    • I was wondering if you could help? I have studied psychology, biology, physics, and a mixture of spiritualism and sciences have allowed me to taken the fundamental principles and turn them into a learning corse to help tackle depression and poor mental health in young adults in the UK. I would love to be able to come and tell my story! How I became enlightened and how it changed my outlook and goals in life, leading me to a life or service, and ultimately to setting up this programme. A real programme offering real change that WE can expand to reach all people suffering with poor mental health. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Paul @iMatter

  • "If WE don't create better times, nothing's going to happen " absolutely! That's why these Asian philosophies resonate with me. We are not victims of what happened to us or waiting for a Creator to save us. We need to take responsibility for it and always turn it into our advantage. The Creator/teacher/universe/nature can give you the strength. But it is YOU that do the work. I am still learning this value lesson, but I am better today than I was before thank you🙏

    • Yeah loneliness is the worst for sure, problem is I don't have much to focus on. I work from home but my job doesn't require much focus can do with my eyes closed. Apart from that I live alone and these past 3 months have been horrific since I quit alcohol. Withdrawal symptoms have been ridiculous and I've only seen 3 people in these 3 months. Apart from that just here alone and just felt terrible and the overthinking has been too much for me. But it's finally getting better now since I've started on taking natural supplements.

    • I did the same but for a long, long, long time I`ve been under this kind of " disease " of overthinking and nothing was right in my life. Then, I abandoned this kind of thinking and the sky became more clearer and things came into my life and my wishes became true in a way or anoteher. Expecially my new place of work, it was what I dreamt and that happened but I gave up to that kind of overthinkind and I let the life to do what it wants with me.... If I still have moments of overthinking ? Yes, but very rare and I think are more what I imagine about my future and everytime in a good way.

  • 1. The Mind and Body are both as important as each other 2. Sometimes you have to go through something, to develop something. 3. You need others to support you, you cannot do this alone. 4. You don't always directly approach, what you want. 5. You know what you are capable of , you , yourself can bring this out. Potential. 6. No matter where you are from , everyone deals with the same issues. 7. Sometimes you must be a Warrior.

  • Anxiety, Stress or Loneliness often trigger overthinking patterns or unprecedented thoughts. It’s often past events coupled with “future events” just like a self-fulfilling “ prophesy that distort our mindset whilst forgetting that it is the present that we often forget. The present moment is what truly counts, where we are functioning, living- breathing beings. We waste so much valuable time & precious energy on crowded thoughts instead of living in the how & now 🙏 Thank you once again Shi Heng Yi for your human messages to the world- Amituofo 🙏❤

I like using workbooks like the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. Life is to precious to be spent anxious about imaginary problems.

    • @joncameau434 I was in a tough spot for 2 years. My emotions were in control. All my life, they were in control. They dictated my actions and thoughts. When through meditation, I figured this out. Emotions get triggered by our own thoughts and outside stimulus. Emotions are primordial instincts. Emotions are an explosion of energy. When you focus on the emotion and / or the stimulant, you feed the emotion with more energy, and it takes control of you. By ignoring it until that energy dissapates. It holds no sway over your higher mind, and all paths to an agreeable solution to the problem reveal itself to you in a calm, collected manner. I've gotten to the point where the emotions never rise at all. I deal with every situation with ease and joy.

      @user-th8vi4mo8j@user-th8vi4mo8j2 ай бұрын
    • @@joncameau434 just feel it, and let it dissolve. I have a tendency to wallow or revisit negative delusions even after they have passed. Practicing letting them fade away and not bringing them back to life is how I would define “ignoring” in the above message. It has made a significant difference in my journey.

This triggered something in me. Feelings I have felt before. I was overwhelmed by how I felt about the situation. Another delay. As usual Shi Heng Yi turns up just in time with the right topic for me about overthinking. I almost got superstitious🙃 The Master is there when the disciple is ready. The ego conciousness vs unity conciousness. I'm not falling anymore for the deceptions of the illusionary self-image in the mind. Thats not me. He's a great teacher imo.

This can be whatever you want to be, you will never stop completely overthinking... it is part of life and goes back to when you was a child and first started to think. I meditate every night before bed... i open the window and listen to the wind and also i also focus on my breathing

  • Greetings from Chattanooga, TN, USA. After a decade with daily teaching from Alan Watts, Ram Dass and Terrence McKenna I never thought I would find another teacher that I can relate to as well as those three, but I am so incredibly grateful to have discovered what Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi is teaching! Thanks to everyone involved in bringing these teachings to KZhead where all can benefit. Specifically, for me, the teaching where he uses his beads as a pendulum to illustrate what happens if you pull at what you want and when you push at what you do not want. Thank you, Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi. I do listen to you daily.

To focus on how best to deal with getting through all of the obstacles of life instead of thinking of ways to resolve/ change problems. To accept it is what it is and cannot be changed but to focus on how I can change my perception and control my mind and actions to face up to it. Therefore building a stronger internal resilience to that and any further issues that arise. I now understand acceptance is a huge relief it's not giving up. I hope I have understood your teachings Thank you so much. ❤

What is the cause of hard times and how it could be converted ... The peace is already there but one needs to recognise it ... With true love ... Anger comes when someone makes u angry the seed has been sown .. when there is injustice ... Anger is essential to transform if purposely somebody is giving u pain ...because of his/her ego ... A wise and mindful person knows how to use anger in what direction ...

    • Allow yourself to rest and breathe and clear those emotions thoughts energies. Let them go. And feel peace within. Let the ego go. E=energy go. Everything you need you already have.

    • Exactly how I felt all day today. Then suddenly, after many hours of suicidal hopelessness, the moment passed and I was suddenly myself again. What get me through is knowing that I have always gotten through, that there is always light that breaks through. It doesn’t last forever, but I just have to keep telling myself that the darkness doesn’t last forever either, even if the circumstances leading to those dark thoughts might not go away. It’s not the circumstances that cause bad thoughts, it is how I react and deal with them internally. I actually have found that the dark reactions are usually caused by stupid things I do to myself, like not making time to eat a meal, or drink enough water, or having a hangover, or lack of sleep, sugar intake, caffeine crash, etc. When my body is sober and chemistry balanced through daily food/drink choices, I always feel my best and can manage my overthinking and stress much easier. Hope you feel better champ!

    • @@garyhooper1609 thanks man. This is true. Realistically the darkness won’t last for ever. I’ve always made it out before and I won’t let that change today or tomorrow or any day. Thanks for sharing. These waves will pass and I’ll keep my head above the water.

  • I aint gunna lie guys. But i became emotional of the fact we have wisdom. God gives us free will, and having that can be your down fall or increase you in this life time. Too many people go about their lives without learning new things, no self reflection, no re evaluation. No will power to even try to go head on with the calamities and hardships. Know and understand that after hardships comes ease.
