With slim fits, it always clings to the chest, cloth-to-skin, but if I go 1 size up, it looks way more wide & baggy, I want something which is relaxed at the chest but not too wide ...

This being posted that doesn't mean I don't know how to socialize. But I find myself on the shy side. But I'm working on my appearance still. I look much better. I stopped hiding behind my glasses and I still wear them but only when I need them. But over all I'm lucky your around. So thank you. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it because its true.     • 1. Stay in school, study smart 2. Read self-help/self-development books 3. Exercise, start simple i.e.pull ups and push ups 4. Learn to chew your foods properly 5. Eat lots of protein and essential nutrients to maximise height potential 6. Eat lots of fruits, fruits are more important than veggies 7. Eat less or avoid any junk food/sugary foods 8. Get lots of good quality sleep 9. Use sunscreen often at least whenever you go outside 10. Maintain a good posture Pro tip: Avoid playing video games and rather fill your time with hobbies like coding, learning languages, playing instrument, tennis or any active sport.
