverts. Just start constantly talking to more people and it'll work.

    • The idea it to talk to as many people as possible even if it just Hi to the guy behind the counter at a shop just refer you give stuff for billing, or saying good morning to people in the elevator. When you do something for long enough with out effort, it will automatically become your natural state. Then when you go out in to party or other setting you will automatically do it. And Important- Don't analysis yourself at parties, it makes one look unsure. Do it only after you get home if you need to. Self criticism also in moderation.

  • Tips Number Nine and Ten are crucial. Knowing people is also more than going beyond "networking." It means knowing and being decent to everyone from the convenience store to the President of the company. It shows you're cool because you respect others regardless of their status and that's cool. Knowing when to drop the cool is also crucial. Number Six is also important because believe it or not people do judge you by your jeans. Too many guys think "it's just a pair of jeans" and wear baggy, outsized, "dad jeans", too tight in waist with stomach hanging out, dirty in need of washing not thinking people notice. Yeah they do. As an aside you seem to be taking this channel in a direction that is cool. Not just about specifics of fashion but about the whole gamut of style as a general way of life. Not just formal or business clothing but much more. You're becoming the guy others want to imitate!
