  • Such a weird narrative when Alex only has a slightly larger frame than Izzy, they're the same height and Alex actually has a shorter reach. Everyone acts like he size bullied Izzy while Izzy's stood a head over everyone else at middweight fighting outside their range his whole career. If anything it's just another example of a very long fighter for a division struggling when finally facing someone of equal size

    @rollo8459@rollo8459 Жыл бұрын
    • 😂 bro really said equal size. I can’t. You see Alex’s fight weight? Mf weighed more at MW than Jan fought Izzy at in LHW. He weighed 30-35 lbs over the fight weight on fight night. He has a MUCH larger frame than Izzy, looks taller than him, is significantly more built, and weighs significantly more… Izzy’s only advantage is reach here.

      @CrimsonZboss@CrimsonZboss Жыл бұрын
    • I don’t think I saw a fight where Izzy weighed 15 lbs more than his opponent, ever. Izzy also fought Jan at 190 I am pretty sure.

      @CrimsonZboss@CrimsonZboss Жыл бұрын
    • @@CrimsonZboss Jan said he usually weighs 220 in the cage and Alex rehydrates around 25 pounds so no he wasn't heavier than Jan. UFC stats list Izzy and Alex as the same height, Alex just sits taller in his stance. Izzy's previous MW opponents stood on average 4 inches shorter with significantly shorter reaches at 3.5 less for Cannonier, 6 for Marvin, 7 for Whittaker and Romero, 8 for Costa and 8.5 for Gastelum. Pereira is obviously the most equivalent fighter Izzy's faced at MW in terms of physicality and he didn't beat him because he was heavier, he beat him because he's better.

He Throws a Punch So Quick And They Don't See It Coming But It Had Crazy KO Power. He's Not Human, Such a Quick Snap Like a Crab... It's Just Crazy, His Stance And How Technical He Is But Had Just Ridiculous Power. Adesanya Is ONLY FASTER And That's It And Maybe More Creative, But His Checking Is Crazy, His Sneaky Do To His Low Distance Power Shots, He Is Just Danger, Fighters Make 1 Wrong Move And It's Over. Genetics And Crazy Talent. For Me The Scariest But Most Technical Fighter I've Ever See In Kickboxing/MMA.
