@Deutscheautoparts in the house! Paul and his leadership team came to visit and see my operation. One of our clients brought us his Porsche 911 Turbo and we could not open the rear hatch. The emergency cable was also not working, so with his permission we had to break into his car. I was struggling with my GoPro on this video but next video will be much better! I have a Bmw 430i GC also, almost the same spec as the one shown here 11:40. Are these engines known for water pump, oil housing leaking frequently?
I noticed audio issues in this video, mostly dull sound, almost like a phone call . Did you use your phone? If so, was it connected to your bluetooth headset? I'm sure that's what caused the dull audio parts in your video. Look into your cameras audio settings if it can prefer a specific microfone, then use the internal ones there. If not, just disable bluetooth before you start filming. It could also be caused by wind suppression settings in the camera software.

Jamie: can you give me your opinion on what my BMW dealer just did to my car? I dropped off the car at the service dept for a recall. They needed it for the entire day, so I had my friend pick me up. I picked it up around 5pm. When I got home, I noticed that my dashcam light was not on. Someone had unplugged it. I assumed it was the service dept and I didn't really care if they wanted to disconnect it while it was in the shop. However, I looked at the memory card and discovered that they deleted all of the recorded videos from that entire day.(starting from when I left my house that morning) Do you think it's acceptable for the BMW service dept to go into the memory card of my dashcam and delete stuff? Whoever did it could have easily been looking at all the other videos that was recorded by my dashcam during the entire week. :(
I’d be very upset if that happened to me. Did you call them? Unplugging the camera is one thing, but deleting footage is another
@@JamiesGarage1 Thanks! If they wanted to unplug the dashcam, I would have been 100% fine with it. Going into my memory card and deleting stuff was just wrong. Made me feel violated somehow. I will be going to a different BMW dealer next time.
Question, it seems to me the shops have different names, so why name them differently?
2 of the shops are named Elite Motor Works. The other shop, Renn Haus, I acquired last year. The name has been around for a long time so I thought it would be best to leave the name alone
