Can I make my Wife's Porsche a 12 second SUV?
In this video I spice up my wife's new to her 2020 Porsche Macan S with a new color, PPF, Window tint, oil change, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and a stage 1 tune from APR. Can it run 12 seconds after the tune?

I like your editing-style! Really quick and fun humor from the edit!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@JamiesGarage1 "aww ya i thought that was great!"
@@Nizmosr20 that is going to become a meme that im going to be using for future
I like the color wrap until you lifted the trunk and could still see the white. That’s the negatives with wraps. But it’s pretty quick. Enjoy and happy new year.
Ive always love that Porches, great choice Hopeful your wife loves it and safe travels 👍
She really likes it! Thanks
What was the improvement in trap speed from the first to second run? Trap speed really tells you power/weight ratio and removes most of the difference in launching the car.
As a Porsche technician working at a dealer, you must remove the upper engine mount + bracket + bolts in order to change the sparkplugs. You don't need to support the engine because that engine mount is only for side to side movement of the engine. It still has 2 engine mounts underneath. Then you unplug a couple connectors and lift the cable tray out of the way. Believe me, there are harder ways to change sparkplugs. As for the sparkplugs, Porsche says no grease what so ever on the treads and use a little bit on the porcelain so that the coil won't get stuck.
Oh I thought that was great 🤣👏🏻 Amazing vid as always 👍🏻
Notification Squad!🔥🔥🔥 Happy Holidays🎅🎉🎉🎉🎉🎅
Same to you! 🎅🏻🎁🎉
That was great
Good vids you come out with keep it up
Appreciate it
Brilliant!!
Killer upgrades Jaime! MO POWA BABY!

Schmurfette seemed appropriate 🤣
If the car is fast enough, it'll change colours by itself It'd need to be like, 0.00012s 1/4 mile, but hey, necessity is the mother of invention.
Oh I thought that was great!
And obviously Porsche makes great cars and this car will fit her lifestyle so well.
What did you think about that one?
oh, I thought that was great!

I don’t put antiseize on, per NGK’s instructions.
Mr. Worldwide 😎
Negative on the anti-seize. It can thermally couple the spark plug to the cylinder head and make them run colder than intended, potentially causing issues with premature fouling.
What does it mean to thermally couple and why would that cause them to run colder?
@@DankoStojanovic adding anti-seize to the threads increases contact between the plug and cylinder head, allowing the plug to transfer heat to the head more effectively. Spark plug manufacturers specifically say not to use any lubricant on the threads for that reason.
Very good observation. I’m just glad you are not superspeederRob.. 🙈.. that guy
@@Jlinwoodjackson LOL!
Tough ask for so little time!
NGK literally says don’t put anything on the threads on the box

115 HP on tune?!!!! Impressive!!
I think it because the engine is not naturally aspirated... the induction force response more on bolts on performance like full exhaust or tuning
You should name it the Smurf macan
Wow that's quite an engine filter. Would hate to change that often $$$. And yes I know, I know, if you have to ask I know that's the price you pay for excellence.
Man I thought that was great
Man, modern day cars don't make it easy to do service on them. Sure let's throw a wiring harness under a motor mount that feeds the ignition coil so we what to make out technicians struggle to do a simple spark plug service. My 2019 GMC Canyon is the same. The intake manifold has to come off to replace the whole river bank of plugs
Even better: If you decide to unscrew the mount you need new screws, as they are aluminium...
🤦♂️🤦♂️ engineers FTW No wonder service work cost so much
You're daughter will be the first to soccer everyday😂
Hope you're using Sam's spray wax 😂
I thought that was great.

I've always used a little bit of anti seize on plugs especially in aluminum heads. But every 30k jeez, are those vegan spark plugs? What a short life. They might say don't use anti seize as it changes the torque required but who knows, zee Germans do weird stuff.
And those old plugs didn't look very clean for less than 30k miles. What are they just copper plugs?
Audi recommends every 50k for plugs. I think it’s to help with carbon buildup from being a direct injection engine.
@@ryanturnerboles that would explain why my Toyota recommended interval is 120,000 mi. Port injected only.
I use copper grease on my spark plugs. It's even required for my engine !
That car's a Susan
BEWARE of AUTOCOUTURE MOTORING Unfortunately the bad reviews are true. It seems to be a pattern get a referral, spend 6-8k on your car here and then pay someone else to fix it. I personally spent 8k with a referral and got Popeyes customer service. I then had to pay someone else to fix it. I’m only disappointed because I defended them prior to this and would be the last person to write a bad review. As you can see in the photos they quoted me on a full front brake service I didn’t need after spending 8k with them that included rear brakes sensor which was the root of the problem. They also failed to install my sway links included in my coilover kit.
Bro why does it take so much long to upload a video Can you make a video to show what does it takes to do that
I would but it would take too long. Lol. In addition to running a business full time, being a good father and husband, keeping up with house projects and still having a life with friends and family I manage to still put our video content. A video takes time to plan, shoot and edit. A typical long format video will take about 40 to 50 hours of time.
Oh I had no idea that it takes that much work 😊
It just a VW with a brand name But it is still a VW. But look at the bright side it not a BMW
Car looks good. The car on the dealer lot looks better with the side blades in body color. Otherwise they stick out like a sore thumb. Boy that's a stupid design that Porsche has with that high mounted engine bracket. Who was the bonehead that signed off on that design?
Why wouldn't you be able to. Who hasn't seen heavier cars do 12s. Yawn... 🤷
I never thought that I would see a video from you that I have zero interest in. Porsches are so off for me.
What’s wrong with Porsche?
Sorry to disappoint you this time. I’ll try harder next time
@@JamiesGarage1 I didn't mean to be mean. Sorry if it felt like that. I love your other contents.
@@zeroyon4562 I just don't like them as a whole. But there again I hate to work on any car from the VW group. They're very mechanic unfriendly.
Porsches are literally the best built cars in the world. Lol guess he doesn’t like cars that require dumping half your bank account every 6 months.
